本发明公开了一种砖坯切条输送机,它是在机架的左下端设有坯条输送调速电机,机架的上端设有滑动滚轮,输送调速电机的上端设有输送滚筒,输送滚筒与滑动滚轮上设有输送带,输送滚筒由滚筒轴安装在输送调速电机上端的机架上,输送滚筒轴的外端装有传动皮带轮,机架的中部装有切条电机,切条电机的里端设有切条电机皮带轮,切条电机上端的机架上装有切刀支架,切刀支架的上端设有切刀架,切刀架由左右两个刀杆及切刀组成,刀杆的上下两端设有切刀,作业时,由输送调速电机皮带轮带动输送滚筒及输送带运转,将前道工序制出的泥料坯条向后输送,切刀轴带动刀杆两端的切刀依次将泥条切割。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制砖机械,确切的说是一种砖坯条分段切割输送机。
背景技术
目前,市场上销售和使用的制砖坯条切割机,由于切条支架结构的缺陷,使用时,刀架的角度易发生偏斜,致使切出的坯条倾斜形状不规范,不仅影响砖坯的质量,而且反复的调试校正也影响整台设备的运转。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种结构合理,永不偏斜的切条输送机,以规范坯条的标准,提高工效,维护机组的正常运转。
本发明的方案是由机架、坯条输送调速电机、切条电机、输送滚筒、输送带及滑动滚轮组成,其结构特点是在机架的左下端设有坯条输送调速电机,坯条输送调速电机的外端设有输送调速电机皮带轮,机架的上端设有滑动滚轮,滑动滚轮自左向右组合排列安装在机架上,输送调速电机的上端设有输送滚筒,输送滚筒与滑动滚轮上设有输送带,输送滚筒由滚筒轴安装在输送调速电机上端的机架上,输送滚筒轴的外端装有传动皮带轮,传动皮带轮与输送调速电机皮带轮上装有传动皮带,机架的中部装有切条电机,机架的底端设有底架,坯条输送调速电机及切条电机分别安装固定在底架上。切条电机的里端设有切条电机皮带轮,切条电机上端的机架上装有切刀支架,切刀支架的上端设有轴承座,轴承座内装有轴承或轴套,轴承或轴套内装有切刀轴,切刀轴上设有切刀架,切刀架由左右两个刀杆及切刀组成,刀杆的中部安装在切刀轴上与切刀轴固定为一体,刀杆的上下两端设有切刀,切刀由螺栓安装固定在刀杆上,切刀轴的里端装有切刀皮带轮,切刀皮带轮与切条电机皮带轮上装有切条传动皮带。
作业时,由输送调速电机皮带轮带动输送滚筒及输送带运转,将前道工序制出的泥料坯条向后输送,机架中部的切条电机皮带轮带动切刀轴旋转,切刀轴带动刀杆两端的切刀依次将泥条切割。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,机组运转平稳,工效高。

图1-2中示出的机架1的左下端设有坯条输送调速电机4,坯条输送调速电机的外端设有调速电机皮带轮5,机架的上端设有滑动滚轮16,滑动滚轮自左向右组合排列安装在机架上,输送调速电机的上端设有输送滚筒8,输送滚筒与滑动滚轮上装有输送带15,输送滚筒由滚筒轴安装在输送调速电机上端的机架上,输送滚筒轴的外端装有传动皮带轮7,传动皮带轮与输送调速电机皮带轮上装有传动皮带6,机架的中部设有切条电机3,切条电机的里端设有切条电机皮带轮2,切条电机上端的机架上装有切刀支架9,切刀支架的上端设有轴承座14,轴承座内装有轴承,轴承内装有切刀轴13,切刀轴上设有切刀架,切刀架由左右两个刀杆10及切刀11组成,刀杆的中部安装在切刀轴上与切刀轴固定为一体,刀杆的上下两端设有切刀11,切刀由螺栓12安装固定在刀杆上,切刀轴的里端装有切刀皮带轮17,切刀皮带轮与切条电机皮带轮上装有切条传动皮带18。

1.一种砖坯切条输送机,由机架、坯条输送调速电机、切条电机、输送滚筒、输送带及滑动滚轮组成,其特征在于:所述机架(1)的左下端设有坯条输送调速电机(4),坯条输送调速电机的外端设有调速电机皮带轮(5),机架的上端设有滑动滚轮(16),滑动滚轮自左向右组合排列安装在机架上,输送调速电机的上端设有输送滚筒(8),输送滚筒与滑动滚轮上装有输送带(15),输送滚筒由滚筒轴安装在输送调速电机上端的机架上,输送滚筒轴的外端装有传动皮带轮(7),传动皮带轮与输送调速电机皮带轮上装有传动皮带(6),机架的中部设有切条电机(3),机架(1)的底端设有底架,坯条输送调速电机(4)及切条电机(3)分别安装固定在底架上,切条电机的里端设有切条电机皮带轮(2),切条电机上端的机架上装有切刀支架(9),切刀支架的上端设有轴承座(14),轴承座内装有轴承,轴承内装有切刀轴(13),切刀轴上设有切刀架,切刀架由左右两个刀杆(10)及切刀(11)组成,刀杆的中部安装在切刀轴上与切刀轴固定为一体,刀杆的上下两端设有切刀(11),切坯时,由输送调速电机皮带轮带动输送滚筒及输送带运转,将前道工序制出的泥料坯条向后输送,机架中部的切条电机皮带轮带动切刀轴旋转,切刀轴带动刀杆两端的切刀依次将泥条切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砖坯切条输送机,其特征在于:所述的切刀由螺栓(12)安装固定在刀杆上,切刀轴的里端装有切刀皮带轮(17),切刀皮带轮与切条电机皮带轮上装有切条传动皮带(18)。
