本发明公开了一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)抗菌母料制粒;(2)吹膜。本发明的制备工艺简单,制备的保鲜膜的颜色稳定性、抗菌性能、物理机械性能以及光老化性能均达到相应标准的要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工材料领域,涉及一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法。
背景技术
抗菌塑料是指在塑料中添加一种或者几种特定的抗菌剂,使塑料具有内在抗菌性,是一类具有抑菌和杀菌性能的新型材料,从而在一定的时间内可将沾污在塑料及其制品表面的细菌杀死或抑制其繁殖。与常规的化学和物理消毒方法相比,使用抗菌塑料杀菌具有高效与长效性、既经济又方便。
目前,用于塑料的抗菌剂主要是:有机、无机、天然三大系列。由于无机抗菌剂抗菌时效长,并且耐高温,能够适应塑料加工,被广泛应用于抗菌塑料中。银沸石是目前最常用的塑料用无机抗菌剂,银沸石络合物有很强的抗菌性能,其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果较好。银沸石络合物在制品中分布均匀,析出速率平缓,抗菌性能好,持续时间长。但是,银离子无机抗菌剂存在的变色问题一直难以解决。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、生产成本低廉的PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、抗菌母料制粒:
取PE树脂80~100份、银离子抗菌剂10~20份、润滑剂5~10份、天然水滑石2~5份、增塑剂5~15份、复合铅盐稳定剂5~15份于双螺杆挤出机中制粒,其中第1~5区的温度分别为125℃、155℃、160℃、170℃、170℃,机头温度为160℃,转速为20~40r/min;
(2)、吹膜:将步骤(1)的抗菌母料颗粒于挤出吹膜机中,挤出造粒温度为125℃、150℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20~40r/min;吹膜温度分别为140℃、160℃、185℃、180℃,转速为30~40r/min。
上述的银离子抗菌剂是以铁酸盐氧化复合物为载体的。
上述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二苯酯。
上述的抗冲击改性剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、葵二酸二辛酯中的一种或其混合物。
上述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅和石蜡的一种或两种以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果为:
本发明利用复合氧化物纳米CuFe2O4作为银的载体来制备抗菌剂,可强效抗菌、抑菌、效果持久,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率可达到90%以上,而且抗菌时间长久。使用本发明抗菌塑料在制备食品保鲜膜时,制备工艺简单,保鲜膜的颜色稳定性、抗菌性能、物理机械性能以及光老化性能均达到相应标准的要求。

实施例1
一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、抗菌母料制粒:
取抗菌母料各组分于双螺杆挤出机中制粒,其中第1~5区的温度分别为125℃、155℃、160℃、170℃、170℃,机头温度为160℃,转速为20~40r/min;
(2)、吹膜:
将步骤(1)的抗菌母料颗粒于挤出吹膜机中,挤出造粒温度为125℃、150℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20~40r/min;吹膜温度分别为140℃、160℃、185℃、180℃,转速为30~40r/min。
上述抗菌母料各组分的重量份如下:
PE树脂 90份
银离子抗菌剂 15份
润滑剂硬脂酸钙 7份
天然水滑石 3份
增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 10份
复合铅盐稳定剂 10份。
其中,银离子抗菌剂是以铁酸盐氧化复合物为载体的。
将本实施例制备的食品保鲜膜,参照FZ/T01021-1992进行抗菌性能测试,结果显示:作用24h对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为90%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为91%。
参照GB/T13022-1991测定拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,结果显示:
纵向拉伸强度为33MPa,横向拉伸强度为31MPa,均高于对照试验中使用的普通PE保鲜膜;纵向断裂伸长率为460%,横向断裂伸长率为600%,均高于对照试验中使用的普通PE保鲜膜。
参照GB/T14522-1993进行光老化试验,结果显示:
经过240h的实验的平均色差为0.94。
实施例2
一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、抗菌母料制粒:
取抗菌母料各组分于双螺杆挤出机中制粒,其中第1~5区的温度分别为125℃、155℃、160℃、170℃、170℃,机头温度为160℃,转速为20~40r/min;
(2)、吹膜:
将步骤(1)的抗菌母料颗粒于挤出吹膜机中,挤出造粒温度为125℃、150℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20~40r/min;吹膜温度分别为140℃、160℃、185℃、180℃,转速为30~40r/min。
上述抗菌母料各组分的重量份如下:
PE树脂 100份
银离子抗菌剂 20份
润滑剂硬脂酸钙 10份
天然水滑石 5份
增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 15份

本发明一种食品用抗菌塑料在制备时:将各组分按常规方法高速混合后挤出造粒即可得到母料颗粒;再按常规吹膜工艺即可制成食品保鲜膜。
将本实施例制备的食品保鲜膜,参照FZ/T01021-1992进行抗菌性能测试,结果显示:作用24h对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为90%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为90%。

实施例3
一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、抗菌母料制粒:

(1)、抗菌母料制粒:
取PE树脂80~100份、银离子抗菌剂10~20份、润滑剂5~10份、天然水滑石2~5份、增塑剂5~15份、复合铅盐稳定剂5~15份,加于双螺杆挤出机中制粒,其中第1~5区的温度分别为125℃、155℃、160℃、170℃、170℃,机头温度为160℃,转速为20~40r/min;
(2)、吹膜:将步骤(1)的抗菌母料颗粒于挤出吹膜机中,挤出造粒温度为125℃、150℃、165℃、160℃,转速为20~40r/min;吹膜温度分别为140℃、160℃、185℃、180℃,转速为30~40r/min。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的银离子抗菌剂是以铁酸盐氧化复合物为载体的。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯或邻苯二甲酸二苯酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的抗冲击改性剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物、氯化聚乙烯、葵二酸二辛酯中的一种或其混合物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种PE抗菌食品保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为硬脂酸、氧化聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铅和石蜡的一种或两种以上。
