技术领域
本发明涉及木材加工领域，尤其涉及一种木材加工用热压板。
背景技术
目前，在制作人造板时通常采用热压板，一方面热压板可以保证产品外部尺寸的平整性或者特殊形状的准确性；另一方面，在热压过程中，热压板具有热传递性可以将热量传递给人造板，使人造板能够获得使胶黏剂固化的温度和能量。现有技术中的下压面上没有垫板，在工作当中大量的甲醛蒸汽和水汽没能及时排走，直接熏蒸在下压面上，有时又有多余的胶液粘附在上面，使热压板长期受腐蚀儿产生缺陷，如果直接置换，费用比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种木材加工用热压板，以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现：
一种木材加工用热压板，包括热压板本体，所述热压板本体上还设有弹性塑料包垫层，所述弹性塑料包垫层套接在热压板本体的***，所述弹性塑料包垫层通过安装在热压板本体下表面的螺栓螺合弹性塑料包垫层的上。
作为本发明的优选技术方案，所述热压板本体呈圆形。
作为本发明的优选技术方案，所述螺栓数量为六个，沿周向均匀分布在热压板本体的下表面。
作为本发明的优选技术方案，所述弹性塑料包垫层的上表面与热压板本体的上表面平齐。
与现有的技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明通过设置弹性塑料包垫层，螺合在热压板本体上，当发生腐蚀时，可以置换包垫层。

1.一种木材加工用热压板，包括热压板本体（1），其特征在于，所述热压板本体（1）上还设有弹性塑料包垫层（2），所述弹性塑料包垫层（2）套接在热压板本体（1）的***，所述弹性塑料包垫层（2）通过安装在热压板本体（1）下表面的螺栓（3）螺合弹性塑料包垫层（2）的上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材加工用热压板，其特征在于，所述热压板本体（1）呈圆形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种木材加工用热压板，其特征在于，所述螺栓（3）数量为六个，沿周向均匀分布在热压板本体（1）的下表面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种木材加工用热压板，其特征在于，所述弹性塑料包垫层（2）的上表面与热压板本体（1）的上表面平齐。
