油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮组件，涉及油田领域用光杆悬绳器的滚轮的结构，包括两个由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的动滑轮，每个动滑轮的外周分别径向设置钢丝绳槽；两个动滑轮内穿置同一根连接轴，连接轴上设置两个限位凸台，两个限位凸台设置在两个动滑轮之间，每个动滑轮分别与连接轴之间设置两个轴承和一个套管，每个套管分别设置在相应的两个轴承之间，每个轴承的外侧分别设置轴承盖，每个轴承盖分别与相应的动滑轮通过螺丝连接。本发明通过以上设计，再与光杆、悬绳器的配合使用，结构更加合理。并且由于采用MC尼龙浇铸而成，因此质量很轻，不生锈、耐腐蚀，尼龙轮对钢丝绳有保护作用，尼龙轮和钢丝绳的寿命是以前六倍以上。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田领域用光杆悬绳器的滚轮的结构。
背景技术
油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮，以前用的材料都是QT700，并且由于结构的不合理，此滑轮的缺点非常明显，滑轮重量很大，滑轮组本身的重量就影响了起重量，其次是钢结构滑轮经受不了风吹日晒雨泞，易生锈，再则，钢丝绳与钢轮的摩擦很厉害，用不了多长时间，钢丝绳就断裂，安全隐患大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、使用寿命长的油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮组件。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮组件，包括两个由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的动滑轮，每个动滑轮的外周分别径向设置钢丝绳槽；两个动滑轮内穿置同一根连接轴，连接轴上设置两个限位凸台，两个限位凸台设置在两个动滑轮之间，每个动滑轮分别与连接轴之间设置两个轴承和一个套管，每个套管分别设置在相应的两个轴承之间，每个轴承的外侧分别设置轴承盖，每个轴承盖分别与相应的动滑轮通过螺丝连接。
本发明通过以上设计，再与光杆、悬绳器的配合使用，结构更加合理。并且由于采用MC尼龙浇铸而成，因此质量很轻，尼龙材料不生锈、耐腐蚀，尼龙轮对钢丝绳有保护作用，尼龙轮和钢丝绳的寿命是以前六倍以上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，为油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮组件，包括两个由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的动滑轮1，每个动滑轮1的外周分别径向设置钢丝绳槽7。两个动滑轮1内穿置同一根连接轴4，连接轴4上设置两个限位凸台4-1，两个限位凸台4-1设置在两个动滑轮1之间，每个动滑轮1分别与连接轴4之间设置两个轴承5和一个套管2，每个套管2分别设置在相应的两个轴承5之间，每个轴承5的外侧分别设置轴承盖6，每个轴承盖6分别与相应的动滑轮1通过螺丝3连接。
如图2所示，光杆11穿置在两个动滑轮1之间的连接轴4上，光杆11上设置轴承9、轴承盖10和顶座8，顶座8设置两个限位凸台4-1之间，轴承盖10设置在轴承9的外侧。

1.油田用光杆悬绳器MC尼龙动滑轮组件，其特征在于：包括两个由MC尼龙材料浇铸而成的动滑轮，每个动滑轮的外周分别径向设置钢丝绳槽；两个动滑轮内穿置同一根连接轴，连接轴上设置两个限位凸台，两个限位凸台设置在两个动滑轮之间，每个动滑轮分别与连接轴之间设置两个轴承和一个套管，每个套管分别设置在相应的两个轴承之间，每个轴承的外侧分别设置轴承盖，每个轴承盖分别与相应的动滑轮通过螺丝连接。
