本发明提供了一种无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,由下列重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯树脂20-30、酚醛树脂10-15、E-12环氧树脂10-20、乙烯共聚物20-30、聚磷酸铵10-15、硼酸锌5-10、三TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯10-14、煅烧陶土4-5、棕榈油10-15、甘油5-7、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5-8、双酚A?2-3、次磷酸铝12-15、聚四氟乙烯1-2、改性填料7-9。本发明的电缆料配方中的阻燃剂由硼酸盐类阻燃剂和磷氮阻燃剂复配而成,添加少量的阻燃增效剂就使电缆料具有良好的阻燃效果和优良的抑烟效果,该电缆料的烟密度低、毒性指数低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,及人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,因电线、电缆的老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向。其中无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的需求量越来越大,目前无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的生产大多是在聚烯烃基材中加入大量的氢氧化镁或氢氧化镁来达到阻燃效果,然而,大量无机材料的加入,影响了电缆料的物理机械性能和加工工艺性能,其在常温下柔软性能、耐气候性差、耐油性、耐低温性能都不是很好。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯树脂20-30、酚醛树脂10-15、E-12环氧树脂10-20、乙烯共聚物20-30、聚磷酸铵10-15、硼酸锌5-10、三TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯10-14、煅烧陶土4-5、棕榈油10-15、甘油5-7、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5-8、双酚A2-3、次磷酸铝12-15、聚四氟乙烯1-2、改性填料7-9。
所述的无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚乙烯树脂28、酚醛树脂14、E-12环氧树脂16、乙烯共聚物25、聚磷酸铵14、硼酸锌8、三TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯6、柠檬酸三丁酯13、煅烧陶土5、棕榈油12、甘油6、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷6、双酚A3、次磷酸铝14、聚四氟乙烯1、改性填料8。
所述的无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
将沸石在500-550℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1-2%的檀香精油、4-5%纳米玉石粉、1-2%的棕榈酸锌、1-2%的硬脂酸钙、共同研磨1-2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷、2-3%聚乙二醇6000、2-3%的吗啉,10000-13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在145-175℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即得到电缆料成品。
有益效果
本发明的电缆料配方中的阻燃剂由硼酸盐类阻燃剂和磷氮阻燃剂复配而成,添加少量的阻燃增效剂就使电缆料具有良好的阻燃效果和优良的抑烟效果,该电缆料的烟密度低、毒性指数低。
具体实施方式
无卤阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
聚乙烯树脂28、酚醛树脂14、E-12环氧树脂16、乙烯共聚物25、聚磷酸铵14、硼酸锌8、三TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯6、柠檬酸三丁酯13、煅烧陶土5、棕榈油12、甘油6、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷6、双酚A3、次磷酸铝14、聚四氟乙烯1、改性填料8。
本发明的电缆料的制备方法:
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在145-175℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即得到电缆料成品。
其中,改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
将沸石在520℃下煅烧4小时,取出后,加入4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1.5小时,然后,加入15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4,陈化12小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1%的檀香精油、4.5%纳米玉石粉、2%的棕榈酸锌、1%的硬脂酸钙、共同研磨2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量3%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷、2%聚乙二醇6000、2%的吗啉,10000-13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
本实施例制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下表:

1.一种阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于:由下列重量份的原料制成:聚乙烯树脂20-30、酚醛树脂10-15、E-12环氧树脂10-20、乙烯共聚物20-30、聚磷酸铵10-15、硼酸锌5-10、TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯5-10、柠檬酸三丁酯10-14、煅烧陶土4-5、棕榈油10-15、甘油5-7、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5-8、双酚A2-3、次磷酸铝12-15、聚四氟乙烯1-2、改性填料7-9;
所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:将沸石在500-550℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节pH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1-2%的檀香精油、4-5%纳米玉石粉、1-2%的棕榈酸锌、1-2%的硬脂酸钙、共同研磨1-2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的甲基三乙氧基硅烷、2-3%聚乙二醇6000、2-3%的吗啉,10000-13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃热塑性聚烯烃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚乙烯树脂28、酚醛树脂14、E-12环氧树脂16、乙烯共聚物25、聚磷酸铵14、硼酸锌8、TCPP阻燃剂三(β-氯丙基)磷酸酯6、柠檬酸三丁酯13、煅烧陶土5、棕榈油12、甘油6、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷6、双酚A3、次磷酸铝14、聚四氟乙烯1、改性填料8。
