本发明是一种用于禽畜肉类、果蔬、海鲜、谷类以及水、饮料的烹调和配比的调味品,属于调味保健食品及中药配方技术领域,按国际专利分类属生活必须品一类。
背景技术
中医膳食是中医药学的重要组成部分,“五味调元精”是中医世家、中医食疗专家徐宝源教授在认真学习和研究中医食疗历史宝贵遗产的基础上,结合现代科技,坚持不懈地进行了60多年的中医“食疗”临床实践和总结,将药食可用的中药经过科学配伍,精制而成。其原理是按纯天然植物类中药的性味:酸、甘、苦、辛、咸五大类中选出13种具有代表性的中药,以中医学的阴阳五行、脏腑经络、辩证施治的理论为基础的,按中医方剂学的组方原则“君、臣、佐、使”进行科学配伍,遵循“医食同源”、“药食同源”的理论,根据“酸甘苦辛咸”的五味入五脏,以食物、药物的偏性来矫正脏腑机能的偏性,以食物、药物的寒、热、温、凉四种不同特性,运用中药性味归经的原理来增强机体的抵抗力和免疫力,达到固本培元的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是本着内调并“预防为主”的中医治未病理念,提供一种广泛用于食品领域中的保健制品,将其融入各菜系及食品饮料当中,通过药性味咸入肾经来调节肾及膀胱精报,以达到治未病功效,从而改善了人体的亚健康状态。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种用于调理补充人体肾脏和膀胱的调味保健品,按重量配比由下列13种成分制成:
牡蛎15-20份,干姜7-10份,丁香7-10份,薤白7-10份,枸杞子7-10份,芡实15-20份,白芷7-10份,肉桂8-10份,韭菜子10-12份,大茴香7-10份,红参5-8份,西洋参5-8份,三七叁10-16份。
以上组方中富含各类蛋白质及氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸、牛黄酸、烯、抗氧化剂及多种维生素,其中含有多种皂苷、黄酮,多糖和多种生物碱、挥发油,桂皮醛、白果酸及异白果双黄酮、微量元素。同时含有丁香鞣质抗病毒成分。
上述成份的功效为:
1)护心脏、降压、降血脂、增强免疫、抗疲劳、抗动脉硬化。
2)胃及十二指肠溃疡、阳痿,早泄、遗精、带下(***内疾病)、肝脾肿大、高血压、肿瘤等病症。
3)温补肝肾,壮阳固精,用于肝肾亏虚,腰膝酸痛,遗尿尿频,白浊带下。
4)温肝肾、补肾益精,支持正常腺体功能,打通***内分泌指数。
优选方式下,可将配方直接用中药煎煮设备或红外线煎煮壶、紫砂壶煎煮40分钟,获得用于烹制菜肴的浓缩液体。或者,生产工艺采用生物破壁技术,超微粉碎工艺,粉状物的粒度为360目以上,超临界萃取工艺加工,提取物经分离浓缩后冷冻干燥,形成颗粒状。再或者,成品制成粉末、粒颗、压缩固体块状、膏体、液体形态,包装形态为硬胶囊、软胶囊、固形物饼状真空压缩。
本发明调味保健品的使用,有如下方法:
(1)用于制成茶饮。
(2)用于《本草纲目》中记载益肾的谷类、禽畜类、海鲜类、果蔬类食材,按中医的“君臣佐使”组方原则制作成食品,五味调元精为“君”在菜品中起主导作用,其用量为食材重的1.0-1.5%。
(3)按中医的“君臣佐使”组方原则应用于火锅、水饺类的煮制,五味调元精为“君”在菜品中起主导作用,其用量为食材重的1.2.-1.5%。
(4)用于水、饮料的配制,其用量为总单位液体的1.2-1.5%。

在中药中选出13种可药食两用的中药按“君、臣、佐、使”配方制成五味调元精,“五味调元精”壬品主要有调补肾和膀胱精气、荣养全身的功效,在中国中医药学会和中国烹饪协会的指导和支持下,将“五味调元精”融入各个菜系中,取药之性,用食之味,发挥食借药力,药助食功,既加强了原食品功效,也增添了美味,真正做到药食同源,达到防病、祛病和保健养生之功效。
五味调元精方剂(壬品)其制品特征是按“酸甘苦辛咸”五味入五脏的理论,被食用后,通过脾胃运纳吸收其营养精髓而化生为人体生命精气,调理、补充了人体元气,即为“调元”,这些中药具有药食双重功效,是直接由天地能量化生而来的精华,固此得名“五味调元精”。人食用后调理、补充人体气、血、津、液、精、髓,调整了人体阴阳平衡,使之“正气存内,邪不可干”,增强抵御外邪能力,达到防病、健康长寿的效果,没有任何负作用,适合于各民族、各种年龄的人食用。
五味调元特膳制品是从酸、甘、苦、辛、咸五大类纯天然中药中精选出有代表性的符合中国***规定可药食两用的38种经过科学配伍,精制而成的,因组成“五味调元特膳”的中药是直接由天地能量化生而来的精华,本品具有药食双重功效,更可广泛用于各食品领域。食借药力,药助食功。“五味调元特膳”与其它食品同食,既加强了原食品功效,也增添了美味。“五味调元特膳”及系列制品被食用后,通过脾胃吸收其营养精微而化生为人体生命精气,调理、补充了人体元气,即为“调元”。从而调节了生命细胞免疫功能,调理、补充了人体气、血、津、液、精、髓,调整了人体阴阳平衡,使之“正气存内,邪不可干”,增强了抵御外邪能力,从而达到防病、健康长寿的效果,没有任何负作用,适合于各民族、各种年龄的人食用。

具体实施方式
本发明五味调元特膳制品的生产工艺按GMP规范设计,采用世界最先进的CO2超临界萃取,冷冻干燥的高新生物技术,其工艺新颖独特,智能化、自动化程度高。本制品的主要原料为13种中药材,各种原料入库前进行筛选(按中药饮片规范操作)。入库后的原料保持干燥、通风、洁净、避免阳光直射。根据原料性质,分类定位贮藏,设卡,登记,严防霉变、虫蛀、定期检查,先进先出。原料出料后首先进入前处理车间进行工艺前处理,经清洗、泡制、切制后,再进行粉碎消毒。进入提取车间后,中药原料经CO2超临界提取出挥发油、脂溶物,分离出脂溶活性成分后的药渣,再经不同溶剂提取水溶物活性成分。提取物经分离浓缩后进入冷冻干燥车间,冷冻干燥后的提取物就成为各种制成品的主导半成品,经与各种辅料进行不同的工艺合成、均质,分别制成硬胶囊、软胶囊、冲剂、膏剂等系列产品。具体生产提取工艺流程如图1所示。药材前处理工艺流程如图2所示。
本发明用于调理补充人体脾胃精气的调味保健食品:五味调元精强肾方剂(壬品),由下列13种成分制成(用量为重量份):由牡蛎15-20份,干姜7-10份,丁香7-10份,薤白7-10份,枸杞子7-10份,芡实15-20份,白芷7-10份,肉桂8-10份,韭菜子10-12份,大茴香7-10份,红参5-8份,西洋参5-8份,三七叁10-16份组成。
采用生物破壁技术,超微粉碎工艺,粉状物的粒度为360目以上,超临界萃取工艺加工,提取物经分离浓缩后冷冻干燥,形成颗粒状。
将配方直接用中药煎煮设备或红外线煎煮壶、紫砂壶煎煮40分钟后的浓缩液体用于烹制菜肴。
成品为粉末、粒颗、压缩固体块状、膏体、液体形态,包装形态为硬胶囊、软胶囊、固形物饼状真空压缩。
可以制成茶饮,直接饮用调补人体肾脏精气。也可以用于《本草纲目》中记载益肾的谷类、禽畜类、海鲜类、果蔬类食材,制作成可食制品,其用量为食材重的1.0-1.5%。还可用于火锅、水饺类的煮制,其用量为食材重的1.2.-1.5%。另一种简单用法为:用于水、饮料的配制,其用量为总单位液体的1.2-1.5%。用在炖菜、炖肉、炒菜、煲汤中,其用量总食材重的1.5%。
本发明五味调元精壬品为生物破壁技术,超临界萃取工艺加工制作,提取物经分离浓缩后冷冻干燥形成颗粒,成品为粉末、粒颗、膏体状态,包装形态为硬胶囊(具体如图3所示)和软胶囊(具体如图4所示)、固形物饼状真空压缩。
配方选择成品合格的中药材经加工处理超微粉碎到360目,然后制成硬胶囊,在烹饪时将其药末加入肉类和其它同属类食品中即可,也可将制品经过临界萃取精炼提取精化制成软胶囊,直接加入食品中,其效果更佳。
本发明制品具有色、味鲜美,而无异味,在食用过程中起到健身防病的保健作用,同时该制品的原料易得,且价格便宜,都是食用药用为一体的天然中药,无任何副作用,经过防疫部门多次检测,结果表明,该制品均符合食用卫生标准。
用于《本草纲目》中记载的益肾的谷类、禽畜类、海鲜类、果蔬类食材与本品烹饪与煮制,与豆制品、酱菜制品、面制品、肉肠制品、罐头制品、饮料制品按比例配方,将药味渗入食品当中,进入体内调节阴阳平衡,达到强身健体治未病的目的。
本制品可适用于所有益肾的肉类、果蔬、海鲜、谷类同属性食材的烹饪,其药性也擅其功效,若与其它食品配用,起到协同作用,能使营养成分充分吸收,进一步增强营养功能。
本制品对于疾病患者选择对应配方长期食用,有良好的效果。总之,通过进食可增加生理功能,调节元气,促进身体健康。

上述表1为用于猪肉匹配的五味调元特膳,用于其它食品配比时,取上述各制品,其用量为食材的1.0-1.5%。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于调理补充人体肾脏和膀胱的调味保健品,其特征在于,按重量配比由下列13种成分制成:
牡蛎15-20份,干姜7-10份,丁香7-10份,薤白7-10份,枸杞子7-10份,芡实15-20份,白芷7-10份,肉桂8-10份,韭菜子10-12份,大茴香7-10份,红参5-8份,西洋参5-8份,三七叁10-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述调味保健品,其特征在于,将配方直接用中药煎煮设备或红外线煎煮壶、紫砂壶煎煮40分钟,获得用于烹制菜肴的浓缩液体。
3.根据权利要求1所述调味保健品,其特征在于,生产工艺采用生物破壁技术,超微粉碎工艺,粉状物的粒度为360目以上,超临界萃取工艺加工,提取物经分离浓缩后冷冻干燥,形成颗粒状。
4.根据权利要求1所述调味保健品,其特征在于,成品为粉末、粒颗、压缩固体块状、膏体、液体形态,包装形态为硬胶囊、软胶囊、固形物饼状真空压缩。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,用于制成茶饮。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,用于《本草纲目》中记载益肺的谷类、禽畜类、海鲜类、果蔬类食材,按中医的“君臣佐使”组方原则制作成食品,五味调元精为“君”在菜品中起主导作用,其用量为食材重的1.0-1.5%。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,按中医的“君臣佐使”组方原则应用于火锅、水饺类的煮制,五味调元精为“君”在菜品中起主导作用,其用量为食材重的1.2.-1.5%。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,用于水、饮料的配制,其用量为总单位液体的1.2-1.5%。
9.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,按中医的“君臣佐使”组方原则应用于炖菜、炖肉、炒菜、煲汤中,五味调元精为“君”在菜品中起主导作用,其用量为总食材重的1.5%。
10.根据权利要求1-4任一所述调味保健品的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述调味保健品以“君”的身份放置到各菜系、火锅、水饺中烹饪,菜系、火锅、水饺馅中的主料作为“臣”,配料作为“佐”,盐、油作为“使”,全部按中医“君臣佐使”方剂的配伍原则进行配膳。
