本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,该材料包含以下重量份的原料:氯化聚乙烯40-42,EVA12-15,高密度聚乙烯4-6,壳聚糖3-4,大豆油12-13,凹凸棒土20-23,硅灰石粉8-10,聚二甲基硅氧烷3-4,矿物油15-16,LK-640硼酸酯偶联剂1-3,促进剂D1.3-1.5,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯1-2,助剂14-16;该绝缘材料结合了氯化聚乙烯、EVA、高密度聚乙烯等原料的优点,制备的材料柔韧耐磨,在低温环境下仍具有良好的柔韧性,耐环境温度开裂,耐臭氧老化,耐化学腐蚀,绝缘良好,能够广泛的用于制作各类电缆护套绝缘材料,市场需求前景广阔。

本发明涉及一种电缆料,具体涉及一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,需要使用电缆的场所变得多样化,对电缆用护套材料的性能指标有了更加严格和多样的要求,比如绝缘性、拉伸强度、使用温度、阻燃性能等指标均有严格的要求,不断的提高护套材料的性能,是经济和社会发展的迫切需求,传统的护套材料多存在阻燃性差、化学稳定性差,高温易变形、力学性能差、使用寿命短等问题,给实际使用带来很多不便,甚至威胁到人们的生命财产安全,因此,急需改变原有护套材料配方,改进材料性能,以适应电缆市场多样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,提升了传统氯化聚乙烯共混材料的性能,使其具备良好的力学性能和加工性能,能够适应特定的使用环境条件,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,其特征在于,本发明材料包含以下重量份的组分:氯化聚乙烯40-42,EVA 12-15,高密度聚乙烯4-6,壳聚糖3-4,大豆油12-13,凹凸棒土20-23,硅灰石粉8-10,聚二甲基硅氧烷3-4,矿物油15-16,LK-640硼酸酯偶联剂1-3,促进剂D 1.3-1.5,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯1-2,助剂14-16。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石20-24,1,6-己二异氰酸酯3-4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3,促进剂DM 3-4,四氧化三铁1-2,聚四氟乙烯3-4,铁矿渣粉末6-8,氢氧化铝8-10,玉石2-3,硬脂酸钙1-2,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-3,花椒籽油1-2;制备方法是将天青石,玉石放入煅烧炉中在550-570℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,粉碎成50-100目后放入12-15%盐酸溶液中浸泡2-3小时,过滤出天青石,玉石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,其制备方法为:将氯化聚乙烯、EVA、高密度聚乙烯共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在100-140℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明结合了氯化聚乙烯、EVA、高密度聚乙烯等原料的优点,提升了传统氯化聚乙烯及其共混材料的性能,使其具有良好的加工性能和机械性能,制备的材料柔韧耐磨,在低温环境下仍具有良好的柔韧性,耐环境温度开裂,耐臭氧老化,耐化学腐蚀,绝缘良好,使用寿命长,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例包含以下重量份的原料:氯化聚乙烯42,EVA 15,高密度聚乙烯6,壳聚糖4,大豆油13,凹凸棒土23,硅灰石粉10,聚二甲基硅氧烷4,矿物油16,LK-640硼酸酯偶联剂3,促进剂D 1.5,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯2,助剂15。
所述的助剂包含以下重量份的原料:天青石24,1,6-己二异氰酸酯4,二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯3,促进剂DM 4,四氧化三铁2,聚四氟乙烯4,铁矿渣粉末8,氢氧化铝10,玉石3,硬脂酸钙2,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷3,花椒籽油2;制备方法是将天青石,玉石放入煅烧炉中在570℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,粉碎成100目后放入15%盐酸溶液中浸泡3小时,过滤出天青石,玉石粉末,清水洗净,烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散2小时,即得。
所述的一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,其制备方法为:将氯化聚乙烯、EVA、高密度聚乙烯共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在130℃下捏合12min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为17.3Mpa,断裂伸长率为452%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为16.4Mpa、432%,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率98.2%,断裂伸长率保持率为98.5%,20℃体积电阻率为1.32×1014Ω·m,经过80℃甲苯溶剂浸泡7天后,无明显溶胀和开裂现象,在-50℃条件下弯曲后不开裂,在臭氧浓度0.025%、26℃×20h的条件下,无开裂现象,在经1000小时的人工气候老化试验后,拉伸轻度变化率为30.1%,断裂伸长率变化率为29.7%。

1.一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,其特征在于,该绝缘料由以下重量份的原料组成:氯化聚乙烯40-42,EVA 12-15,高密度聚乙烯4-6,壳聚糖3-4,大豆油12-13,凹凸棒土20-23,硅灰石粉8-10,聚二甲基硅氧烷3-4,矿物油15-16,LK-640硼酸酯偶联剂1-3,促进剂D 1.3-1.5,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯1-2,助剂14-16;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐候耐臭氧改性氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料,其制作工艺为:将氯化聚乙烯、EVA、高密度聚乙烯共混均匀后,加入其他剩余成分,送入高速捏合机中,在100-140℃下捏合6-15min,待捏合料冷却后,送入双螺杆挤出机造粒,即得本发明的绝缘材料。
