Abstract

本发明涉及一种混凝土搅拌机的搅拌杆，包括连接轴，连接轴的下端固接方形块，方形块的两侧对称转动连接转轴，转轴的端部固接叶片，叶片的上下表面对称固接切割齿。本发明结构简单，其叶片绕连接轴旋转搅拌的同时绕转轴旋转搅拌，实现双重搅拌，且叶片上设置切割齿，大大提高了搅拌效果及搅拌效率，并且叶片为单层结构，其清洗方便。

本发明涉及混凝土搅拌机，尤其涉及混凝土搅拌机的搅拌杆。
背景技术
现有的立式混凝土搅拌机的搅拌杆如说明书附图图1所示，包括杆体1，杆体1的下端固接安装板2，安装板2上借助螺钉4固接叶片3；这种搅拌杆的缺点是搅拌时叶片的转动只能随杆体的转动而转动，其搅拌效率较低。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种混凝土搅拌机的搅拌杆，其具有结构简单、搅拌效果好、清洗方便的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种混凝土搅拌机的搅拌杆，包括杆体，杆体的下端一侧具有伸出面，伸出面上固接安装板，安装板的中部借助螺钉转动连接叶片，叶片的表面均布有多个切割齿。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明结构简单，通过叶片的自身旋转及其绕杆体旋转实现对混凝土的双重搅拌，且叶片上设置切割齿，大大提高了搅拌效果及搅拌效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图2，本发明包括杆体1，杆体1的下端一侧具有伸出面，伸出面上固接安装板2，安装板2的中部借助螺钉4转动连接叶片3，叶片3的表面均布有多个切割齿5。
