Background
The oil-immersed high-voltage fuse is widely applied to wind power generation systems. The distance between a monitoring station of the wind power generation system and a wind field is generally far, and no signal is output after the general oil-immersed fuse acts, so that the monitoring station of the wind power generation system cannot find and break a three-phase circuit in time, the circuit runs in a phase-lacking mode, and safety risks and maintenance cost are increased. In addition, the oil-immersed high-voltage fuse has extremely high requirements on oil tightness. Oil is not allowed to enter the fuse in the long-term use process, otherwise, explosion and serious fire can happen when the fuse operates.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a handle for an oil-immersed fuse, which has the functions of timely acting and triggering a signal output device when the fuse acts, so that the signal output device sends out a fusing signal, and a monitoring station of a wind power generation system can timely remove faults.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a handle for an oil-immersed fuse comprises a handle, a sealing cover and a pull rod which are connected in sequence; the handle also comprises a linkage mechanism; wherein,

The handle for the oil-immersed fuse is characterized in that a plurality of layers of umbrella ribs are radially and convexly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the large column head and the outer peripheral surface of the large connecting rod at intervals along the length direction, and a boss is arranged on one side, opposite to the small connecting rod, of the middle of the outer peripheral surface of the connecting rod.
The handle for the oil-immersed fuse is characterized in that the diameter of the small connecting rod is smaller than that of the large connecting rod, multiple layers of umbrella ribs are radially and convexly arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the small connecting rod at intervals along the length direction, and a small boss is respectively arranged on the front end flange and the rear end flange of the small connecting rod.
The handle for the oil-immersed fuse has the function of a trigger signal output device which can act in time when the fuse acts, namely the linkage mechanism with the impactor, and the linkage mechanism can act immediately and trigger the signal output device to send out a fusing signal when the fuse acts, so that a monitoring station of a wind power generation system can remove faults in time, and the handle is greatly helpful for maintaining the wind power generation system. The handle for the oil-immersed fuse disclosed by the invention provides a fusing signal for a wind power generation system, and simultaneously ensures the characteristics of full sealing, oil resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, dust resistance, salt mist resistance, maintenance-free property and the like of the fuse, and can be used in environments such as desert, underground and the like.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the handle for an oil-immersed fuse of the present invention includes a handle 1, a sealing cover 2, a pull rod 3, and a linkage mechanism, which are connected in sequence; wherein:
the handle 1, the sealing cover 2 and the pull rod 3 are integrally formed by unsaturated polyester resin through vacuum die casting;
the axial centers of the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2 are provided with a secondary step inner hole 10 with a small front part and a big back part;
the pull rod 3 comprises a large connecting rod 31 eccentrically connected with the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2 and a large column head 32 which is connected with the front end of the large connecting rod 31 and is coaxial with the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2, and the axial center of the large column head 32 is provided with a primary step inner hole 30 which is large in front and small in back; the peripheral surfaces of the two ends of the large connecting rod 31 are respectively provided with a groove corresponding to one side of the axis of the large column head 32; the outer peripheral surface of the large column head 32 and the outer peripheral surface of the large connecting rod 31 are respectively provided with a plurality of layers of umbrella ribs in a radial direction at intervals along the length direction so as to increase the creepage distance and strengthen the insulation;
the linkage mechanism comprises a small connecting rod 40 and front and rear limiting screws 43 and 44; the small connecting rod 40 is made of unsaturated polyester resin, the diameter of the small connecting rod is smaller than that of the large connecting rod 31, and the outer peripheral surface of the small connecting rod is respectively provided with a plurality of layers of umbrella ribs in a radial protruding mode at intervals along the length direction so as to increase the creepage distance and strengthen the insulation; the front and rear ends of the small connecting rod 40 are respectively provided with a flange 41, 42 towards one radial side, the thickness of the two flanges 41, 42 is smaller than the width of the groove on the large connecting rod 31, the two flanges 41, 42 are respectively provided with a threaded through hole (see figure 2) axially, the small connecting rod 40 can be arranged in parallel with the large connecting rod 31 in a way that the two flanges 41, 42 are embedded in the two grooves of the large connecting rod 31 in a one-to-one correspondence way; the head of the front limit screw 43 is positioned in the front inner hole of the first-stage stepped inner hole 30 of the large column head 32, and the rod part is movably inserted in the rear inner hole of the first-stage stepped inner hole 30 of the large column head 32 and is in threaded connection with the threaded through hole of the flange 41 at the front end of the small connecting rod 40; the rod part of the front limit screw 43 is also sleeved with a return spring 45 which is positioned in the front inner hole of the first-stage step inner hole 30 of the large cylindrical head 32; the head of the rear limiting screw 44 is positioned in the middle inner holes of the two-stage step inner holes 10 of the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2, and the rod part is movably inserted into the front inner holes of the two-stage step inner holes of the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2 and is in threaded connection with the threaded through hole of the flange 42 at the rear end of the small connecting rod 40; the rod part of the rear limiting screw 44 is also sleeved with a sealing ring 5, and the sealing ring 5 enables the rear limiting screw 44 to be in movable sealing contact with the hole walls of the front inner holes of the two-stage step inner holes 10 of the handle 1 and the sealing cover 2, so that the full sealing performance of the fuse is ensured. The sealing ring 5 is made of high-temperature-resistant insulating material.
The front and rear limiting screws 43 and 44 are made of nylon, so that the insulating property of the handle is ensured.
The middle part of the outer peripheral surface of the large connecting rod 31 is provided with a boss 310 on one side relative to the small connecting rod 4, so that the small connecting rod 40 is ensured not to be broken when contacting the large connecting rod 31 in transportation or irregular installation. The two flanges 41 and 42 of the small connecting rod 40 are respectively provided with a small boss 410 and 420, so that the two flanges 41 and 42 of the small connecting rod 40 cannot be broken due to collision with the pull rod 3 in the parallel movement process.
The oil-immersed fuse comprises a cylindrical base with a one-way opening, and a fuse carrier and a fuse link which are sequentially arranged in the base from the opening direction of the base; the fuse carrier comprises a handle and two electric contact couplers which are respectively fixed at two ends of the fuse carrier and are connected with the handle. A signal output device 6 is arranged in the inner holes at the rear parts of the inner holes 10 of the second-stage steps on the handle 1 of the handle and the sealing cover 2; the front end of the inner hole 30 of the first step of the big column head 32 of the handle is embedded with an electric contact coupler 7, and a striker is arranged in an inner cavity of one end of a fuse link connected with the electric contact coupler 7. When the circuit is overloaded or short-circuited, the melt in the fuse element is fused, so that the striker arranged in the fuse element loses tension and pops up, the front limit screw 43, the small connecting rod 40 and the rear limit screw 44 are pushed to move backwards, and the screw head of the rear limit screw 44 triggers the signal output device to send out a fusing signal.
The relationship between the width of the groove on the large link 31 and the thickness of the two flanges 41, 42 on the small link 40 is designed according to the moving stroke of the small link 40 to ensure that the rear limit screw 44 hits the signal output device 6 to send out a signal.
The return spring 45 enables the front set screw 43, the small link 40 and the rear set screw 44 to move forward to the original position after the striker is repaired.

2. The handle for an oil-filled fuse according to claim 1, wherein the front and rear limit screws are made of nylon.
3. The handle for the oil-filled fuse as recited in claim 1 or 2, wherein the rod of the rear limit screw is further sleeved with an O-ring.
4. The handle for the oil-filled fuse according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rod part of the front limit screw is sleeved with a return spring positioned in a front inner hole of the large round column head.

The handle for an oil-filled fuse according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of layers of ribs are radially protruded on the outer circumferential surface of the large column head and the outer circumferential surface of the large connecting rod at intervals in the length direction, respectively, and a boss is provided on a side of the middle portion of the outer circumferential surface of the connecting rod opposite to the small connecting rod.
