本发明是一种钢制防火门中缝处理方法。
背景技术
以前的防火门表面平整度很差,使用中很容易破损。另外,原来防火门的内填料采用小块拼接的珍珠岩防火材料,因此也影响表面平整度,不但外面、表不美观,而且不牢固。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种钢制防火门中缝处理方法,使防火 门表面平整光滑。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:钢制防火门中缝处理方法,防火门表面焊接后,在中缝处直接批灰处理,然后表面施以底漆,形成无缝门板。防火门的内部填料也采用整块布面珍珠岩防火板。
