可通过电池电(BE)以及通过包括电池电的动力源的组合给车辆提供动力。例如,可考虑动力传动系由电池和内燃发动机两者驱动的混合动力电动车辆(HEV)。在这些构造中,电池可被再充电,并且车辆充电器在电池放电之后提供电力以使电池复原。
参照图1,示出了根据一个或多个实施例的车辆充电***,所述车辆充电***总体上由标号10指示。感应充电用于将电力从充电器12提供给车辆14,以使电池复原。充电站16被示出为容纳将通过感应充电进行充电的车辆14。车辆14被示出为停驻在收纳车辆充电器12的充电站16处。车辆充电器12可被连接以接收诸如在普通的家庭车库内可获得的家用电流。
车辆14包括收纳在设置于车辆14下侧的感应充电板18内的副线圈。车辆副感应充电板18电连接到车辆电池。车辆14还包括AC-DC电力变换器,以将从车辆充电器12接收的AC电整流和滤波成将被电池接收的DC电。车辆充电器12设置在车辆14之下的地面中,并包括收纳在相应的主感应充电板20内的主充电线圈。主感应充电板20总体上可以是水平的,并可与车辆副感应充电板18有一定的偏移量。主感应充电板20的高度还可以是可调节的,以产生便于车辆14充电的合适间隙。电流被提供给主线圈,主线圈围绕主感应充电板20产生电磁场。当车辆副感应充电板18与被供以电力的主感应充电板20处于接近关系时,车辆副感应充电板18通过位于产生的电磁场内而接收电力。在副线圈中感应出电流,该电流随后被传送到车辆电池,从而产生再充电效应。车辆副感应充电板18和主感应充电板20之间的间隙虑及车辆定位的改变,还虑及容纳具有不同行驶高度的可选的授权车辆。

再次参照图1,车辆14设置有控制器22。尽管车辆控制器22被示出为单个控制器,但是车辆控制器22可包括用于控制多个车辆***的多个控制器。例如,车辆控制器22可以是车辆***控制器/动力传动系控制模块(VSC/PCM)。在这一点上,VSC/PCM的车辆充电控制部分可以是嵌入在VSC/PCM中的软件,或者它可以是单独的硬件装置。车辆控制器22通常包括任意数量的微处理器、ASIC、IC、存储器(例如,FLASH、ROM、RAM、EPROM和/或EEPROM)以及软件代码,它们彼此协作以执行一系列操作。车辆控制器22内的微处理器还包括计时器,以追踪在时间基准和选定事件之间给定的时间间隔。指定的间隔被编程为使得控制器以可选的时间间隔提供特定的命令信号并监测给定的输入。车辆控制器与车辆电池电通信,并接收指示电池充电水平的信号。车辆控制器22还利用通用总线协议(例如,CAN)通过车辆硬线连接与其他控制器通信,并且还采用无线通信。
车辆充电器12设置有具有无线通信手段的充电器控制器24。类似地,充电器控制器24具有嵌入式软件,并可被编程为调节由车辆充电器12提供的电力流。包括在充电器控制器24内的软件也包括计时器,以追踪在指定的事件之间经过的时间。在选定的条件下或者在接收到指定的指令时,充电器控制器24可启用、禁用或减少通过充电器12的电力流。车辆充电器12被配置成从车辆控制器22接收指示充电指令的信号。
车辆控制器22被配置成与充电器控制器24无线通信。可通过RFID、NFC、蓝牙或其他无线方法实现无线通信。在至少一个实施例中,所述无线通信用于在启动充电过程之前完成车辆14和车辆充电器12之间的关联过程。所述关联过程可包括:车辆控制器22向充电器控制器24发送指示验证(authentication)请求的信号。然后,控制器22从充电器控制器24接收响应信号,并使用该响应信号来确定是否将初始验证状态授予车辆充电器12。验证会受许多指定因素的影响,所述指定因素包括制造商、额定功率、安全钥匙和/或其他验证因素。基于由充电器控制器24提供的合适的响应信号,车辆控制器22在车辆14和车辆充电器12之间确定肯定性关联。一旦检测到已经过验证的充电器,车辆控制器22便向充电器控制器24提供启动信号,以指示充电***启动充电过程。初始的无线请求和后续的验证响应构成这两个装置之间的关联“握手”。所述关联还在车辆14和车辆充电器12之间提供进一步的安全通信信号和命令信号。如果车辆控制器22没有接收到肯定性验证响应,则可提供命令信号以防止充电。
车辆充电器12还被配置成要求车辆14持续地或周期性地发送信号,以保持肯定性关联并保持充电过程。车辆控制器22可间歇地或者持续地发送关联信号。在至少一个实施例中,以预定的时间间隔重复地发送关联信号。还可通过与充电相关的事件(例如,诸如由车辆充电器传递的预定的累积能量阈值,或者指定的阈值电池充电水平)触发关联信号的开始和/或终止。充电器控制器24可被编程为在指定的时间间隔内没有从车辆接收到信号的情况下终止关联并切断到主感应充电板20的电力。按照这种方式,如果当前没有车辆接受充电,则车辆充电器12不消耗电力。例如,车辆14的变速器切换到扭矩启用状态(例如前进或倒车),这触发由车辆控制器22发送的持续关联信号被中断。另外,可提供明确的充电终止信号,以禁用车辆充电器12。然后,供应到主感应充电板20的电力将被终止。因此,如果在充电过程期间驾驶员开车离开充电站16,则车辆充电器12将自动切断。
每隔一段时间在车辆14和充电器12之间进行持续关联也可以是在达到特定的阈值电池充电水平时使充电过程停止的合适的方法。车辆控制器22可被编程为在达到车辆电池的指定的阈值充电水平时停止执行关联过程。可选择小于或等于完全充电水平的阈值充电水平,以触发持续的关联过程的中断。如上讨论的,一旦车辆充电器12停止接收持续的关联信号,则禁止给感应充电板20供电。此外,电池基本上完全充电的阈值水平可促使车辆控制器22给车辆充电器提供命令,以进入减小的电流充电过程或涓流电流充电过程。
在可选实施例中,车辆控制器22还被配置成控制充电电路中的车载开关。车辆控制器22通过断开连接到副感应充电板18的电路而禁用充电,以防止感应电流流入车辆14中。
根据图2,示出了根据本发明的至少一个实施例的方法100,通过该方法100,车辆控制器执行关联过程。在步骤102,算法开始,控制器判断在当前时间和初始时间基准T0之间是否已经过去了指定的时间间隔T1。如果没有过去指定的时间间隔T1,则在步骤104中,控制器保持在休眠状态,并且不提供关于车辆充电的命令信号。然后,控制器返回到步骤102,以相对于指定的时间间隔T1再次判断当前时间距离时间基准T0的时间间隔。
如果车辆控制器在步骤102确定已经达到时间间隔T1,则在步骤106,控制器判断车辆是否处于扭矩启用状态。如果车辆处于扭矩启用状态,则在步骤108,控制器将时间追踪重置回时间基准T0。然后,在步骤104,控制器可进入休眠状态,并进一步返回到步骤102。该序列允许控制器的充电部分在主动驾驶期间保持休眠。该序列还允许操作者使车辆移出驻车档和重新进入驻车档,接下来重新激活车辆充电序列。
如果车辆控制器在步骤106确定车辆没有处于扭矩启用状态,则在步骤112,控制器确定车辆是否需要来自充电器的电力。所述需要可基于与阈值充电水平相关的当前电池充电水平。如果电池充电水平小于阈值充电水平,则需要来自车辆充电器的电力。可选地,在车辆停驻于充电站处时可能会需要来自充电器的电力,以便于其他车辆活动。例如,根据需要,可从车辆充电器获取电力,以热加热或冷却电池。还可出于加热或冷却车辆的乘客舱的目的而发生电力的获取。如果不需要来自车辆充电器的电力,则在步骤114,控制器提供指令,以禁止车辆充电器提供电力。然后,在步骤118,将时间追踪重置为时间基准T0,并且控制器返回到步骤102。
如果在步骤112需要来自车辆充电器的电力(例如,当电池充电水平小于阈值充电水平时),则在步骤120,控制器提供指示关联请求的无线信号。然后,车辆控制器等待来自充电器的后续的响应信号。如果在步骤122没有接收到响应,则在步骤114,控制器提供指令,以禁止车辆充电器提供电力,在步骤118,控制器使时间追踪重置,并进一步返回到步骤102。
一旦在步骤122从车辆充电器接收到无线响应,则在步骤124,车辆控制器确定充电器是否是经授权的装置。如果在步骤124确定没有授权,则在步骤114禁止充电器提供电力。然后,在步骤118,将计时器重置为T0,并且控制器返回到步骤102。
如果在步骤124已经确定了经授权的充电源,则在步骤126,车辆开始充电过程,从而在车辆和充电器之间启用电力流以及进一步的过程命令信号。
在图3中总体上以方法200示出了描述持续关联过程的其他方法。最初,步骤202开始充电过程(例如,作为上述方法100的结果)。然后,在步骤208,车辆控制器确定在当前时间和初始时间基准T0之间是否已经过去了指定的时间间隔T2。如果没有过去指定的时间间隔T2,则在步骤204,控制器保持在休眠状态,并且不向充电器提供关于车辆充电的命令信号。然后,控制器返回到步骤208,以相对于指定的时间间隔T2再次判断当前时间距离时间基准T0的时间间隔。应该认识到,时间间隔T2可具有比时间间隔T1短的持续时间。此外,时间间隔T2可足够短,以接近车辆和充电器之间持续关联的时间间隔。
一旦指定的时间间隔T2已经过去,则在步骤210,车辆控制器确定车辆是否处于扭矩启用状态。如果车辆启用扭矩,则在步骤212,车辆控制器提供指示使车辆充电器停止或禁用的命令的信号。然后,在步骤214,控制器可将计时器重置为时间基准T0,接下来在步骤206,控制器返回到初始关联过程。
如果在步骤210中车辆没有处于扭矩启用状态,例如,车辆处于停放状态,则车辆控制器在步骤216中确定车辆是否需要来自充电器的电力。如果车辆电池充电水平超过指定的阈值,以及如果在车辆停驻于充电站处时没有必要给其他车辆活动提供电力,则在步骤226,车辆控制器提供指示使车辆充电器停止或禁用的命令的信号。应该认识到,持续关联过程的阈值充电水平可以与初始关联过程的阈值充电水平相同或不同。
如果在步骤216中电池充电水平低于指定的阈值充电水平或者如果车辆需要来自充电器的电力以便于车辆活动,则车辆控制器在步骤218中将关联信号发送到车辆充电器。在步骤218中发送的关联信号重新肯定任何之前的关联,并保持给定的充电过程。如果在步骤220中车辆充电器没有接收到该信号,则在步骤212中,车辆控制器或充电器控制器可被配置成使充电停止,这是因为时间间隔T2已经过去且没有接收到肯定性关联的信号。然后,控制器将在步骤214中将计时器重置为时间基准T0,接着在步骤206中返回到初始关联过程。
一旦车辆充电器在步骤220中接收到关联信号,便在步骤222中继续启用充电过程并保持充电状态。然后,在步骤224中,控制器重置计时器并返回到步骤202。根据T2的持续时间,可考虑在车辆控制器循环进行方法200时间歇地或持续地发送关联信号。
在可选实施例中,其他电池充电水平阈值作为预定条件存储在车辆控制器内,以启用进一步的充电过程的功能。指定不同的充电水平阈值,使得当达到充电水平时,在充电过程之间发生切换。当车辆电池接近完全放电时,更高的电流有利于减少再充电时间。相比之下,在基本上完全充电时,给车辆电池提供小电流或间歇电流会有利于防止在车辆下一次使用之前电池放电。可选的充电过程中的一些充电过程之间的有区别的方面在于:在每单位时间内给电池提供的电流的量不同。车辆控制器至少根据相对于预定充电水平阈值的电池充电水平而确定合适的过程。如果充电过程正在进行,则车辆控制器将指示改变为不同的合适的充电过程的命令的改变信号提供给充电***。每个过程得益于车辆和充电器之间的持续通信关联而被保持。
上述方法的可能的优点在于提供用于无线感应充电的控制***,该控制***在车辆和充电器之间提供初始关联和持续关联。通过要求持续关联通信,选择特定的事件以在期望时使充电过程中断。如上面提到的,车辆开走事件、电池基本上完全充电以及其他指定事件可触发持续关联信号的中断,使得电力不能到达车辆充电器。

Claims (6)

1.一种车辆,包括:
电池;
充电板,与电池电连接;
至少一个控制器,被配置成响应于检测到已经过验证的充电***:(a)发送开始信号,从而充电***开始通过充电板给电池充电;(b)间歇地或持续地发送关联信号,从而保持通过充电板给电池充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被配置成:以预定的时间间隔发送关联信号。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被配置成:响应于车辆切换到扭矩启用状态而使得关联信号的间歇或持续发送被中断,从而充电***停止通过充电板给电池充电。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被配置成:响应于电池达到阈值充电水平而使得关联信号的间歇或持续发送被中断,从而充电***停止通过充电板给电池充电。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被配置成:响应于电池达到阈值充电水平而发送终止信号,从而充电***停止通过充电板给电池充电。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,所述至少一个控制器还被配置成:响应于车辆切换到扭矩启用状态而发送终止信号,从而充电***停止通过充电板给电池充电。
