Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、改性水性聚氨酯分散体5-10份、氧化铝微粉4-10份、二氧化硅3-9份、三聚磷酸钠8-12份、稀释剂3-6份、硼酸锌3-7份、甲壳素2-6份、成膜助剂5-10份。本发明所述为一种阻燃高分子塑料的配方,通过在聚苯醚塑料中添加多种添加剂改性增强后,使聚苯醚塑料具有阻燃、机械性能好、塑性好、产品质量好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料配方,具体涉及一种新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方。
背景技术
目前,塑料的应用遍及工农业、生活的各个领域,1999年全球主要热塑料总量已达1.1亿吨,且平均年增长率达5.3%,2000年西欧电子电器行业上用塑料已达2300万吨,同时阻燃塑料的应用也越来越广泛,例如美国生产的塑料中有5%为阻燃塑料,电子电器行业用塑料有15%以上是阻燃塑料。现在阻燃塑料多位阻燃高聚物,它不易被引燃,可减少意外火灾,或者在引然后基本上无火焰,可避免火势趋大,此外,阻燃塑料还能降低火焰传播速度及燃烧速度。目前高分子材料中的阻燃剂主要是溴类阻燃剂。由于溴类阻燃剂在燃烧过程中会产生大量的含溴的有毒有害气体,从而给人类健康带来极大的危害。随着经济的发展、人类文明的进步,阻燃无卤化的呼声越来越高,因此,阻燃无卤化已成为今后发展的方向。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种具有较好的耐高温性、高粘结性、抗侵蚀性、耐污染性的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、改性水性聚氨酯分散体5-10份、氧化铝微粉4-10份、二氧化硅3-9份、三聚磷酸钠8-12份、稀释剂3-6份、硼酸锌3-7份、甲壳素2-6份、成膜助剂5-10份。
上述的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征是:所述稀释剂为乙酸丁酯或甲酸丁酯;所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂;所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。
上述的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征是:所述的改性水性聚氨酯分散体由羟烷基封端的聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯分散体获得。
本发明新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方的优点是:本发明所述为一种阻燃高分子塑料的配方,通过在聚苯醚塑料中添加多种添加剂改性增强后,使聚苯醚塑料具有阻燃、机械性能好、塑性好、产品质量好等优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1,
一种新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、改性水性聚氨酯分散体5-10份、氧化铝微粉4-10份、二氧化硅3-9份、三聚磷酸钠8-12份、稀释剂3-6份、硼酸锌3-7份、甲壳素2-6份、成膜助剂5-10份。
上述的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征是:所述稀释剂为乙酸丁酯或甲酸丁酯;所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂;所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。 所述的改性水性聚氨酯分散体由羟烷基封端的聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯分散体获得。

1.一种新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯30-60份、改性水性聚氨酯分散体5-10份、氧化铝微粉4-10份、二氧化硅3-9份、三聚磷酸钠8-12份、稀释剂3-6份、硼酸锌3-7份、甲壳素2-6份、成膜助剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征是:所述稀释剂为乙酸丁酯或甲酸丁酯;所述流平剂为聚丙烯酸酯类流平剂;所述消泡剂为改性聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型耐高温的高分子塑料配方,其特征是:所述的改性水性聚氨酯分散体由羟烷基封端的聚硅氧烷改性水性聚氨酯分散体获得。
