本发明涉及洗墙灯技术，特别涉及一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构。
背景技术
现有技术中的洗墙灯防水结构，如授权公告号为CN203068313U的发明专利所公开的一种洗墙灯，包括电源、灯体，灯体与电源连接，还包括防水罩，防水罩设置在灯体上，防水罩包括透光玻璃、密封条、压条，透光玻璃压在灯体上，密封条设置在透光玻璃两侧，压条压在密封条上，构成防水罩；在灯体两端设置防水圈，同时用防水接头连接电源与灯体，形成整体的密封结构；然而这种防水圈的防水结构过于简陋，因此，防水效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，此种结构具有良好的防水效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，包括壳体、紧固于所述壳体的端盖及设于所述壳体与端盖之间的垫圈，所述端盖中部设有凸起；且所述端盖的侧边设有面向所述端盖中部的侧壁呈斜面的凸条，该斜面远离所述端盖设所述凸条的表面的一侧较该斜面靠近所述端盖设所述凸条的表面的一侧更为远离所述端盖中部；所述垫圈中部开有套于所述凸起外的通孔，且所述垫圈的侧边设有适用于嵌入所述凸条且形状与所述凸条相配的槽口。
作为本发明的优选，所述端盖设所述凸条的表面还设有定位槽；所述垫圈上设有用于嵌入所述定位槽的定位条。
作为本发明的优选，所述端盖上还设有能够抵触于所述壳体的限位凸点。
作为本发明的优选，所述端盖的上端设有能够抵触于所述壳体的限位挡缘。 
综上所述，本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明结构，易于实施；将端盖紧固于壳体上时，垫圈受轴向挤压；但由于通孔套于凸起外，使得垫圈不能向中部形变，且由于槽口与凸条的配合，使得垫圈向外侧的形变也受到阻碍；从而，加强了垫圈分别与端盖、壳体之间的接触密封性，提高了防水效果；定位槽与定位条的设置，有利于提高安装的使得性及进一步限制垫圈的径向形变；当限位凸点和/或限位挡缘抵触于壳体时，垫圈的压缩量应已使本发明达到了IP66的防水要求。

实施例：一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，如图1-5所示，包括壳体1及通过螺钉紧固于壳体1的端盖2，在壳体1与端盖2之间设有垫圈3，以起到防水效果，垫圈3一般为硅胶材质；壳体1一般为铝型；端盖2一般为压铸件。
端盖2中部设有凸起21，本实施例中凸起21呈圈状；且端盖2的侧边设有面向端盖2中部的侧壁呈斜面的凸条22，本实施例中凸条22设于端盖2的三个侧边，且该斜面远离端盖2设凸条22的表面的一侧较该斜面靠近端盖2设凸条22的表面的一侧更为远离端盖2中部；垫圈3中部开有套于凸起21外的通孔31，且垫圈3的侧边设有适用于嵌入凸条22且形状与凸条22相配的槽口32；端盖2设凸条22的表面还设有定位槽23；垫圈3上设有用于嵌入定位槽23的定位条33。
端盖2的下端设有能够抵触于壳体1的限位凸点24；而端盖2的上端设有能够抵触于壳体1的限位挡缘25。

1.一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，包括壳体（1）、紧固于所述壳体（1）的端盖（2）及设于所述壳体（1）与端盖（2）之间的垫圈（3），其特征在于，所述端盖（2）中部设有凸起（21）；且所述端盖（2）的侧边设有面向所述端盖（2）中部的侧壁呈斜面的凸条（22），该斜面远离所述端盖（2）设所述凸条（22）的表面的一侧较该斜面靠近所述端盖（2）设所述凸条（22）的表面的一侧更为远离所述端盖（2）中部；所述垫圈（3）中部开有套于所述凸起（21）外的通孔（31），且所述垫圈（3）的侧边设有适用于嵌入所述凸条（22）且形状与所述凸条（22）相配的槽口（32）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，其特征在于，所述端盖（2）设所述凸条（22）的表面还设有定位槽（23）；所述垫圈（3）上设有用于嵌入所述定位槽（23）的定位条（33）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，其特征在于，所述端盖（2）上还设有能够抵触于所述壳体（1）的限位凸点（24）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗墙灯的侧端防水结构，其特征在于，所述端盖（2）的上端设有能够抵触于所述壳体（1）的限位挡缘（25）。
