本发明涉及切纸设备领域,具体涉及立式箱体多层切纸装置。
背景技术
人们在使用切纸机进行批量的切裁纸张时,在工作台面上要等当前纸张切裁完毕后,才能接着上料进行切裁,这种方式导致切裁速度慢,工作效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的立式箱体多层切纸装置,它采用一立式箱体,在该立式箱体内设置若干置料抽屉,在立式箱体内底部设置一空气机来驱动切刀运动;它具有同时上若干要切裁的纸张,速度快,能够节约工作时间,从而变相降低了生产成本,也提高了工作效率。
本发明所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,它包括立式箱体,所述立式箱体的右侧面为开口状,该立式箱体的右侧面两侧框上设置有导轨条A,该立式箱体顶面右侧设置有两根强力弹簧,该两根强力弹簧连接一切刀具,该切刀具两端头分别设置有滑轮,该滑轮卡设在立式箱体的右侧面两侧框的导轨条A内;所述立式箱体通过四块隔板将其上部分隔成四个抽屉腔,该抽屉腔设置有上料抽屉;所述立式箱体内底部设置一空气机,该空气机通过导管与切刀具相连。
进一步地,所述上料抽屉包括上料抽屉本体,所述上料抽屉本体包括底板,底板左侧边设置一挡板,底板右侧边设置有两个把手,底板上下两侧边上分别设置有上侧挡板和下侧挡板,该上侧挡板上设置有卡槽,该下侧档板上设置一压纸条,压纸条的另一端卡设在上侧挡板的卡槽内。
进一步地,所述底板底面设置有十字型加强筋。
进一步地,所述底板的底面的两侧设置有滚轮。
进一步地,所述上侧挡板和下侧挡板的外端面上对应位置均设有止挡条板。

下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,其中的示意性实施例以及说明仅用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1、图2所示,本具体实施方式所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,它包括立式箱体1,所述立式箱体1的右侧面为开口状,该立式箱体1的右侧面两侧框上设置有导轨条A,该立式箱体1顶面右侧设置有两根强力弹簧2,该两根强力弹簧2连接一切刀具7,该切刀具7两端头分别设置有滑轮8,该滑轮8卡设在立式箱体1的右侧面两侧框的导轨条A内;所述立式箱体1通过四块隔板5将其上部分隔成四个抽屉腔,该抽屉腔设置有上料抽屉6;所述立式箱体1内底部设置一空气机4,该空气机4通过导管3与切刀具7相连。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述上料抽屉6包括上料抽屉本体,所述上料抽屉本体包括底板61,底板61左侧边设置一挡板65,底板61右侧边设置有两个把手69,底板61上下两侧边上分别设置有上侧挡板63和下侧挡板67,该上侧挡板63上设置有卡槽64,该下侧档板67上设置一压纸条62,压纸条62的另一端卡设在上侧挡板63的卡槽64内。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述底板61的底面设置有十字型加强筋68。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述底板61的底面的两侧设置有滚轮66。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述上侧挡板63和下侧挡板67的外端面上对应位置均设有止挡条板610。
本发明使用时,将若干纸张料放置入上料抽屉6内,通过其内部的压纸条62压定,然后启动空气机4,驱动切刀具7向下运动,将第一层的上料抽屉6上的纸张进行切裁,然后拖动该第一层的上料抽屉6向外拖动,此时出现第二层上料抽屉6上的纸张,同样通过空气机4驱动切刀具7工作。
本发明所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,它采用一立式箱体,在该立式箱体内设置若干置料抽屉,在立式箱体内底部设置一空气机来驱动切刀运动;它具有同时上若干要切裁的纸张,速度快,能够节约工作时间,从而变相降低了生产成本,也提高了工作效率。

1.立式箱体多层切纸装置,它包括立式箱体(1),其特征在于:所述立式箱体(1)的右侧面为开口状,该立式箱体(1)的右侧面两侧框上设置有导轨条A,该立式箱体(1)顶面右侧设置有两根强力弹簧(2),该两根强力弹簧(2)连接一切刀具(7),该切刀具(7)两端头分别设置有滑轮(8),该滑轮(8)卡设在立式箱体(1)的右侧面两侧框的导轨条A内;所述立式箱体(1)通过四块隔板(5)将其上部分隔成四个抽屉腔,该抽屉腔设置有上料抽屉(6);所述立式箱体(1)内底部设置一空气机(4),该空气机(4)通过导管(3)与切刀具(7)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,其特征在于:所述上料抽屉(6)包括上料抽屉本体,所述上料抽屉本体包括底板(61),底板(61)左侧边设置一挡板(65),底板(61)右侧边设置有两个把手(69),底板(61)上下两侧边上分别设置有上侧挡板(63)和下侧挡板(67),该上侧挡板(63)上设置有卡槽(64),该下侧档板(67)上设置一压纸条(62),压纸条(62)的另一端卡设在上侧挡板(63)的卡槽(64)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,其特征在于:所述底板(61)的底面设置有十字型加强筋(68)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立式箱体多层切纸装置,其特征在于:所述底板(61)的底面的两侧设置有滚轮(66)。
