本发明涉及一种管接头。
背景技术
油管的安装质量直接影响液压***的工作效果，如果安装不好，不仅会增加压力损失，而且可能使整个***产生振动、噪声等问题，还会给维护和检修工作造成很大困难，因此，必须重视油管及管件的安装。
发明内容
发明目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供一种结构简单，工作稳定可靠的管接头。
技术方案：为了实现以上目的，本发明所述的一种管接头，它包括：接头体，管子，螺母和卡套，所述的管子上套设有螺母和卡套，管子的左侧设有接头体。
所述的卡套上设有锥面，与卡套相抵的接头体上设有锥面。
有益效果：本发明提供的一种管接头，通过管接头体内锥面与卡套的外锥面紧靠，并在接头体的外侧加设螺母对其进行紧固，实现了管接头的安装，该管接头装拆方便，能承受大的冲击力和振动，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，进一步阐明本发明。
如图1所示，本发明所述的一种管接头，它包括：接头体1，管子2，螺母3和卡套4。
螺母3和卡套4套设在管子2上，管子2的左侧设有接头体1，卡套4上设有锥面，与卡套4相抵的接头体1上设有锥面。
在使用本发明时，首先将被连接的管子2垂直切断，先将螺母3和卡套4套在管子2上，然后将管子2***接头体1的内孔，卡套4卡进接头体1内锥孔与管子2之间的空隙内，再将螺母3旋在接头体1上，使其内锥面与卡套4的外锥面靠紧即可。
该一种管接头通过管接头体1内锥面与卡套4的外锥面紧靠，并在接头体1的外侧加设螺母3对其进行紧固，实现了管接头的安装，该管接头装拆方便，能承受大的冲击力和振动，使用寿命长。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管接头,其特征在于：所述的卡套（4）上设有锥面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管接头，其特征在于：与卡套（4）相抵的接头体（1）上设有锥面。
