本发明实施例公开了一种网络拥塞处理方法、装置和***，涉及通信技术领域，能够自动检测并定位网络中发生拥塞的路由节点，节省人力资源和时间。该方法包括：接收传输设备发送的第一拥塞告警消息，所述第一拥塞告警消息用于报告所述传输设备已经发生拥塞；向网络管理设备发送第二拥塞告警消息，所述第二拥塞告警消息包含发生拥塞路由器的名称和接口名称。主要应用于网络拥塞的处理。
