本发明提供了用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置,其能解决现有手工配合点焊存在的焊接宽度均匀性差的问题,并能保证焊接坡口的角度符合公差范围要求,提高叶片焊接合格率、以及提高加工效率。其特征在于:其包括上底板与下底板,上底板的下底面固定有压紧模块,下底板的上表面固定有型面定位模块,型面定位模块的左、右两侧端分别安装有定位块与轴向定位块,上底板与下底板之间由定位导柱导向、通过压力机压紧合拢。

用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置
技术领域
本发明涉及隔板类空心静叶叶片的加工工装领域,具体为用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置。
背景技术
空心隔板类静叶叶片是由内弧板与背弧板焊接冲压后而焊接成,为了保证焊缝尺寸提高焊接质量,在进行内弧板与背弧板的进出汽边整体焊接前,先对焊接区域进行点焊处理,把内、背弧板利用点焊连接在一起。以往的空心静叶的进出汽边焊接部位是直接放在一起,通过手工配合点焊。受到内弧板与背弧板的自身外形尺寸公差的影响,采用手工配合的点焊,焊缝宽度的均匀性无法保证,往往需要多次修配重新点焊才能保证焊缝宽度,严重影响了加工效率,并且焊缝坡口角度的公差也无法控制在±5°范围内,会影响到叶片的焊接合格率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置,其能解决现有手工配合点焊存在的焊接宽度均匀性差的问题,并能保证焊接坡口的角度符合公差范围要求,提高叶片焊接合格率、以及提高加工效率。
其技术方案是这样的,其特征在于:其包括上底板与下底板,所述上底板的下底面固定有压紧模块,所述下底板的上表面固定有型面定位模块,所述型面定位模块的左、右两侧端分别安装有定位块与轴向定位块,所述上底板与下底板之间由定位导柱导向、通过压力机压紧合拢。
其进一步特征在于:所述型面定位模块表面与待加工叶片的背弧型面匹配,所述压紧模块表面与待加工叶片的内弧型面匹配;其还包括叶片型腔支撑装置,使用时所述叶片型腔支撑装置填充于待加工点焊叶片的内弧板与背后弧板之间,所述叶片型腔支撑装置由多个型腔支撑块组合而成,所述多个型腔支撑块的组合外型面与待焊接加工的叶片内型面契合;各个所述型腔支撑块的连接接合面端部均设置有卡槽和接头,所述多个型腔支撑块中、相邻两个型腔支撑块之间通过所述卡槽和接头拼合连接。
采用本发明的用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置,其有益效果在于:其由压力机、通过上底板的压紧模块与下底板的型面定位模块将空心静叶的内弧板、背弧板定位夹紧,同时,叶片横向两端通过定位块与轴向定位块定位,其定位夹紧可靠,保证了点焊作业时叶片的稳定性,从而可以有效保证焊缝宽度的均匀性以及焊缝坡口角度公差控制在±5°范围内,也减少了点焊作业的修配时间,提高了加工效率;同时,在内弧板与背弧板之间的内型腔内填装有叶片型腔支撑装置,其在点焊时对空心静叶的内弧板与背弧板进行有效的支撑,避免点焊作业对叶片型面产生的焊接变形,进一步保证了焊缝宽度的均匀性以及焊缝坡口角度公差控制在±5°范围内,从而为保证叶片整体焊接质量奠定基础。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2、图3和图4,本发明包括上底板2与下底板5,上底板2的下底面固定有压紧模块1,下底板5的上表面固定有型面定位模块6,型面定位模块6的左、右两侧端分别安装有定位块7与轴向定位块4,上底板2与下底板5之间由定位导柱3导向、通过压力机压紧合拢。型面定位模块6表面与待加工叶片的背弧型面匹配,压紧模块1下表面与待加工叶片的内弧型面匹配;其还包括叶片型腔支撑装置8,使用时叶片型腔支撑装置8填充于待加工点焊叶片的内弧板与背后弧板之间,叶片型腔支撑装置由多个型腔支撑块9组合而成,多个型腔支撑块的组合外型面与待焊接加工的叶片内型面契合;各个型腔支撑块9的连接接合面端部均设置有卡槽10和接头11,多个型腔支撑块中、相邻两个型腔支撑块之间通过所述卡槽10和接头11拼合连接。
将本发明用于空心静叶内背板进出汽边点焊时,首先将本发明固定在压力机上,然后将空心静叶的背弧板叶片放置在型面定位模块6上,把叶片型腔支撑装置8放置于在背弧板型腔内,再把内弧板叶片放置在型芯上,最后利用压力机利用压紧模块紧紧压住整个叶片的型面,在空心静叶的进出汽边区域进行点焊操作。图4中,12为空心静叶内背弧板,13为空心静叶内弧板。

1.用于空心静叶进出汽边点焊作业的夹具装置,其特征在于:其包括上底板与下底板,所述上底板的下底面固定有压紧模块,所述下底板的上表面固定有型面定位模块,所述型面定位模块的左、右两侧端分别安装有定位块与轴向定位块,所述上底板与下底板之间由定位导柱导向、通过压力机压紧合拢;
其还包括叶片型腔支撑装置,使用时所述叶片型腔支撑装置填充于待加工点焊叶片的内弧板与背后弧板之间,所述叶片型腔支撑装置由多个型腔支撑块组合而成,所述多个型腔支撑块的组合外型面与待焊接加工的叶片内型面契合;
各个所述型腔支撑块的连接接合面端部均设置有卡槽和接头,所述多个型腔支撑块中、相邻两个型腔支撑块之间通过所述卡槽和接头拼合连接。
