技术领域
本发明属于医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种用于体表组织烧伤的功能性敷料(膜)。
背景技术
目前的烧伤用敷贴大都具有消炎的功能,但一般不具备镇痛的功能,更不具备利用生物光素复合医用材料或远红外材料对创口及周边肌体组织进行辐射改善血液循环、减轻疼痛、促进伤口愈合的功能。
由于敷贴会受到创口溢出液的污染,因此,需要及时更换。但目前的敷贴需要更换时,由于创口面积普遍较大,敷贴直接与创口接触的一面吸附了创口溢液,与创口粘合在一起,揭除时比较困难,需要花费医护人员较长时间进行处理,并容易撕扯到创口导致疼痛,甚至将新长出的组织拉伤。
由于创口面积较大,发炎时从外面观察不到,常出现撕掉敷贴时才发现伤口已经感染发炎的情况,这时再特别处理伤口,治愈时间相应变长,且创口痊愈后留下的疤痕更加明显。
因此,需要寻找一种能够有效防止创口与包扎物粘连,并具有消炎、镇痛、加速伤口愈合的功能,还具有提示创口是否发炎及发炎位置功能的烧伤用功能性敷料(膜)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术现状,提供一种能够有效防止创口与包扎物粘连,并具有消炎、镇痛、加速伤口愈合的功能,还具有提示创口是否发炎及发炎位置功能的烧伤用功能性敷料(膜)。
本发明的技术方案是:烧伤用功能性敷料(膜),主要包括保护层1、功能层2和营养层4,在功能层2 和营养层4之间设有防粘层3;所述的营养层4选用纤维状或凝胶状的营养材料;所述的功能层2中掺杂具有远红外能或磁电能或生物能的材料,并含有随酸碱度变化变色的变色剂,当创口发炎时变色剂变色;所述的保护层选用透明的薄膜。
所述的营养材料为干性的可溶性纤维状壳聚糖。
所述的营养材料为湿性的可溶性纤维状壳聚糖或凝胶状壳聚糖。
所述的营养材料为干性的藻酸盐。
所述的保护层1上预留观察孔11,除观察孔外的部份覆盖金属反射膜。
所述的功能层2选用掺杂抗菌材料和/或远红外材料和/或生物光素复合医用材料的粘胶棉垫、甲壳素材料棉垫、纳米材料垫、涤纶垫、丙伦垫、聚丙烯垫、棉垫。
所述的远红外材料选用生物炭或电气石或远红外陶瓷或矿物质盐或锗石或二氧化锆。
所述的生物光素复合医用材料包括以下较佳的组份及含量(重量)为原料:玉石40~58%,珍珠粉5~9%,甲壳素3~4%,二氧化硅40~48%。
所述的防粘层3选用PE防粘连膜或功能PU膜。
保护层选用PE或复合金属膜。
有益效果:
1、 在功能层与营养层之间设有防粘层,能有效防止因营养层溶解后,创口会接触到功能层而引起的不适。
2、 营养层选用柔软的干性纤维状壳聚糖,便于储存运输;在使用时,能够快速吸附创口溢液,并逐渐溶解,在创口表面形成一层湿润的保护膜,为伤口营造一个利于组织生长的环境。
3、 在功能层掺杂抗菌材料和/或远红外材料和/或生物光素复合医用材料,对创口及周边肌体组织起到消炎、镇痛、加速伤口愈合及改善血液循环的作用。
4、 在功能层中添加了变色剂,如果创口发炎,创口溢液的酸碱度改变,从而导致变色剂变色,根据颜色变化就能够准确判断哪些部位发炎从而及时做出相应的处理。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,烧伤用功能性敷料(膜),主要包括保护层1、功能层2和营养层4,在功能层2和营养层4之间设有防粘层3,能有效防止因营养层溶解后,创口会接触到功能层而引起的不适。如果直接在营养层上方设置功能层,中间不设防粘层,创口的部份溢液会透过营养层直接渗透到结构疏松的功能层纤维组织里,就会在功能层与创口组织之间产生粘连。
所述的功能层2中掺杂具有远红外能或磁电能或生物能的材料,并含有随酸碱度变化变色的变色剂,当创口发炎时变色剂变色。通常情况下,健康的皮肤或已愈合的伤口均略带酸性PH值,PH值为五或六,如果PH值在六点五至八点五的范围内,变色剂就会变成紫色,保护层选用透明的薄膜,病人或医生能够通过保护层看到功能层颜色的变化,就能够根据颜色的变化知道伤口感染或康复的程度,再决定是否需要更换。
所述的营养材料为干性的可溶性纤维状壳聚糖。

当营养层为干性纤维时,便于储存运输,并且,营养层覆盖在创口上,营养层吸附创口溢液后逐渐溶解,在创口表面形成一层湿润的保护膜,为伤口营造一个利于组织生长的环境:微酸、无氧或低氧,适度湿润的创口环境能够提高细胞的再生能力和细胞活性,促进伤口愈合。
如图2所示,本发明的一种优选方案是在保护层1上预留观察孔11,除观察孔外的部份覆盖金属反射膜。金属反射膜能够将功能层产生的向外的能量反射向创口,提高了功能垫的能效。观察孔用于观察颜色的变化,从而能够根据颜色的变化知道伤口感染或康复的程度。
所述的功能层2选用掺杂抗菌材料和/或远红外材料和/或生物光素复合医用材料的粘胶棉垫、甲壳素材料棉垫、纳米材料垫、涤纶垫、丙伦垫、聚丙烯垫、棉垫。

9.根据权利要求1所述的烧伤用功能性敷料(膜),其特征在于:所述的防粘层(3)选用PE防粘连膜或功能PU膜。
10.根据权利要求1所述的烧伤用功能性敷料(膜),其特征在于:保护层(1)选用PE或复合金属膜。
