Abstract
本发明揭示了一种活接分路组合阀,以活接三通分路器为基体,其特征在于该活接三通分路器的每一个出水口接设一个阀组,每个阀组的快开阀直接与所述出水口相连且具有快开阀杆,阀组在远离快开阀的一端设为水表接口且水表接口内侧设有止回阀,阀组在通向水表接口的通道中设有过滤阀、压力表及排污装置。应用本发明技术方案能够有效防止停水阶段的回水隐患并实时检测水压,能够大幅节省传统三通分路器的用料成本,提高了主水管在各楼层的装接效率和抢修、维护的便利性。此外,特殊设计的过滤阀和排污设计也为水表、水龙头、水家电等提供了安全保障。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑用水管建材,尤其涉及一种高层建筑主水管用于装接水表和多通路的活接分路器。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断进步,千家万户饮用水已经全面进入不锈钢水管工程时代。所谓不锈钢水管工程,指的是涉及家庭饮用水***的全部管路均为不锈钢管材,不再使用传统PVC管材等可能存在轻微毒副作用的管材。这便对不锈钢管材及其接头部分的结构设计提出了新的要求。因为高层建筑的管路设计复杂性,必须研制出具有合理连接特性及便捷活动接头的活接分路器,才能更简洁地布置水管管路、减少迂回、提高供水能力并防止回水现象以保障水路***可靠运行。
从现有常规的方案来看:通常每楼层要装2-4只水表,就要在主水管上加装2-4只三通或加装一只三通后再另加数只三通及弯头才能完成水表的安装。这样管路走向既不美观又废工废料。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种活接分路组合阀,解决水管高效分路和水表装接的问题。
本发明的上述目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:活接分路组合阀,以活接三通分路器为基体,其特征在于:所述活接三通分路器的每一个出水口接设一个阀组,每个所述阀组的快开阀直接与所述出水口相连且具有快开阀杆,所述阀组在远离快开阀的一端设为水表接口且水表接口内侧设有止回阀,所述阀组在通向水表接口的通道中设有过滤阀和压力表。
进一步地,所述过滤阀底部设有排污阀。
进一步地,所述过滤阀底部设有排污螺帽。
本发明技术方案应用实施后的显著效果为:能够有效防止停水阶段的回水隐患并实时检测水压,能够大幅节省传统三通分路器的用料成本,提高了主水管在各楼层的装接效率和抢修、维护的便利性。此外,特殊设计的过滤阀和排污设计也为水表、水龙头、水家电等提供了安全保障。

具体实施方式
以下便结合实施例附图,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详述,以使本发明技术方案更易于理解、掌握。
本发明的活接分路组合阀,以活接三通分路器为基体。如图1所示,该活接三通分路器1具有一个相对入水端的活接口11和三个相对出水端的出水口12、13、14,它采用304不锈钢生产,工艺成熟,产品具有标准、规范、卫生、安全、寿命长等特点,安装后具有整齐美观的效果。三个出水口的出水方向可以通过连接弯管而调节。
而本发明的活接分路器以此为基础,并以其中一个出水口12(以此为例,其它出水口以此类推)接设一个阀组2(实施时每个出水口各接设一个阀组,图示采用省略画法),该阀组2的快开阀21直接与出水口12相连且具有快开阀杆,阀组2在远离快开阀21的一端设为水表接口3且水表接口内侧设有止回阀22,而且该阀组2在通向水表接口3的通道中设有过滤阀24和压力表23。需要说明的是,图示的快开阀杆为一种通用结构,现今通常水表旁有供水公司所设专用的快开阀杆,并且该快开阀杆带有专门由供水公司管控的开关锁。在本发明的设计方案中,快开阀门可以使用图示的结构形式,也可以采用传统供水公司专用的快开阀杆。
为使本发明的活接分路器技术方案进一步完善,在以上过滤阀的基础上,还可以在过滤阀底部分流设有一个排污阀25或可拆卸的排污螺帽,便于定期清理积污,保障水质。
当该活接分路器应用于高层建筑水管布设中之后,作业人员可以根据高层建筑每层需布设的水表个数选择使用对应数量的该活接分路器即可,无需再使用更多的“传统三通”。
从以上所描述的活接分路器的结构所带来的效果来看:快开阀作为阀组与三通出水口最直接的连接口,主要用于抢修和水管维护时开关控制。通常停水时,因管道内所产生负压和水位差,导致楼上住户家中的水(甚至马桶水箱里的水)流至楼下住户家,止回阀的作用便是杜绝这种情况的发生。而压力表能起到实时监控水压的作用。最后过滤阀主要用于过滤水中杂质,保护水表、水龙头、水家电等。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其它实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

1.活接分路组合阀,以活接三通分路器为基体,其特征在于:所述活接三通分路器的每一个出水口接设一个阀组,每个所述阀组的快开阀直接与所述出水口相连且具有快开阀杆,所述阀组在远离快开阀的一端设为水表接口且水表接口内侧设有止回阀,所述阀组在通向水表接口的通道中设有过滤阀和压力表。
2.根据权利要求1所述活接分路组合阀,其特征在于:所述过滤阀底部设有排污阀。
