Abstract

一种杯盖包括：与杯体相连的内盖，翻盖可绕转轴翻转以打开或封闭出水口，转轴上设有翻盖弹簧，其特征在于：所述的翻盖上设有卡口，内盖上设有可前后移动的上、下塑圈，上、下塑圈上分别设有卡钩；卡钩钩住卡口时翻盖关合，上、下塑圈上的卡钩都脱离卡口时，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开，上、下塑圈与内盖间设有弹性复位件；上、下塑圈上的卡钩设于卡口两侧，打开翻盖时，上、下塑圈的移动方向相反。本发明的杯盖可方便的实现单手打开杯盖，并可防止误操作打开杯盖。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杯盖。
背景技术
目前,各种杯盖结构众多。如中国专利200720302880.3号便提出了一种“翻盖式直饮杯”。在该技术方案中,翻盖式直饮杯包括：杯体和杯盖，杯盖的下盖与杯体相连，下盖中设有封闭杯体内壁的内盖，翻盖与下盖间设有转轴，转轴上设有复位弹簧，内盖上设有出水口，翻盖中的压盖封闭出水口，翻盖中设有锁钩和锁钩弹簧，下盖或内盖上设有与锁钩相配合的卡槽。翻盖上设有旋钮，旋钮连接有凸轮，凸轮的较长端和较短端可间歇的与锁钩接触。杯子在使用过程中，可有效防止误操作打开杯盖。但其存在以下不足：上述直饮杯采用凸轮的较长端和较短端间歇的与锁钩接触，来控制杯盖的开合，其结构复杂，开盖时需双手操作，使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供一种可实现单手开盖，使用方便的杯盖。
为了达到以上目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种杯盖包括：与杯体相连的内盖，翻盖可绕转轴翻转以打开或封闭出水口，转轴上设有翻盖弹簧，其特征在于：所述的翻盖上设有卡口，内盖上设有可前后移动的上、下塑圈，上、下塑圈上分别设有卡钩；卡钩钩住卡口时翻盖关合，上、下塑圈上的卡钩都脱离卡口时，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开，上、下塑圈与内盖间设有弹性复位件；上、下塑圈上的卡钩设于卡口两侧，打开翻盖时，上、下塑圈的移动方向相反。
本发明的优点在于：开盖时，两手指分别压动上、下塑圈，通过上、下塑圈方向相反的移动，上、下塑圈上的卡钩脱离卡口，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开。手指放开后，弹性复位件迫使上、下塑圈复位。合盖时，下压翻盖，卡钩钩住卡口实现翻盖关合。本发明的杯盖可方便的实现单手打开杯盖。由于上、下塑圈上的卡钩设于卡口两侧，当一个卡钩未脱离卡口时，翻盖不会打开，其可防止误操作打开杯盖。且结构简单，使用方便。
在本发明中，所述的卡口和卡钩间设有相配合的斜面。其利于下压翻盖进行合盖。
在本发明中，所述的翻盖中设有压盖，压盖上设有密封件，密封件封闭出水口。
在本发明中，所述的弹性复位件是簧片。其使上、下塑圈复位可靠，且结构简单。
在本发明中，所述的杯盖还包括一盖板，盖板定位在内盖上，内盖与盖板配合定位上、下塑圈。其可使杯盖结构简单、制造方便。
在本发明中，所述的转轴定位于转轴座上，转轴座设于盖板上。其可使杯盖结构简单、制造方便。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2、图3所示：本实施例杯盖包括：与杯体相连的内盖1，翻盖2可绕转轴3翻转以打开或封闭出水口4，转轴上设有翻盖弹簧5。翻盖上设有卡口6，内盖上设有可前后移动的上、下塑圈7、8，上、下塑圈上分别设有卡钩9；卡钩9钩住卡口6时翻盖关合。上、下塑圈上的卡钩9都脱离卡口时，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开。上、下塑圈与内盖间设有弹性复位件；弹性复位件是簧片10。上、下塑圈上的卡钩9设于卡口6两侧，打开翻盖时，上、下塑圈的移动方向相反。
在本实施例中，所述的卡口和卡钩间设有相配合的斜面11、12。翻盖中设有压盖13，压盖上设有密封件14，密封件14封闭出水口4。杯盖还包括一盖板15，盖板15定位在内盖1上，内盖与盖板配合定位上、下塑圈。转轴3定位于转轴座16上，转轴座16设于盖板15上。
开盖时，两手指分别压动上、下塑圈，通过上、下塑圈方向相反的移动，上、下塑圈上的卡钩脱离卡口，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开。手指放开后，弹性复位件迫使上、下塑圈复位。合盖时，下压翻盖，卡钩钩住卡口实现翻盖关合。本发明的杯盖可方便的实现单手打开杯盖。由于上、下塑圈上的卡钩设于卡口两侧，当一个卡钩未脱离卡口时，翻盖不会打开，其可防止误操作打开杯盖。且结构简单，使用方便。
以上实施例仅是本发明的个案，任何根据本发明精神所作的替换均应理解为未脱离本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1. 一种杯盖包括：与杯体相连的内盖，翻盖可绕转轴翻转以打开或封闭出水口，转轴上设有翻盖弹簧，其特征在于：所述的翻盖上设有卡口，内盖上设有可前后移动的上、下塑圈，上、下塑圈上分别设有卡钩；卡钩钩住卡口时翻盖关合，上、下塑圈上的卡钩都脱离卡口时，翻盖弹簧迫使翻盖打开，上、下塑圈与内盖间设有弹性复位件；上、下塑圈上的卡钩设于卡口两侧，打开翻盖时，上、下塑圈的移动方向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杯盖；其特征在于：所述的卡口和卡钩间设有相配合的斜面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杯盖；其特征在于：所述的翻盖中设有压盖，压盖上设有密封件，密封件封闭出水口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种杯盖；其特征在于：所述的弹性复位件是簧片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种杯盖；其特征在于：所述的杯盖还包括一盖板，盖板定位在内盖上，内盖与盖板配合定位上、下塑圈。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种杯盖；其特征在于：所述的转轴定位于转轴座上，转轴座设于盖板上。
