本发明涉及一种粉碎机用粉碎装置。
背景技术
粉碎机能解决树枝树叶、草木秸秆等一系列在过去传统农业里无法高效利用的问题；它逐渐被认识接受，并得到很好的推广、使用。但是现有市场上的粉碎机用的粉碎装置，结构过于复杂，体积巨大，能量损耗大，且使用有局限，功能比较单一，容易损坏。使用过程中，粉碎的碎料不够彻底，效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新型的粉碎机用粉碎装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采取的措施：
一种粉碎机用粉碎装置，包括碎料室，碎料室上安装有进料斗和出料口，所述的碎料室内通过带座轴承安装有刀座轮，刀座轮一端固定有皮带轮，刀座轮上焊接有刀座，刀座上通过螺栓安装有碎料用刀片；
所述的碎料室顶部安装有上盖板，进料斗与上盖板之间设置有固定螺栓；
所述的碎料用刀片设置有双刃口，碎料用刀片为两片，对称安装在刀座上，碎料用刀片的外部尺寸为180x35x5mm，刀座采用冷拉钢加工而成，刀座的外部尺寸为180x25x20mm，刀座轮采用中碳钢板成型焊接而成，刀座轮的直径为135mm；
所述的刀座轮上开设有储料槽；
所述的碎料室内通过螺栓安装有碎料调节板，碎料调节板的尺寸为180x30x12mm；
所述的带座轴承外部安装有防护罩盖。

一种粉碎机用粉碎装置，包括碎料室4，碎料室4上安装有进料斗1和出料口2，所述的碎料室4内通过带座轴承5安装有刀座轮9，刀座轮9一端固定有皮带轮6，刀座轮9上焊接有刀座12，刀座12上通过螺栓安装有碎料用刀片8；所述的碎料室4顶部安装有上盖板3，进料斗1与上盖板3之间设置有固定螺栓；所述的碎料用刀片8设置有双刃口，碎料用刀片8为两片，对称安装在刀座12上，碎料用刀片8的外部尺寸为180x35x5mm，刀座12采用冷拉钢加工而成，刀座12的外部尺寸为180x25x20mm，刀座轮9采用中碳钢板成型焊接而成，刀座轮9的直径为135mm；所述的刀座轮9上开设有储料槽11；所述的碎料室4内通过螺栓安装有碎料调节板7，碎料调节板7的尺寸为180x30x12mm，便于调节碎料的粗细；所述的带座轴承5外部安装有防护罩盖10。
将皮带轮6连接到皮带动力装置，带动刀座轮9旋转，碎料用刀片8跟随一起旋转，实现碎料，刀座轮9上开设有储料槽11，粉碎后的物料经储料槽11，在离心力作用下经出料口2被抛出。
碎料用刀片8的切点与进料斗1的底面设计有一个角度L，L值在6°至12°之间，保证了物料在被切削粉碎的同时还能自动供给，高效，从而实现本发明的目的。

1.一种粉碎机用粉碎装置，包括碎料室(4)，碎料室(4)上安装有进料斗(1)和出料口(2)，其特征在于：所述的碎料室(4)内通过带座轴承(5)安装有刀座轮(9)，刀座轮(9)一端固定有皮带轮(6)，刀座轮(9)上焊接有刀座(12)，刀座(12)上通过螺栓安装有碎料用刀片(8)，所述的碎料室(4)顶部安装有上盖板(3)，进料斗(1)与上盖板(3)之间设置有固定螺栓，所述的碎料用刀片(8)设置有双刃口，碎料用刀片(8)为两片，对称安装在刀座(12)上，碎料用刀片(8)的外部尺寸为180x35x5mm，刀座(12)采用冷拉钢加工而成，刀座(12)的外部尺寸为180x25x20mm，刀座轮(9)采用中碳钢板成型焊接而成，刀座轮(9)的直径为135mm，碎料用刀片(8)的切点与进料斗(1)的底面设计有一个角度(L)，角度(L)值在6°至12°之间。
