本发明公开一种绿色环保聚乙烯密实袋,它是由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:高密度聚乙烯50-60重量份、低密度聚乙烯20-30重量份、废旧塑料20-30重量份、碳酸钙8-15重量份、塑化剂0.5-2重量份、玉米秸秆10-20重量份。本发明密实袋坚韧耐用、可多次重复使用,卫生无毒环保,防潮防尘防霉,适用于各种零配件、仪器、食品包装、电器元件等的包装。本发明以聚乙烯为主要原料,添加废旧塑料、玉米秸秆和碳酸钙,减少了聚乙烯的使用量,同时利用了废料,变废为宝,而玉米秸秆则是可以降解的,很大程度上减少了对环境的污染。

背景技术
密实袋,又称自封袋,以聚乙烯和高压线型聚乙烯通过吹膜成型,热切机制袋,制成的一种可以重复封口的塑料袋。
现有技术的塑料薄膜制作的塑料袋具有轻、薄、不透水、强度大、成本低,是一种很好的包装材料,塑料袋的使用给人们的生活带来极大的方便。随着塑料袋使用量的增大,越来越多的问题也出现了,使用后的塑料袋不易回收、不易降解,这些问题极大的困扰了人们。与倡导绿色环保理念不一致,如何寻找一种可降解、减少环境污染的塑料密实袋成为人们研究的热点。

本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保聚乙烯密实袋。

一种绿色环保聚乙烯密实袋,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份数的组分制备而成:
高密度聚乙烯50-60重量份
低密度聚乙烯20-30重量份
废旧塑料20-30重量份
碳酸钙8-15重量份
塑化剂0.5-2重量份
玉米秸秆10-20重量份。
各组分的重量份数进一步优选为:
高密度聚乙烯55重量份
低密度聚乙烯25重量份
废旧塑料25重量份
碳酸钙10重量份
塑化剂1重量份
玉米秸秆15重量份。
