Abstract
本发明提供了一种伤口护理器,其包括吸杯、引流瓶、伤口护理器主体和抽真空装置,吸杯内设有负压引流管入口端,引流瓶与吸杯通过引流管相连,伤口护理器主体与吸杯连接,伤口护理器主体控制抽真空装置对吸杯进行抽真空。基于智能控制的伤口修复***,利用气泵将伤口密封罩罩住的伤口处抽成真空;确定最有益于伤口愈合的激光波长和功率;合理的结构设计,方便实时监测伤口愈合情况,且使脓水不经过泵体,使用后只丢弃胶管、海绵、密封罩,在卫生、洁净的前提下降低一次性使用成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,尤其涉及伤口护理器。
背景技术
针对糖尿病患者、瘫痪病人、大面积皮肤溃烂、大面积的烧伤、烫伤等严重的皮肤创伤。
现有技术中采用膏贴密封,无法实时观察伤口处愈合情况,且伤口出血等异常状况时不能立即做出处理,容易发生医疗事故。撕贴有时会撕裂刚愈合的伤口。
为了使伤口密封,用泵将伤口处在可控能调节的条件下抽成真空状态,避免伤口被空气中因细菌感染发炎而溃烂;更重要的是伤口在接近负压的环境中伤口愈合的速度是常态环境下的2~3倍。脓水经过泵体,容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种伤口护理器,其包括吸杯、引流瓶、伤口护理器主体和抽真空装置,吸杯内设有负压引流管入口端,引流瓶与吸杯通过引流管相连,伤口护理器主体与吸杯连接,伤口护理器主体控制抽真空装置对吸杯进行抽真空。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述吸杯为第一吸杯,内置有600nm-655nm和780nm-940nm激光头。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述吸杯为第二吸杯,内置有600nm-940nm的LED。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与伤口护理器主体连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,引流瓶内设有防溢阀。
作为本发明的进一步改进,吸杯设有透视密封罩。
作为本发明的进一步改进,伤口护理器主体设有显示屏、控制面板,搭载android***或IOS***。
作为本发明的进一步改进,伤口护理器主体可调负压机。
作为本发明的进一步改进,伤口护理器主体设有充电电池。
本发明是一种基于智能控制的伤口修复***,利用气泵将伤口密封罩罩住的伤口处抽成真空;确定最有益于伤口愈合的激光波长和功率;合理的结构设计,方便实时监测伤口愈合情况,且使脓水不经过泵体,使用后只丢弃胶管、海绵、密封罩,在卫生、洁净的前提下降低一次性使用成本。
吸杯采用透视密封罩,可实时观察伤口处愈合情况,迅速对异常情况进行处理。并向伤口添加敷料,促进伤口愈合。
利用吸杯的密封罩罩住伤口,控制泵体将伤口处抽成真空状态,以避免细菌感染。伤口在接近负压的环境中愈合速度是常态下的2~3倍。
合理的结构设计,脓水不经过泵体。使用后只丢弃胶管,海绵,密封罩等。卫生,洁净,一次性使用成本低。
使用600nm-655nm和780nm-940nm波长的激光照射伤口,使伤口更快愈合。
使用600nm-940nm波长的LED照射伤口,使伤口更快愈合。
便于携带,适用于在不同环境下,并能在光照充足的情况下,进行及时充电。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。如图1:
1为敷料,其可以采用两种敷料:
敷料a:具有生物兼容性,能加速修复伤口的敷料;
敷料b:具有生物兼容性,可以成为皮肤的一部分,多孔并且可以让激光透过的敷料。
使用时,根据实际需求进行敷料的选择,可以选择其中一种敷料,也可以两种同时使用。
2为吸杯,其可以采用两种吸杯:
吸杯a:内置有600nm-655nm和780nm-940nm激光头,通过不同波长的激光的照射伤口,可以有效改善伤口状况,使伤口更快愈合;内设有负压引流管入口端,能在吸杯内形成负压环境,有利于使伤口更快愈合。
吸杯b:内置有600nm-940nm的LED,能通过不同波长光照射伤口,可以有效改善伤口状况,使伤口更快愈合;内设有负压引流管入口端,能在吸杯内形成负压环境,有利于使伤口更快愈合。
以上两种吸杯均采用透视密封罩,密封罩边缘接触皮肤的部分设有海绵,增加密封性,以上两种吸杯的密封罩和海绵部分为一次性产品,使用后丢弃,而吸杯的激光头或LED灯为非一次性产品,可以重复使用。
3为引流瓶,用于盛装由通过引流管和敷料作用下清创后所产成的液体,引流瓶内设有防溢阀,防止液体溢出。
4为伤口护理器主体,内设有显示屏,控制面板,搭载android***或IOS***,便于用户根据实际情况设定所需要的功能;并装有可调负压机,能够加速创面部位的血液循环,显著促进新生血管进入创面,刺激肉芽组织的生长,充分引流,减轻水肿,减少污染,抑制细菌生长,能够直接加快创面愈合,或为手术修复创造条件;装有充电电池,便于用户在不同环境下使用。
5为太阳能板,便于用户在户外进行临时充电。

1.一种伤口护理器,其特征在于:其包括吸杯、引流瓶、伤口护理器主体和抽真空装置,吸杯内设有负压引流管入口端,引流瓶与吸杯通过引流管相连,伤口护理器主体与吸杯连接,伤口护理器主体控制抽真空装置对吸杯进行抽真空。
2.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:所述吸杯为第一吸杯,内置有600nm-655nm和780nm -940nm激光头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:所述吸杯为第二吸杯,内置有600nm -940nm的LED。
4.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:还包括太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与伤口护理器主体连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:引流瓶内设有防溢阀。
6.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:吸杯设有透视密封罩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的伤口护理器,其特征在于:伤口护理器主体设有显示屏、控制面板,搭载android***或IOS ***。
