Amplifier (12), is arranged in amplifier box (2) and is connected to ion induction electrode (5), for the signal of ion induction electrode (5) output is amplified to processing;
Wherein, described air-flow delivery line (4) is laterally connected near the sidewall opening described collection tube (1) stiff end, and the air-flow in collection tube (1) is laterally flowed out.
