Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性手感凹版墨,含有以重量份计算的以下组分:水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液40-80;有机硅交联剂2-8;手感珠光粉1-15;水性助剂1-4;水8-21。本发明制备的凹版墨具有极佳的手感与光泽度,用于制备环保型高档印刷产品,用于烟包、药包的防伪。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性手感凹版墨,属于精细化学品领域。 
背景技术
随着社会对环保的压力加大,在印刷领域,水性凹版油墨越来越受到关注,但是凹印墨因印刷方式限制,墨层很薄,没有手感,很难做出特殊的效果。 
发明内容
本发明针对以上技术不足,提供了一种具有手感的环保型凹印墨。不改变现有的印刷工艺,而得到明显手感的凹印效果。 
本发明是这样实现的: 
水性手感凹版墨,含有以重量份计算的以下组分:
水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液60-80;
有机硅交联剂2-8;
手感珠光粉1-15;
水性助剂1-4;
水8-21。
其中,水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液分子量为5-20万;手感珠光粉为粒径为5-20um的闪光玻璃珠光粉;水性助剂为通用的水性流平剂,水性消泡剂。 
本发明用于制备环保型高档印刷产品,用于烟包、药包的防伪。 
有机硅交联剂为氨基有机硅偶联剂,因其具有交联性能,可以提高涂膜对基材的结合牢度,手感珠光粉,增加涂膜的手感与光泽度。 
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的详细说明。 
水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液(购自DSM水性树脂),手感珠光粉(购自浙江珠尔纳公司)。 
水性手感凹版墨,实施例1-4所采用的组分含量如下(单位KG)

上述具体实施方式得到的水性手感凹版墨,可以用于凹版涂布或印刷,得到的涂层具有极佳的手感与光泽,上述实施方式不以任何形式限制本发明的技术方案,凡是采用等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案均落在本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

1.一种水性手感凹版墨,其特征在于由以重量份计算的以下组分组成:
水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液60-80;
有机硅交联剂2-8;
手感珠光粉1-15;
水性助剂1-4;
水8-21,
手感珠光粉为粒径为5-20μm的闪光玻璃珠光粉,有机硅交联剂为氨基有机硅偶联剂。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的凹版墨,其中所述的水性聚氨酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液分子量为5-20万。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的凹版墨,其中所述的水性助剂为改性有机硅助剂,用作消泡剂、流平剂。
