Abstract

本发明涉及一种盐碱土绿化草种丸粒化的配方,其特征在于:此丸粒化种子在提高种子发芽率的同时还可以对盐碱土进行改良,改良填料的重量占丸粒化种子的2%-30%。此种子可以用于贫基质条件下绿化如铁路、屋顶等,其基质填料组分为黄壤、红壤、棕壤、褐土、潮土中的一种或几种,其重量占丸粒化种子的55%-95%。此丸粒化种子粘结剂占总重量的2%-10%,可使种子的硬度加大崩解时间缩短。杀虫剂占丸粒化种子重量的0.1%-2%,可提高种子的抗病虫害能力。

技术领域:
本发明涉及种子丸粒化配方领域,更具体的说是涉及到一种盐碱土绿化草种子丸粒化的配方领域。
背景技术:
种子丸粒化技术是目前种子处理的一项重要技术。具有播种效果好、产量高、节约种子、成本低等优点,是在传统技术的基础上发展起来的一项种子工程的高新技术,它有效的克服了传统方法的不足。种子丸粒化技术作为种子工程的重要组成部分,已成为防虫抗病,提高种子发芽率,提高产量的重要手段,并越来越受到广泛重视。丸粒化种子技术目前已经广泛的应用于农业作物。
随着我国生态环境保护力度的加大和我国城市环境的改善,对牧草种子包衣及丸粒化技术的研究和种子产业化的要求逐渐加大,尤其是利用丸粒化种子来提高城市绿化面积、土壤改良、控制土地退化等得到推广应用。
草种丸粒化技术对提高城市绿地面积有良好效果,由于许多牧草的种子小而轻,有的有毛、芒等不同形态的特点,需要对小粒种子在包衣过程中成功造粒而达到增加种子重量,有利于种子扎入土壤中和机械播种。草种丸粒种子技术,在滨海盐碱土城市生态环境设施建设中,是一项节约种子和提高成活率的重要措施。由于滨海城市土壤条件较恶劣,不利于绿化植物的生长。绿植前往往要对土壤进行改良,盐碱土绿化种子丸粒化配方将土壤改良剂融入种子的添加剂中,在播种的同时对土壤进行改良。其次,此配方的主要成分是栽培基质并融入植物生长调节剂,有利于种子的发芽。可应用于贫基质条件绿化。如铁路的行车区域绿化,屋顶的绿化,垂直绿化等领域。
发明内容:
本专利涉及一种用于盐碱土绿化草种丸粒化的配方。目的是研究一种针对盐碱土绿化和贫基质绿化的专用丸粒化种子,解决种子发芽率低、苗期成活率低等难点。其主要特征是:种子的添加剂主要为基质填料,目的是创造种子的萌发环境。种子的外层填料中加入了改良填料,可针对盐碱土壤改良种植。
为了实现上述目的本发明的材料配方是:改良填料的重量占丸粒化种子的2%-30%,基质填料重量占丸粒化种子的55%-95%,粘结剂占丸粒化种子总重量的2%-10%,此外,杀虫剂占丸粒化种子重量的0.1%-2%。
所述的改良剂填料是脱硫石膏、泥炭、粉煤灰、硫酸铝、1-3水解聚马来酸酐、高岭土、磷酸钙、保水剂中的一种或几种。基质填料主要为黄壤、红壤、棕壤、褐土、潮土中的一种或多种组成。粘结剂主要是羧甲基纤维素钠、***胶、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种。

具体实施方式:
本发明为一种用于盐碱土绿化草种丸粒化的配方,它主要是由基质填料、改良填料、粘结剂、杀虫剂组成。其特征在于:改良填料的重量占丸粒化种子的2%-30%,所述的改良填料是脱硫石膏、泥炭、粉煤灰、硫酸铝、1-3水解聚马来酸酐、高岭土、磷酸钙、保水剂中的一种或几种。基质填料重量占丸粒化种子的55%-95%,基质填料主要为黄壤、红壤、棕壤、褐土、潮土中的一种或多种组成。粘结剂占丸粒化种子总重量的2%-10%,主要是羧甲基纤维素钠、***胶、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种。此外,杀虫剂占丸粒化种子重量的0.1%-2%。
操作时首先将粘结剂制成2%-10%浓度的溶液,然后将基质填料处理过100目的筛。将改良剂、杀虫剂混合后过100目筛。将种子放于100-200转/分的丸粒化机中,在种子表面均匀喷洒粘结剂后撒入基质填料,不断重复以上步骤,直至将种子的重量增加5-20倍。之后加入2%-30%的改良剂。最后将种子风干。此方法可有效的提高种子的发芽率和降低苗期中的死亡率。大量营养基质的存在可使种子对贫基质环境的抗性增强。
实施例1
将种子基质填料棕壤和褐土各1000g混合后过100目筛制成混合基质,配制10%的***胶溶液500ml,称取脱硫石膏和粉煤灰各150g,杀虫剂20g,混合过100目的筛制成改良填料。秤取野牛草种子100g。首先将种子放入100转/分的丸粒化机中,然后均匀喷加***胶,之后倒入少量的混合基质。多次重复上述操作直至混合基质用完为止。然后继续喷洒溶液并加入改良填料,反复重复直至改良填料用完。最终得到直径为7-10mm的丸粒化种子。最后风干备用。

1.一种盐碱土绿化草种丸粒化的基质,其特征在于:由1000g棕壤、1000g褐土、150g脱硫石膏、150g粉煤灰、500ml质量浓度为2%~10%的***胶溶液、20g杀虫剂组成。
