Abstract

本发明涉及一种滚珠丝杠副,具体的说,是一种适合于长行程、高速、重载领域的旋转螺母组合单元,包括滚珠丝杠、滚动螺母、滚动轴承以及壳体所述滚珠螺母与滚珠丝杠螺旋连接,所述壳体通过滚动轴承罩于滚动螺母外,滚动丝杠转动时滚珠螺母带动壳体沿滚珠丝杠的轴向直线运动。本发明在滚珠螺母副外直接安装轴承,节省了过渡套的设计,大大减小了径向尺寸。滚珠丝杠原地固定不动。驱动电机带动滚珠螺母副一边旋转,一边沿滚道直线运动。从而带动壳体直线运动。由于丝杠固定不动,极大地降低了机械运动***的转动惯量,提高了***的极限转速,易于实现高速传动,最适用于长行程高速移动领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚珠丝杠副,具体的说,是一种适合于长行程、高速、重载领域的旋转螺母组合单元。
背景技术
随着机床厂家产品的不断升级,大型高精产品所占比例越来越大。作为数控机床配套的滚珠丝杠副,也不可避免的向大型,超长及高精发展。而传统滚珠丝杠副的工作模式是丝杠旋转,螺母直线运动。当滚珠丝杠副长度超过一定数值时(如6米),由于丝杠本身自重带来的挠度、惯量、极限转速等问题,传统的丝杠旋转传动方式无法满足机床的设计要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种丝杠原地固定,滚珠螺母的旋转运动转化为螺母自身直线运动的旋转螺母组合单元,具体由以下技术方案实现。
一种旋转螺母组合单元,包括滚珠丝杠、滚动螺母、滚动轴承以及壳体所述滚珠螺母与滚珠丝杠螺旋连接,所述壳体通过滚动轴承罩于滚动螺母外,滚动丝杠转动时滚珠螺母带动壳体沿滚珠丝杠的轴向直线运动。
所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其进一步设计在于,所述滚珠螺母的端部设有预紧调节装置和防尘装置。
所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其进一步设计在于,所述预紧调节装置由隔圈、隔套及径向锁紧螺母组成。
所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其进一步设计在于,所述滚动轴承由深沟球轴承与推力滚子轴承组成。

具体实施方式
该旋转螺母组合单元包括滚珠丝杠1、滚动螺母2、滚动轴承以及壳体,滚珠螺母2与滚珠丝杠1螺旋连接,壳体4通过滚动轴承罩于滚动螺母外,滚动丝杠1转动时滚珠螺母带动壳体沿滚珠丝杠1的轴向直线运动。滚珠螺母2的端部设有预紧调节装置和防尘装置3。预紧调节装置由隔圈6、隔套8及径向锁紧螺9母组成。滚动轴承包括深沟球轴承7与推力滚子轴承5。

1.一种旋转螺母组合单元,其特征在于包括滚珠丝杠、滚动螺母、滚动轴承以及壳体所述滚珠螺母与滚珠丝杠螺旋连接,所述壳体通过滚动轴承罩于滚动螺母外,滚动丝杠转动时滚珠螺母带动壳体沿滚珠丝杠的轴向直线运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其特征在于,所述滚珠螺母的端部设有预紧调节装置和防尘装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其特征在于,所述预紧调节装置由隔圈、隔套及径向锁紧螺母组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋转螺母组合单元,其特征在于,所述滚动轴承由深沟球轴承与推力滚子轴承组成。
