Abstract
一种贝氏体球墨铸铁球磨机衬板,属金属材料领域。本发明衬板的成分为:
C 3.4~3.8%、Si 2.5~3.5%、
Mn 1.5~2.5%、P≤0.1%、
S≤0.03%、Mg 0.03~0.08%、
RE 0.02~0.07%、余为Fe。
本发明衬板用下列热处理工艺以获得贝氏体为主的组织。820-920℃保温2-8小时,然后在pH值为9-14,比重为1.0-1.8范围内的钠盐或钾盐水溶液中淬火。本衬板耐磨性及冲击韧性综合性能较好,使用寿命长、成本低。
Description
本发明涉及球磨机衬板材料,属金属材料领域。
工业生产中破碎机械球磨机使用很普遍,球磨机内的衬板由于磨球及加工物质的撞击损耗很快。目前常用的衬板多为高锰钢衬板,由于高锰钢衬板不会产生加工硬化现象,所以其硬度不高,耐磨性差,使用寿命低。采用普通球墨铸铁或高铬白口铸铁来作衬板,但前者硬度不够,磨损快,后者脆性大,易断裂。也有用低合金铸钢采做为衬板的,但因增加了镍、铬、钼等合金元素,增加了衬板成本。
本发明的目的是提供一种价格低,耐磨性好,有一定韧性的贝氏体球墨铸铁球磨机衬板。
本发明贝氏体球墨铸铁球磨机衬板的成分为:
C 3.4~3.8%、 Si 2.5~3.5% 、
Mn 1.5~2.5%、 P ≤0.1% 、
S ≤0.03% 、 Mg 0.03~0.08%、
RE 0.02~0.07% 余为Fe。
本发明贝氏体球墨铸铁球磨机衬板采用下列热处理工艺,以获得贝氏体为主的球墨铸铁。
820~920℃保温2-8小时,然后在PH值为9-14,比重在1.0~1.8范围内的钠盐或钾盐的水溶液中淬火。
本发明球磨机衬板其耐磨性及冲击韧性的综合性能较好,使用寿命长,成本低。

1、一种贝氏体球墨铸铁球磨机衬板,其特征是衬板成分为:
C 3.4~3.8%、Si 2.5~3.5%、
Mn 1.5~2.5%、P≤0.1%、
S ≤0.03% 、Mg 0.03~0.08%、
RE 0.02~0.07% 余为Fe。
