蜂蜜“食疗”在我国已有几千年的历史。《神农本草经》中说蜂蜜“安五脏,益气补中,止痛解毒,除百病,和百药,久服轻身延年。”《本草纲目》中说:“和营卫,润脏腑,通三焦,调脾胃。”蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病、肝病、便秘等有很好的疗效;中医认为红背菜的功效与作用是:味辛、甘、性凉,有清热凉血、解毒消肿的作用,现代医学证明,红背菜不仅含有丰富的具有造血功能的铁元素,而且富含维生素A原、黄酮类化合物以及作为酶的活化剂锰元素等,长期食用此莱能起到补血、抑制恶性生长细胞、减少血管紫癜等作用,对于需要补血者,肿瘤患者,受***、支气管炎、动脉血管硬化困扰的人群等,可起到食疗的辅助作用,同时它还具有抗寄生虫和抗病毒的作用,增强人体的免疫能力。近年来,随着红背菜的保健功能逐渐被人们所重视,普遍认为是一种很好的具营养保健与特殊风味为一体的高档蔬菜,而倍受青睐;但是在日常生活中,人们是以红背菜当蔬菜食用的,不方便随时随地随意取食。银耳既是名贵的营养滋补佳品,又是扶正强壮的补药。历代皇家贵族都将银耳看做是“延年益寿之品”、“长生不老良药”。银耳性平无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠的作用,还可以滋阴润肺。另外,银耳还能增强人体免疫力,以及增强肿瘤患者对放、化疗的耐受力。
因此,将红背菜、银耳等配加蜂蜜,中和红背菜的凉性,制作成方便食用的营养保健食品,会有极大的市场需求和发展前景。

本发明的目的是提出一种一种红背菜银耳蜂蜜及其制作方法。

红背菜20-24、蜂蜜60-75、枇杷叶3-4、银耳10-12、干山楂12-14、紫罗兰2-3、绿茶4-5、柠檬片3-4、金银花1-2、迷迭香2-3、北风草1-2、羊栖菜8-10,水适量;
本发明所述红背菜银耳蜂蜜,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的原料干燥,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉;
(2)用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100目筛的提取物粉;
(3)将蜂蜜加入到电动搅拌器中,缓慢加入提取物粉,边搅拌边加入,减拌均匀后,倒出混合物;
(4)将混合物过滤,滤除不溶物质,真空消泡,灌装即可。
   本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单、生产成本低,红背菜、银耳等超微粉碎药效高;性味温和,营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,具有清热凉血、补脾开胃、滋阴润肺等功效。

红背菜20、蜂蜜60、枇杷叶3、银耳10、干山楂12、紫罗兰2、绿茶4、柠檬片3、金银花1、迷迭香2、北风草1、羊栖菜8,水适量。
本发明所述红背菜银耳蜂蜜,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的原料干燥,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉;
(2)用水提取粗粉,过滤后提出提取液,加热浓缩,浓缩后干燥,制成可以通过100目筛的提取物粉;

红背菜20-24、蜂蜜60-75、枇杷叶3-4、银耳10-12、干山楂12-14、紫罗兰2-3、绿茶4-5、柠檬片3-4、金银花1-2、迷迭香2-3、北风草1-2、羊栖菜8-10,水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述红背菜银耳蜂蜜,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将除蜂蜜和水以外的原料干燥,用粉碎机粉碎成20目的粗粉;
