本发明涉及电动窗帘领域,具体属于电动窗帘用限位手动端。
背景技术
现有的电动窗帘具体结构是:滑线上缚有永磁体,在封闭的帘杆内腔运行,磁力透过帘杆牵引吊环。这种新型电动窗帘滑线不外露,不会蒙尘和缠绕,可以电动手拉兼容,做浴帘也很适宜。电动窗帘是由电机、减速轮组、主动轮、滑轮和环形滑线组成,滑线上缚有一或二只永磁体,与之相对应有一或二只吊环是磁性材料制成;沿线和永磁体在由非磁性材料制成的帘。杆内腔运行,而吊环全部套在帘杆外周或嵌进下部开的缝内,永磁体用磁力牵引吊环。此种电动窗帘存在着结构设计复杂,操作不简便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动窗帘用限位手动端,限位位置更加精确,操作动作极其方便,结构设计合理。
本发明的技术方案如下:
电动窗帘用限位手动端,包括有支撑体,支撑体一端竖向转动设置有手动轴,支撑体中横向穿过有中心轴,中心轴的前端与手动轴中部之间采用锥齿轮传动连接,支撑体的另一端通过撑杆固定连接有导向盘,中心轴穿过所述导向盘,支撑体外壁上联接有限位套筒、连接套筒,中心轴的后端固定设有端面凸轮,端面凸轮与导向套内壁之间设有推力弹簧,端面凸轮外固定设有导向阻尼套,导向阻尼套一侧开有穿孔,穿孔内配合有摩擦自动块,摩擦自动块后侧压置有阻尼弹簧。
所述的中心轴上固定安装有端面凸轮,端面凸轮配合有微动开关。
本发明通过导向阻尼套、摩擦自动块摩擦限位,导向阻尼套固定于中心轴上,中心轴通过手动轴转动,端面凸轮转动触动微动开关,实现窗帘的限位功能,限位位置更加精确,操作动作极其方便,结构设计合理。

参见附图,电动窗帘用限位手动端,包括有支撑体1,支撑体1一端竖向转动设置有手动轴2,支撑体1中横向穿过有中心轴3,中心轴3的前端与手动轴2中部之间采用锥齿轮4传动连接,支撑体1的另一端通过撑杆固定连接有导向盘5,中心轴3穿过导向盘5,支撑体1外壁上联接有限位套筒6、连接套筒7,中心轴3的后端固定设有端面凸轮8,端面凸轮8与导向套9内壁之间设有推力弹簧10,端面凸轮8外固定设有导向阻尼套11,导向阻尼套11一侧开有穿孔12,穿孔12内配合有摩擦自动块13,摩擦自动块13后侧压置有阻尼弹簧14,中心轴3上固定安装有端面凸轮8,端面凸轮8配合有微动开关15。

1.电动窗帘用限位手动端,包括有支撑体,支撑体一端竖向转动设置有手动轴,其特征在于:支撑体中横向穿过有中心轴,中心轴的前端与手动轴中部之间采用锥齿轮传动连接,支撑体的另一端通过撑杆固定连接有导向盘,中心轴穿过所述导向盘,支撑体外壁上联接有限位套筒、连接套筒,中心轴的后端固定设有端面凸轮,端面凸轮与导向套内壁之间设有推力弹簧,端面凸轮外固定设有导向阻尼套,导向阻尼套一侧开有穿孔,穿孔内配合有摩擦自动块,摩擦自动块后侧压置有阻尼弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动窗帘用限位手动端,其特征在于:所述的中心轴上固定安装有端面凸轮,端面凸轮配合有微动开关。
