技术领域
本发明涉及电力***调度装置,具体涉及一种电力***配电调度装置。 
背景技术
现有的“电力用户用电信息采集***”中没有故障、异常告警功能,即便某段线路跳闸,所带变压器全部失压,数据不能采集,出现故障、异常的台变没有告警功能,不能自动弹示出来。 
目前,110kV变电站站内10kV设备可以通过地调调度支撑***open3000或D5000来实现遥测、遥信等功能,但10kV配网线路上还没有实现配网自动化的条件,调度员不能监测到开闭所、配网线路上的环网柜、分接箱、柱上开关、分支开关的信息。而营销***采用的“电力用户用电信息采集***”具有传输变压器实时电压、电流信息的功能,如果能将此***应用在配网设备上,或许可以代替配网自动化的部分功能,调度员可以通过传输过来的数据判断配电设备的运行状态,主要是开关是否跳闸等,不再依靠查看10kV出线开关的电流变化或接听用户电话来判断配网线路上的分段、分支开关是否跳闸。为了满足调度员对配网调度运行的信息需求,要将电采***应用于配电运行设备上,并结合调度专业本身特性,实现配网调度对现场情况的可查、可视、可分析、可判断。 
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种能够快速、准确处理事故和异常,提高供电可靠性的电力***配电调度装置。 
本发明的技术方案为:一种电力***配电调度装置,其特征在于主要由信号采集端和信号接收端构成,其中信号采集端的开闭所进出线开关处,环网柜内部各开关处、分接箱各出线开关处或柱上开关处的供电线路上连接有计量电表,该计量电表与电采模块连接,并且在电采模块上设有无线发送模块;所述的信号接收端包括微处理控制器以及分别连接于微处理控制器的无线接收模块、显示屏、语音报警器和电采查询输入模块;所述的信号采集端和信号接收端通过无线收发模块建立远程连接。 
本发明在电力用户用电采集***网站上加上便于调度查询数据的专用模块,调度员可以根据信号采集端的电采信号定时对供电情况进行监控,通过传输的数据判断配电设备的运行情况,主要是开关是否跳闸等,不再依靠查看10kV出线开关的电流变化或接听用户电话来判断配网线路上的分段、分支开关是否跳闸,从而更快、更准确地处理事故和异常,提高供电的可靠性。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例。一种电力***配电调度装置,主要由信号采集端和信号接收端构成,其中信号采集端的开闭所进出线开关处,环网柜内部各开关处、分接箱各出线开关处或柱上开关处的供电线路上连接有计量电表,该计量电表与电采模块连接,并且在电采模块上设有无线发送模块;所述的信号接收端包括微处理控制器以及分别连接于微处理控制器的无线接收模块、显示屏、语音报警器和电采查询输入模块;所述的信号采集端和信号接收端通过无线收发模块建立远程连接。 
本发明的具体操作步骤为: 
1、领导统一安排、组织电采专业人员、计量挂表专业人员、配电专业人员去现场实地勘察,包括开闭所进出线开关处、环网柜内部各开关处、分接箱各出线开关处、柱上开关处,确认以上位置是否能安装计量电表,是否能安装采集终端。(注:采集终端必须与计量电表连接一起才能实现采集数据功能)
2、如果上一条能实现,就可以通过电采***实现对配网关键设备的数据采集。数据通过采集终端的GPRS天线无线传输至***内网上(主站)的电力用户用电采集***网页。
3、配网调度主要需要的数据是配网所运行的开关的电流、电压数据,如果数据准确、及时,可以在电力用户用电采集***网站上制作便于调度查询数据的专用模块(与用电专业的模块分开,便于调度员使用)。或在电子配网一次***接线图中添加电采数据查询模块,调度员可以在***图上的开关处查询到电采数据。 
4、可以实验性地先安装一、两条配电线路进行测试,对传输至电力用户用电采集***网页上的数据,则需要专业人员对数据进行验证准确性、及时性和可靠性。 
5、开闭所的配电设备在室内,运行环境较好,可以先在开闭所内安装电采装置,然后再是配网线路开关处,此运行环境较为恶劣。 
6、配电网安装电采***后,需要相关部门确定电采***安装后的维护工作,以保证其连续、可靠运行。 
7、通过技术手段在10kV开闭所增强信号,或通过光纤传输,保证采集终端信号地正常传输。 
8、专业人员若能完善电采***和营销***中的基础数据,使电采***中的用户名称与配网单线图台变的名称一致,就更有利于配调调度员辨别台变实际位置。 
9、通过厂家在电采***中增加故障、异常变压器的告警功能,失去电压的采集终端从一个新的告警界面窗口弹出,以便调度员查看。 
10、相关部门尽快梳理、完善所有故障采集终端,保证其可靠、正常运行。
