Abstract

本发明公开了一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造,将镇流器安装在顶板上的植物组培架存在着上部放置的组培瓶受到集中安装在顶板上的镇流器热干扰的问题。本发明将镇流器只用螺丝钉固定一个压脚,镇流器的其它部分向上翘起,与顶板形成一定夹角。这种构造减少了镇流器与顶板之间的接触面,可以大大减少镇流器对顶板的热传导,从而消除镇流器对上层组培瓶的热干扰。

一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造,涉及植物组织培养架的散热技术,更具体地说,是一种植物组织培养架顶板的散热构造。
背景技术
中国专利公开号为CN201110133209.1的发明专利公开了一种将镇流器安装在顶部的植物组织培养架,将植物组培架上原先安装在各个日光灯基座内的镇流器取出,集中安装到组培架顶部的铁板上。其不足之处是,十几个镇流器都集中安装到组培架的顶部,工作时每个镇流器都是一个滚烫的热源,其热量直接传导到紧贴在下方的组培架顶板上,使顶板变得发烫,这个热量通过辐射向组培架的整个上层散发,对上层的组培瓶内的组培植物造成了热干扰。这是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述植物组织培养架存在的上层组培材料受到热干扰的问题,提供一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造,由组培架顶板和镇流器组成,其特征在于,镇流器的一个压脚用螺丝固定在培养架的顶板上,镇流器的其它部分向上翘起,与顶板形成一定夹角,镇流器与顶板之间的夹角为10°-90°。
本发明的有益效果是:该构造使镇流器与顶板之间仅在一个压脚处直接接触,而镇流器的发热部分和另外一个压脚都被架空而不与顶板直接接触,这样镇流器发出的热量绝大部分都散发到组培室的上部空气中,通过下方压脚传导到顶板上的热量微乎其微,从而解决了组培架顶板高温对上层组培植物的热干扰问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造,由组培架顶板3和镇流器1组成,日光灯所用的镇流器1是一个长条形状体,两头各有一个压脚2,用于固定螺丝钉固定。本方案将镇流器1的一个压脚2用螺丝固定在培养架的顶板3上,镇流器1的其它部分向上翘起,与顶板3形成一定夹角,镇流器1与顶板3之间的夹角为10°-90°。
通过单脚固定,让安装在组培架顶板3上的镇流器1翘起,使镇流器1与顶板3之间仅在一个压脚2处直接接触,镇流器1的发热部分和另外一个压脚2都被架空而不与顶板3直接接触,这样镇流器1发出的热量绝大部分都散发到组培室的上部空气中,通过下方压脚2传导到顶板3上的热量微乎其微,从而解决了组培架顶板3高温对上层组培瓶内植物的热干扰问题。

1.一种植物组培架顶板的散热构造,由组培架顶板和镇流器组成,其特征在于,镇流器的一个压脚用螺丝固定在培养架的顶板上,镇流器的其它部分向上翘起,与顶板形成10°-90°的夹角;所述的镇流器是一个长条形状体,两头各有一个用于固定螺丝钉的压脚。
