本发明涉及刀杆，具体涉及一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆。
背景技术
现如今，机加工产品要求越来越精密，加工时主要依靠刀片，刀杆与加工设备的配合来达到要求，当需要更换刀片时，很难取下，因为刀片安装区域表面都处理的跟镜面一样，非常平整，而且加工时，一定会有油污产生，这样将增加刀片与刀片安装区域的粘合力，造成更换刀片时，浪费时间，产品产出率低，而且现在刀杆材质都为白钢或钨钢，刀片安装区域为磨损最严重的区域，白钢耐磨性差，易变形，钨钢耐磨性好，但价格高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，该刀杆在于克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述技术目的，本发明采取的技术方案是：一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，其特征是，它包括刀杆本体，刀片安装区域，内六角螺丝，排气槽；所述刀片安装区域采用特殊工艺焊接在刀杆本体的一侧，排气槽在刀片安装区域表面上，内六角螺丝安装在刀片安装区域内。
所述刀杆本体为白钢材质制作，形状可以为圆形，长方形及其它形状。
所述刀片安装区域为钨钢材质制作。 
所述刀片安装区域焊接在刀杆本体上。
所述内六角螺丝的数量为两颗。
所述排气槽数量与形状可以自由设计。
本发明的优点和积极效果是：1．耐磨性好，使命寿命长；2．价格适中，减少企业的生产成本；3.刀片安装与拆卸方便快捷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种新型精密加工刀杆，如图1，图2所示，它包括刀杆本体1，刀片安装区域2，排气槽3，内六角螺丝4；所述刀片安装区域2采用特殊焊接工艺焊接在刀杆本体1的一侧，排气槽3在刀片安装区域2表面上，内六角螺丝3安装在刀片安装区域2内，即形成带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆。
具体操作如下：首先拧下两颗内六角螺丝3，将刀片安装在刀片安装区域2上，并拧紧两颗六角螺丝4，坚固住刀片，而后将安装好刀片的刀杆本体1安装到设备上，开启设备，即可，，价格适中，更换刀片时，拧下两颗内六角螺丝4，由于刀片安装区域2内有排气槽3，可以降低刀片与刀片安装区域2之间的粘合力，可以更方便快捷的取下刀片，由于刀片安装区域2采用钨钢制作，耐磨性更高，相对来说使用寿命更长。
本发明中，作为变行实施例，排气槽数量与形状可以自由设计，刀片安装区域可以自由设计。故本发明的权利保护范围以权利要求书限定的范围为准。

1.一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，其特征是，它包括刀杆本体，刀片安装区域，内六角螺丝，排气槽；所述刀片安装区域采用特殊工艺焊接在刀杆本体的一侧，排气槽在刀片安装区域表面上，内六角螺丝安装在刀片安装区域内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，所述刀杆本体为白钢材质制作，形状可以为圆形，长方形及其它形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，所述刀片安装区域为钨钢材质制作。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，所述刀片安装区域焊接在刀杆本体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，所述内六角螺丝的数量为两颗。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带排气槽新型精密加工刀杆，所述排气槽数量与形状可以自由设计。
