Abstract
本发明涉及虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法,具体地说,本发明涉及提高养殖虾的存活率及成长率并防止海水污染的虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法。本发明提供一种混合酵母菌、枯草杆菌、乳酸菌等微生物,红参、海带、石花菜、明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜、葛根等天然物质和苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜等水果的发酵物,然后提取其酶液,能取得抗病毒、增强免疫、增强消化、促进成长、分解残留饲料等效果的虾饲料添加剂的制造方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法,具体地说,本发明涉及提高养殖虾的存活率及成长率并防止海水污染的虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法。
背景技术
根据国立水产科学院的“提高虾养殖生产率的研究报告书”,2003年全国虾养殖场实地调查结果毙死率达到80.3%。
对虾来讲,尽管养殖面积不断的增加,但是,白斑病毒(WSSV:WhiteSpot Syndrome Virus)等病原体使其存活率非常低,使用畜牧药物、抗生素、化学消毒剂等能使其抵抗白斑病毒等病原体,又会造成严重的污染。
虾养殖被指定为环境污染的祸首。虾养殖过程中使用的海水,被残留饲料污染,破坏附近沿海的生态***,排放污染物质使难以维持其他鱼业。
为了提高虾的存活率及成长率,疾病预防可以确保提高存活率、抗病毒、增强免疫、增强消化、供应营养、促进成长等。现在的状况是虾养殖渔民用添加未经检验的几十种草药来喂养虾。到现在为止,曾有开发增强免疫的物质(例如:维生素C、微生物菌剂、中草药发酵液等),但没有具体开发能取得抗病毒、增强消化、促进成长、分解残留饲料等效果的物质。
本发明人混合酵母菌、枯草杆菌(bacillus subtilis)、乳酸菌等微生物,红参、海带、石花菜、明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜、葛根等天然物质和苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜等水果的发酵物,然后提取其酵素液,发明了能取得抗病毒、增强免疫、增强消化、促进成长、分解残留饲料等效果的虾饲料添加剂的制造方法。
酵母是用于制造面包、啤酒、葡萄酒等的微生物,属于霉菌或蘑菇群但没有菌丝,是不具有光合功能或运动性的单细包生物的总称。其具有发酵糖产生酒精和二氧化碳的能力者较多。酵母本身作为饲料的低脂肪、蛋白质来源。含有丰富的维生素B群,亦有含有维生素D的,且使用在制药工业(来源:Naver的百科词典)。

乳酸菌是发酸糖类获得能量,且大量生产乳酸的细菌总称。适合乳酸菌定义的有乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)、乳酸球菌属(Lactococcus)、明串珠菌属(Leuconostoc)、片球菌属(Pediococcus)、双歧杆菌属(Bifidobacterium)等菌属。任何一种在稀少氧气的环境中充分生长,从各种糖类生产乳酸。对酸有耐性的居多,对营养成分的需求复杂,除了糖类以外需求许多种类的氨基酸或维生素,甚至有些菌株不加微量营养素则不能培养(来源:Naver的知识词典)。

发明内容
发明需要解决的技术课题
本发明目的是提供一种提高养殖虾的存活率及成长率并防止海水污染的虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法。
解决课题的技术方案
根据本发明的虾饲料添加剂组合物的制造方法,可以是包含在红参和天然药草的提取物中,把3种菌株分别依序接种、培养制造营养液,将所述营养液冻干后制造营养粉末的第1工序;在生水中放入所述第1工序中生产的营养液、发酵虾汁、发酵鳀鱼汁和海带、石花菜、明日叶的隔水炖物组成培养基,将8种乳酸菌分别放入培养基培养,将所述菌株培养液冻干后粉碎制造8种乳酸菌粉末的第2工序;在生水中放入孔石莼、天然药草和水果后隔水炖组成培养基,接种菌株培养液后进行发酵,提取获得的酶液经冻干后粉碎制造酶粉末的第3工序;混合所述第2工序中制造的8种乳酸菌粉末后,与所述第1工序中制造的营养粉末和所述第3工序中制造的酵素粉末混合的第4工序。
此外,所述第1工序中,使用的天然药草可以是蒲公英、川芎、当归、陈皮、葛根、苍术。
此外,所述第1工序中,所述3种菌株的接种、培养可以是依序接种后培养酵母菌株培养分,接种后培养枯草杆菌菌株培养分,接种后培养乳酸乳球菌培养分形成。
此外,所述第2工序中,使用的8种乳酸菌可以是乳酸乳球菌,乾乳酸杆菌,胚芽乳酸杆菌,柠檬明串珠菌,短乳杆菌,肠膜明串珠菌,乳酸戊煻片球菌,星状双歧乳酸杆菌。
此外,所述第3工序中,使用的天然药草可以是明日叶、防风、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜、葛根。
此外,所述第3工序中,使用的水果可以是苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜。
此外,所述第3工序中,使用的菌株培养液可以是酵母菌菌株培养液,枯草杆菌菌株培养液,星状双歧乳酸杆菌菌株培养液,乾乳酸杆菌菌株培养液。
此外,所述第4工序,乳酸菌粉末,营养粉末,酶粉末的混合可以是乳酸菌粉末50-65重量%,营养粉末17.5-25重量%,酶粉末17.5-25重量%的比率混合。
根据本发明,所述虾饲料添加剂组合物可以是本发明提供的虾饲料添加剂组合物制造方法中的任何一个方法制造。
有益效果
为了提高养殖虾的存活率及成长率,分解残留饲料以防止海水污染等,本发明提供的虾饲料添加剂组合物及其制造方法具有增加养殖虾行业的收入及改善环境的效果。
具体实施方式
[实施例]
1、第1工序
混合干红参1kg、蒲公英1.5kg、川芎1.5kg、当归1.5kg、陈皮1.5kg、葛根1.5kg、苍术1.5kg后,倒入的水,在95℃以下隔水炖12-20小时。
所述隔水炖的物质到25-35℃时,所述隔水炖的物质每接种酵母菌菌株培养份{1×1011 CFU(Colony Forming Unit)/g}0.1g后培养3-4日。经过3-4日后所述物质每接种枯草杆菌(bacillus subtilis)菌株培养分(1×1011 CFU)0.1g后再培养。经过3-4日后所述红参、蒲公英、川芎、当归、陈皮、葛根、苍术等的提取物放入不织布中,以油压机分离液相和纤维箔。
如上所述从红参、蒲公英、川芎、当归、陈皮、葛根、苍术等提取发酵的液相营养液每接种乳酸乳球菌(lactococcus lactis)菌株培养分(1×1011CFU)0.1g后培养3-4日。
然后在冻结干燥机中,在-30~-80℃的条件下,冻干60-72小时后,以100网目(mesh)的大小粉碎获得含有乳酸菌的营养粉末。
2、第2工序
把海带4kg、石花菜4kg、明日叶3kg放入水中隔水炖8小时后,以不织布过滤海带、石花菜、明日叶的隔水炖物分离海带、石花菜、明日叶的纤维箔。在40℃以200网目过滤隔水炖后分离的液相。所述液相的温度低于40℃时可能会凝固。
在第1工序中,冻干前的液相营养液在0-2℃的温度冷藏保管,然在第2工序中,在生水放入第1工序中生产的营养液发酵虾汁(发酵虾,熟成后煎熬的汁)30cc、发酵鳀鱼汁(发酵鳀鱼,熟成后煎熬的汁)30cc和所述海带、石花菜、明日叶的隔水炖物组成培养基。
如上所述的方法组成8个培养基后,设定培养基在25-35℃,pH5.5-6.2。8个培养基中分别放入从乳酸乳球菌,乾乳酸杆菌(lactobacillus casei),胚芽乳酸杆菌(lactobacillus plantarum),柠檬明串珠菌(leuconostoc citreum),短乳杆菌(lactobacillus brevis),肠膜明串珠菌(leuconostoc masenteroides),乳酸戊煻片球菌(pediococcus pentosaceus),星状双歧乳酸杆菌(bifidobacterium asteroides)等8种乳酸菌中的一种菌株后培养3-4日。所述菌株自从韩国微生物保存中心(KCCM)选购,并培养菌株后,使用了培养菌株。
所述各菌株培养液在真空浓缩机中真空浓缩约50%或原液状态直接放入冻结干燥机中在-30~-80℃的条件下冻干60-72小时后,用粉碎机粉碎制造100-200网目的乳酸菌粉末。
3、第3工序
在生水中放入明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜、葛根等各5.71kg,总共40kg,苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜等水果各12kg,总共60kg后,在95℃以下隔水炖6-8小时组成约的培养基。
如上所述隔水炖后熟成约2小时,在95℃以下再隔水炖2-3小时,放入不织布以油压机分离液相和纤维箔。
如上所述分离的溶液通过紫外线杀菌约30分钟后,在25-35℃,所述溶液每接种酵母菌株培养液、枯草杆菌菌株培养液、星状双歧乳酸杆菌菌株培养液、乾乳酸杆菌菌株培养液0.1-0.2g后发酵4-6日。此时培养基是pH5.5-6.2。
结束发酵的溶液是溶解天然酶的酶液,通过真空浓缩机浓缩约50%后,通过加水分解提取酶液。所述酶液放入冻结干燥机中,在-30~-80℃的条件下,冻干60-72小时后,用粉碎机粉碎制造100-200网目的酶粉末。
4、第4工序
所述第2工序中制造的乳酸乳球菌、乾乳酸杆菌、胚芽乳酸杆菌、柠檬明串珠菌、短乳杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌、乳酸戊煻片球菌、星状双歧乳酸杆菌等8种乳酸菌粉末以同样的重量比混合后,在第1工序中制造的红参、蒲公英、川芎、当归、葛根、陈皮、苍术等的营养粉末和第3工序中制造的苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜、明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜、葛根等的提取物酶粉末以乳酸菌粉末50-65重量%,营养粉末17.5-25重量%,酶粉末17.5-25重量%的比率混合。
[实验例]
1、实验方法
为了本发明适用于虾养殖场,选定位于印尼加里曼丹巴厘巴板(Kalimantan Balikpapan)近郊的2个养殖场,在如下的条件中进行了实验。

使用方法是以6:4的重量比混合乳酸菌粉末(1×1011 CFU)和酶粉末后,每6g包装成6g的混合粉末(混合乳酸菌粉末,酶粉末)。
第一天给饵10包,第二天起每天5包,3天总共散布了15包。所述6g的混合粉末1包为基准稀释生水总共4天给饵25包。所述4天期间没有给饵虾饲料。
第5天起,以6:2:2的重量比混合乳酸菌粉末,酶粉末和营养粉末后,每8g包装成一包。8g的混合粉末用生水稀释后使用。
使用印尼CP公司的虾饲料,所述8g的混合粉末1包用生水稀释后,考虑给饵量和给饵次数,一天给饵3次时稀释溶液分成3等份在2-6℃冷藏保管,为了使饲料充分吸收乳酸菌粉末、酶粉末和营养粉末,给饵饲料前1小时以喷雾器均匀散布稀释溶液,经过1小时后给饵饲料。因所述8g的混合粉末含有乳酸菌和营养成分,为了防止在常温下腐败的危险冷藏保管,为了给饵饲料时方便使用以同等份量分割保管。
另外,为了消除养殖槽中剩下的残留饲料和其他污染物质,对A养殖场在31天的养殖期间中,乳酸菌粉末和酶粉末的混合粉末6g两包与生水混合后投入养殖槽2次(入殖稚虾后在第15天,第25天分别投入)。对B养殖场在60天的养殖期间,乳酸菌粉末和酶粉末的混合粉末6g五包与生水混合后投入养殖槽5次(入殖稚虾后在第15天,第25天,第35天,第45天,第55天分别投入)。投入养殖槽的6g混合粉末是以乳酸菌粉末60-80重量%,酶粉末20-40重量%混合而成。
2、实验结果
2.1、养殖虾的存活率和生产量

根据本实验的养殖期间,白斑病毒、胰腺病毒等对养殖虾没有发生任何疾病发生,养殖60天达到存活率96%和在1/3ha(3,300m2)收获2.8吨的虾(以1ha基准,在1ha收获8.4吨的虾)。
根据国立水产科学院的“提高虾养殖生产率的研究报告书”,2003年调查自然产母虾的病毒感染率,其结果白斑病毒21.0%、肝胰病毒33.2%,2年期间增加了4倍,全国虾养殖场实地调查结果养殖生产量2,727吨,毙死率达到80.3%,单位生产量1.07吨/ha,由此可见,以60天的养殖达到存活率96%,单位生产量8.4吨/ha是非常高的水平。
2.2、残留饲料的分解
根据本发明,乳酸菌粉末通过乳酸菌的生存活动分解残留饲料,酶粉末是由淀粉酶(amylase),解脂酶(lipase),蛋白酶(protease),纤维酶(cellulase)等消化酶分解残留饲料中存在的脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物等。
为了确认本发明的分解残留饲料的效果,把养殖场的水放入水桶,加入50g虾饲料,以一周一次取出水,再补充生水的方式,总40天期间观察其结果。为了与养殖场同样的条件下进行,乳酸菌粉末和酶粉末的混合粉末6g与生水混合后,在投入饲料后的第5天、第15天、第25天、第35天总4次分别投入10cc于有养殖场水的水桶里面,观察其结果,在7-15天期间分解了25-30%的残留饲料,在20-30天期间分解了70-80%,经过40天时分解了90%以上的残留饲料,而水桶中的饲料残留物几乎不存在。
Claims (2)
1.一种虾饲料添加剂的制造方法,其特征在于,包含
第1工序:将干红参1kg、蒲公英1.5kg、川芎1.5kg、当归1.5kg、陈皮1.5kg、葛根1.5kg和苍术1.5kg混合后,倒入100升的水,在95℃以下隔水炖12-20小时,
所述隔水炖的物质达到25℃-35℃时,所述隔水炖的物质每1升接种1×1011CFU/g的酵母菌株培养液0.1g后培养,经过3-4日后,在所述物质每1升接种1×1011CFU/g的枯草杆菌菌株培养液0.1g后再培养,经过3-4日后,将通过上述过程获得的物质放入不织布中,以油压机分离液相溶液和纤维箔,
将纤维箔被分离的液相溶液每1升接种1×1011CFU/g的乳酸乳球菌菌株培养液0.1g后培养3-4天,然后在冻结干燥机中,在-30~-80℃的条件下,冻干60~72小时之后,以100网目的大小粉碎获得含有乳酸菌的营养粉末;
第2工序:把海带4kg、石花菜4kg和明日叶3kg放入100升水中,隔水炖8小时后,以不织布过滤海带、石花菜和明日叶的隔水炖物,分离出海带、石花菜和明日叶的纤维箔,在40℃以200网目过滤隔水炖后分离的液相溶液,
在第1工序中冻干前的液相营养液在0-2℃的温度冷藏保管,然后在第2工序中,在生水100升放入第1工序中生产的营养液6.7-10升、虾发酵成熟后煎熬的汁30cc、鳀鱼发酵成熟后煎熬的汁30cc和上述海带、石花菜和明日叶的液相溶液5升组成培养基,
使用如上所述的方法组成8个培养基后,设定培养基的温度在25-35℃,pH为5.5-6.2,在8个培养基中分别放入乳酸乳球菌、干酪乳杆菌、胚芽乳酸杆菌、柠檬明串珠菌、短乳杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌、乳酸戊糖片球菌和星状双歧乳酸杆菌8种乳酸菌中的各一种菌株后培养3-4日,各个所述菌株培养液在真空浓缩机中真空浓缩成50%,或以原液状态直接放入冻结干燥机中在-30~-80℃的条件下冻干60-72小时后,用粉碎机粉碎制造100-200网目的乳酸菌粉末;
第3工序:在生水100升中放入明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜和葛根各5.71kg,苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝和哈密瓜水果各12kg,总共60kg后,在95℃以下隔水炖6-8小时组成培养基,
之后熟成2小时,在95℃以下再隔水炖2-3小时,放入不织布以油压机分离液相溶液和纤维箔,
如上所述分离的液相溶液通过紫外线杀菌30分钟后,在25-35℃的温度在上述液相溶液每1升分别接种酵母菌株培养液、枯草杆菌菌株培养液、星状双歧乳酸杆菌菌株培养液和干酪乳杆菌菌株培养液0.1-0.2g后发酵4-6日,此时培养基pH是5.5-6.2,
将通过上述过程获得的溶液通过真空浓缩机浓缩50%后,放入冻结干燥机中,在-30~-80℃的条件下冻干60-72小时后,用粉碎机粉碎制造100-200网目的酶粉末;
第4工序:所述第2工序中制造的乳酸乳球菌、干酪乳杆菌、胚芽乳酸杆菌、柠檬明串珠菌、短乳杆菌、肠膜明串珠菌、乳酸戊糖片球菌和星状双歧乳酸杆菌8种乳酸菌粉末以同样的重量比混合后,与第1工序中制造的红参、蒲公英、川芎、当归、葛根、陈皮和苍术的营养粉末和第3工序中制造的苹果、橙子、橘子、菠萝、哈密瓜、明日叶、防风、孔石莼、蒲公英、苍术、水芹菜和葛根的提取物酶粉末以乳酸菌粉末50-65重量%,营养粉末17.5-25重量%,酶粉末17.5-25重量%的比率混合。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的方法制造的虾饲料添加剂。
