一种无齿减速器,包括:中心锥轮(1),从动锥轮(7),固定锥轮(4),中心锥轮(1)的轴上套有推力弹簧(3),从动锥轮(7)和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。其优点是:结构简单,便于加工,可大可小,速比可高可低体积小,这种减速器的特点是速比可达1:1000以上。

技术领域
 本发明涉及机械传动技术领域,运用火车运动原理,具体的说是无齿减速器。
背景技术
现在市面上的减速器品种繁多,一般都是用齿轮传动,特别是现在的行星齿轮减速器所用齿轮之多,加工要求精度之高,使加工困难,所以要求加工设备也比较高,从而使减速器的总体成本提高,而且大传动比的减速器体积大笨重,很难小型化,所以在有些场合必须运用多机减速,从而增大了设备的占地面积,给使用者带来了极大的不便和财力的消耗,使用寿命短。
发明内容
 本发明的目的是设计一种结构简单,加工要求不高,减速比大,使用寿命长的无齿减速器。
本发明无齿减速器,包括:中心锥轮1,从动锥轮7,固定锥轮4,中心锥轮1的轴上套有推力弹簧3,从动锥轮7和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。
所述的中心锥轮1和输入轴相连,轴外套有轴承和轴承套2,轴承套2和固定锥轮4的内孔相连。
所述的从动锥轮7和从动轴上的圆形连接板相连或者从动锥轮7的一端和定位板8相连,从动锥轮7另一端的外锥缘和从动轴的锥套的内锥相连。
利用公转一周差原理通过摩擦传动实现减速运动。
D轮和B轮的线速比来计算。
A轮和B轮的角速度=C轮运动的角度一样。也就是输出轴的角速度。
A轮和C轮有速度差,是速比的因式,这样一来速比就增大。
A轮越大速比越大,可达1:50以内。
本发明的优点是:结构简单,便于加工,可大可小,速比可高可低,体积小,这种减速器的特点是速比可达1:1000以上。

具体实施方式
一种无齿减速器,包括:中心锥轮1,从动锥轮7,固定锥轮4,中心锥轮1的轴上套有推力弹簧3,从动锥轮7和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。
所述的中心锥轮1和输入轴相连,轴外套有轴承和轴承套2,轴承套2和固定锥轮4的内孔相连。
所述的从动锥轮7和从动轴上的圆形连接板相连或者从动锥轮7的一端和定位板8相连,从动锥轮7另一端的外锥缘和从动轴的锥套的内锥相连。
利用公转一周差原理,中心锥轮和从动锥轮的直径比=减速比。
利用公转一周差原理通过摩擦传动实现减速运动。
D轮和B轮的线速比来计算。
A轮和B轮的角速度=C轮运动的角度一样。也就是输出轴的角速度。
A轮和C轮有速度差,是速比的因式,这样一来速比就增大。
A轮越大速比越大,可达1:50以内。

1.一种无齿减速器,其特征在于:包括:中心锥轮(1),从动锥轮(7),固定锥轮(4),中心锥轮(1)的轴上套有推力弹簧(3),从动锥轮(7)和从动轴相连或者和从动轴锥套相连。
2.根据权利要1所述的一种无齿减速器,其特征在于:所述的中心锥轮(1)和输入轴相连,轴外套有轴承和轴承套(2),轴承套(2)和固定锥轮(4)的内孔相连。
3.根据权利要1所述的一种无齿减速器,其特征在于:所述的从动锥轮7和从动轴上的圆形连接板相连或者从动锥轮(7)的一端和定位板(8)相连,从动锥轮(7)另一端的外锥缘和从动轴的锥套的内锥相连。
