本发明涉及一种用于链条抛光的物料配置方法和机器。
背景技术
传统的起重链条抛光主要采用碎皮革为辅助物与起重链条一起置于抛光桶内，在电机、减速机的动力作用下滚动抛光，实现起重链条表面光亮的效果，但是传统工艺的会有以下缺点：
1、辅助物碎皮革原料难以得到大批量的供应。
2、抛光结束，碎皮革会缠绕在起重链条圆环内，不便去除。
3、抛光时间较长，约3-4小时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种链条抛光机器和用新的物料代替原来的碎皮革。
本发明采用的技术方案是：用于链条抛光的物料配置方法，所述的物料包括松树锯木屑、废机油和砂，其中松树锯木屑12L、废机油200ml、细砂15L。
用于链条抛光的机器，其特征是该机器包括底座、固连在底座上的支架和电机，支架支撑滚动轴，滚动轴上固连有舱室，滚动轴一端与电机的输出端连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进，舱室的横截面为六棱形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明具体实施方式作详细说明。
用于链条抛光的物料配置方法，1吨链条所需的物料包括松树锯木屑、废机油和砂，其中松树锯木屑12L、废机油200ml、细砂15L。
如图1所示，用于链条抛光的机器，该机器包括底座4、固连在底座上的支架6和电机1，支架6支撑滚动轴5，滚动轴5上固连有舱室2，滚动轴5一端与电机1的输出端连接。
舱室2的横截面为六棱形，比圆形舱室2抛光效果更好。
使用方法如下：
12升的松树锯木屑、200毫升的废机油和细砂15L放入舱室2内，打开电机搅拌一定的时间，然后放入1吨重的链条，打开电机舱室2滚动1.5小时后就可取出链条，碎木屑能从起重链条上自然脱落，不需刻意清理。

2.用于链条抛光的机器，其特征是该机器包括底座（4）、固连在底座上的支架（6）和电机（1），支架（6）支撑滚动轴（5），滚动轴（5）上固连有舱室（2），滚动轴（5）一端与电机（1）的输出端连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于链条抛光的机器，其特征是所述的舱室（2）的横截面为六棱形。
