背景技术
现有技术中的汽车零部件保护用套管的内壁往往比较光滑,行驶在路况较差的路面上时,汽车强烈的颠簸会导致护套管脱落,从而造成一些零部件损坏,造成不应有的损失甚至导致事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车零部件保护用套管。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。
一种汽车零部件保护用套管,包括管体,所述管体的内壁设置有粘着层,所述粘着层的内表面包覆有耐高温的缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈的内表面上设置有内向凸起,所述缓冲圈的外表面上设置有外向凸起,所述缓冲圈的内部为腔室。
进一步地,所述内向凸起和外向凸起均为圆环形。
进一步地,所述内向凸起均匀分布在所述缓冲圈的内表面,所述外向凸起均匀分布在所述缓冲圈的外表面。
进一步地,所述管体的外壁设置有增强环。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的汽车零部件保护用套管,由于采用上述技术方案,既耐高温,又能防止零部件脱落,其结构简单、加工成本低、生产效率高。

图1为本发明的汽车零部件保护用套管的第一种实施方式的结构示意图,如图1所示,该实施例的汽车零部件保护用套管包括管体1,管体1的内壁设置有粘着层2,粘着层2的内表面包覆有耐高温的缓冲圈3,缓冲圈3的内表面上设置有内向凸起31,缓冲圈3的外表面上设置有外向凸起33,缓冲圈3的内部设置有腔室32,腔室可进一步增强缓冲圈的弹性。利用缓冲圈自身的弹性以及内向凸起可防止汽车零部件的脱落。作为优选,内向凸起31和外向凸起33可设置为圆环形;内向凸起31均匀地分布在缓冲圈3的内表面,外向凸起33均匀地分布在缓冲圈3的外表面。
图2为本发明汽车零部件保护用套管的第二种实施方式的结构示意图,如图2所示,与第一种实施方式的不同之处在于,管体1的外壁设置有增强环4。
本发明的汽车零部件保护用套管,既能耐高温,又能防止零部件脱落,其结构简单、加工成本低、生产效率高。

1.一种汽车零部件保护用套管,包括管体,其特征在于,所述管体的内壁设置有粘着层,所述粘着层的内表面包覆有耐高温的缓冲圈,所述缓冲圈的内表面上设置有内向凸起,所述缓冲圈的外表面上设置有外向凸起,所述缓冲圈的内部为腔室;所述内向凸起和外向凸起均为圆环形;所述内向凸起均匀分布在所述缓冲圈的内表面,所述外向凸起均匀分布在所述缓冲圈的外表面;所述管体的外壁设置有增强环;腔室可增强缓冲圈的弹性,利用缓冲圈自身的弹性以及内向凸起可防止汽车零部件的脱落。
