技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,其包括电驱动的辅助油泵。
背景技术
在汽车的混合动力***的变速器中,为了在内燃机关闭时、例如在车辆静止或在纯电动运行时保证供油,需要电动辅助油泵。借助该辅助油泵应确保电动运行时的挡位调整以及变速器的冷却。该辅助油泵通常只在由内燃机或由另一驱动总成驱动的主油泵不能再提供必要的体积流量或油压时才工作。
为了确保变速器无故障的运行,必须确保在需要运行电驱动的辅助油泵时,该辅助油泵不仅能够为初级循环(包括离合器阀的控制)而且能够为次级循环(包括变速器的变速器元件的冷却和润滑)提供必要的体积流量或油压。
电驱动的辅助油泵首要为初级循环供油。为了为次级循环供油,辅助油泵的工作压力必须超过通常为5.5巴的最小***压力,由此初级循环饱和并且通过这种方式产生的过剩油量可流入次级循环中。这一方面导致辅助油泵的高的电功率消耗并且另一方面导致辅助油泵的高负荷,该负荷可引起损坏,因为辅助油泵并未被设计成在超过5.5巴的供油压力下耐久的。辅助油泵的相应设计会不利地提高成本。另外,被设计成在超过5.5巴的供油压力下耐久的辅助油泵的安装基于较小的安装空间也被证实是成问题的。
本申请人的DE102008040667A1公开了一种变速器装置的液压***,其包括可用可通过变速器装置引导的转矩驱动的变速器主泵和可通过电机驱动的辅助油泵,借助变速器主泵和辅助油泵可与运行状态有关地对初级压力循环和次级压力循环加载液压流体。
在此,变速器主泵的压力侧和辅助油泵的压力侧在用于调节初级压力循环的主压力的限压阀上游与初级压力循环连接,该限压阀设置在变速器主泵的和辅助油泵的压力侧和次级压力循环之间,并且辅助油泵的压力侧通过朝初级压力循环和次级压力循环的方向上可阻断的并且绕过限压阀的液压管路可与次级压力循环作用连接。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,提供一种包括电驱动的辅助油泵的装置,借助该装置可保证汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油,并且辅助油泵无需被设计成在超过***压力的供油压力下耐久的。
据此提出一种汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,该装置包括电驱动的辅助油泵,该装置包括连接在辅助油泵出口和变速器液压循环的次级循环之间的旁通阀,该旁通阀在预定的小压力(打开压力)时打开,在小于最小***压力的预定的压力(关闭压力)时关闭并且在打开压力和关闭压力之间的预定的压力时允许预定的体积流量进入次级循环。
通过根据本发明的方案确保,无需为了向次级循环供油而使辅助油泵的工作压力升高超过最小***压力,这减少电功率消耗并且将辅助油泵的负荷降低到最小程度。
旁通阀优选构造为弹簧加载的二位二通比例阀。作为替换方案,旁通阀构造为二位二通电磁比例阀。
根据本发明,旁通阀构造为由套筒、压簧、球和衬套构成的完整***。在小于打开压力时,球被旁通阀的压簧压到由衬套构成的阀座上并且关闭旁通阀,在压力大于关闭压力时,旁通阀的球被压到由套筒构成的阀座上,由此旁通阀也关闭。在压力处于打开压力和关闭压力之间时,球在两个阀座之间的轴向位置由辅助油泵的供应流量确定。

具体实施方式
变速器液压循环对于技术人员而言是众所周知的,因此在下面的结合附图的说明中仅显示和说明与本发明有关的构件。
根据本发明并且参见图1,汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置包括电驱动的辅助油泵以及连接在辅助油泵出口和次级循环之间的旁通阀1。
这样构造该旁通阀1,使得其在预定的小压力(打开压力)时打开,在小于最小***压力的预定的压力(关闭压力)时关闭并且在打开压力和关闭压力之间的预定的压力时允许预定的体积流量进入次级循环。
在***压力为5.5巴时,预定的打开压力例如可以是1.5巴,关闭压力可以是4巴。在压力为3巴时,在此,5l/min的体积流量可通过旁通阀1进入次级循环,由此保证次级循环的供油。
当压力超过***压力时,初级循环饱和,以致由此产生的过剩油量进入次级循环。
在图1所示的例子中旁通阀1构造为弹簧加载的二位二通比例阀并被设计为由套筒2、压簧3、球4、4'和衬套5构成的完整***。
在压力小于旁通阀1打开压力时,球4被压簧3压到由衬套5构成的第一阀座6上,由此旁通阀1关闭。在压力大于关闭压力时,旁通阀1的球被压到由套筒2构成的第二阀座7上,由此旁通阀1关闭。
为了说明旁通阀1的两个关闭位置,被压到第一阀座6上的球设有附图标记4,被压到第二阀座7上的球设有附图标记4'。在打开压力和关闭压力之间的压力下,球在两个阀座6、7之间的轴向位置由辅助油泵的供应流量确定。
图2的内容是根据本发明设置的旁通阀1在汽车的混合动力***的变速器机油循环中的布置***,包括电驱动的辅助油泵。
在图2所示的例子中,电驱动的辅助油泵设有附图标记8。由图2还可见,旁通阀1连接在电驱动的辅助油泵8的出口和次级循环之间。
另外,在图2中***压力阀设有附图标记9,在次级循环中用于冷却的限压阀设有附图标记10,用作***压力阀9的压力调节器的电子压力设定器设有附图标记11,并且将***压力作为用于压力调节器11的供应压力减小到规定值、优选减小到5.5巴的减压阀设有附图标记12。主油泵设有附图标记13,标记14表示过滤器并且标记15表示油池。

1.汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,该装置包括电驱动的辅助油泵(8),其特征在于,该装置包括连接在辅助油泵(8)的出口和变速器液压循环的次级循环之间的旁通阀(1),该旁通阀在预定的打开压力时打开,在小于最小***压力的预定的关闭压力时关闭并且在打开压力和关闭压力之间的预定的压力时允许预定的体积流量进入次级循环。
2.根据权利要求1的汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,其特征在于,所述旁通阀(1)构造为弹簧加载的二位二通比例阀。
3.根据权利要求2的汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,其特征在于,所述旁通阀(1)构造为由套筒(2)、压簧(3)、球(4)和衬套(5)构成的完整***,在压力小于旁通阀(1)打开压力时,球(4)被压簧(3)压到由衬套(5)构成的第一阀座(6)上,由此旁通阀(1)关闭,在压力大于关闭压力时,旁通阀(1)的球(4)被压到由套筒(2)构成的第二阀座(7)上,由此旁通阀(1)关闭,并且压力处在打开压力和关闭压力之间时,球(4)在这两个阀座(6、7)之间的轴向位置由辅助油泵(8)的供应流量确定。
4.根据权利要求1的汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,其特征在于,所述旁通阀(1)构造为二位二通电磁比例阀。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的汽车的混合动力***的变速器的次级循环的供油保证装置,其特征在于,在***压力为5.5巴时,预定的打开压力为1.5巴并且预定的关闭压力为4巴,在压力为3巴时,允许5l/min的体积流量通过旁通阀(1)进入次级循环。
