Abstract

本发明涉及太阳能电池技术领域,尤其是一种高效太阳能电池背膜。其包括膜体,膜体由PVC膜和PET板组成,PVC膜有两层,分别位于PET板的上下两侧,膜体内设有反射层。在PET板上部覆盖一层以玻璃珠反光膜为材质的反射层,可将透过电池的光反射回电池,从而大大提高电池的发电效率,延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及太阳能电池技术领域,尤其是一种高效太阳能电池背膜。
背景技术
随着不可再生能源的日渐紧缺,太阳能电池已作为传统电能生产方法的绿色替代方案,被用来利用太阳光产生电能,大量应用在各个领域。而作为太阳能电池组件的背膜对电池使用寿命,输出功率,安全可靠性起到关键作用,背膜位于太阳能电池板的背面,对电池片起到保护和支撑作用,而现有的背膜耐候性、阻水性、绝缘性和耐老化性比较差,无法保证电池的可靠性、稳定性和耐久性,影响性能和使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能电池背膜耐候性差,效率低,影响电池的性能和寿命的不足,本发明提供了一种高效太阳能电池背膜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高效太阳能电池背膜,包括膜体,膜体由PVC膜和PET板组成,PVC膜有两层,分别位于PET板的上下两侧,膜体内设有反射层。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括反射层的材质为玻璃珠反光膜。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括反射层覆盖在PET板上部。
本发明的有益效果是,在PET板上部覆盖一层以玻璃珠反光膜为材质的反射层,可将透过电池的光反射回电池,从而大大提高电池的发电效率,延长使用寿命。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种高效太阳能电池背膜,包括膜体1,膜体1由PVC膜2和PET板3组成,PVC膜2有两层,分别位于PET板3的上下两侧,膜体1内设有反射层4。反射层4的材质为玻璃珠反光膜。反射层4覆盖在PET板3上部。
在PET板3上部覆盖一层以玻璃珠反光膜为材质的反射层4,可将透过电池的光反射回电池,从而大大提高电池的发电效率,延长使用寿命。

1.一种高效太阳能电池背膜,包括膜体(1),膜体(1)由PVC膜(2)和PET板(3)组成,PVC膜(2)有两层,分别位于PET板(3)的上下两侧,其特征是,膜体(1)内设有反射层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效太阳能电池背膜,其特征是,反射层(4)的材质为玻璃珠反光膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高效太阳能电池背膜,其特征是,反射层(4)覆盖在PET板(3)上部。
