本发明涉及一种内墙用抗菌芳香型及其制备方法,该涂料以质量份计含有以下成分:丙烯酸酯弹性乳液18~33份,聚丙烯酸乳液6~11份,钛白粉9~16份,立德粉3~5.5份,云母粉15~30份,纳米氧化锌2~5.5份,聚羧酸钠盐1.2~2.2份,十二碳醇酯0.6~1.1份,聚氧乙烯多元醇醚0.06~0.1份,二甲基硅油0.12~0.22份,丙二醇1~1.8份,汉麻纤维0.15~0.25份,芳香胺固化剂5.36~13份,水15~27.5份。本发明提供的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,具有抗菌,散发香味和防氡的功能,能够保护墙面和改善室内环境。

内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内墙涂料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对室内装饰涂料的选择更加谨慎,要求也越来越高。但是,室内墙面很容易滋生霉菌,如大肠杆菌、金色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉、黄曲霉、木霉、球毛壳霉、毛霉等,它们能在温度20~38℃、相对湿度85~100%的条件下大量繁殖,破坏建筑物的表面,侵蚀建筑物,影响室内墙面的美观和使用。现有的内墙涂料虽然也存在抗菌作用,但是其效果不明显、延续时间短。同时,该类涂料也不能散发香味。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:针对上述内墙涂料抗菌效果不佳、不能散发香味的缺点,本发明提供一种内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料及其制备方法。
技术方案:内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液                                        18~33份
聚丙烯酸乳液                                            6~11份
钛白粉                                                  9~16份
立德粉                                                  3~5.5份
云母粉                                                  15~30份
纳米氧化锌                                              2~5.5份
聚羧酸钠盐                                              1.2~2.2份
十二碳醇酯                                              0.6~1.1份

上述所述的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料的制备步骤如下:
第一步:将丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、立德粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌、聚羧酸钠盐、十二碳醇酯、聚氧乙烯多元醇醚、二甲基硅油和水混合后搅拌分散,在加入砂磨机进行研磨,至细度≤20μm;
第二步:再加入丙二醇、汉麻纤维和芳香胺固化剂,搅拌混合均匀即得到内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料。
有益效果:本发明提供的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料及其制备方法,该涂料在24h内对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.8%以上,对金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到99.9%以上,能散发香味,改善室内环境,同时还具有防氡的作用,防氡率达到91%以上。

本实施例提供一种内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,以质量份计含有以下成分:
丙烯酸酯弹性乳液                                        18份
聚丙烯酸乳液                                            6份

云母粉                                                  15份
纳米氧化锌                                              2份
聚羧酸钠盐                                              1.2份
十二碳醇酯                                              0.6份
聚氧乙烯多元醇醚                                        0.06份
二甲基硅油                                              0.12份

汉麻纤维                                                0.15份
芳香胺固化剂                                            5.36份
水                                                      15份。
内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料的制备步骤如下:
第一步:将丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、立德粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌、聚羧酸钠盐、十二碳醇酯、聚氧乙烯多元醇醚、二甲基硅油和水混合后搅拌分散,在加入砂磨机进行研磨,至细度≤20μm;
第二步:再加入丙二醇、汉麻纤维和芳香胺固化剂,搅拌混合均匀即得到内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料。
本实施例提供的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,在24h内对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.82%,对金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到99.91%,防氡率达到91.7%,还能散发香味。

内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料的制备步骤如下:
第一步:将丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、立德粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌、聚羧酸钠盐、十二碳醇酯、聚氧乙烯多元醇醚、二甲基硅油和水混合后搅拌分散,在加入砂磨机进行研磨,至细度≤20μm;
第二步:再加入丙二醇、汉麻纤维和芳香胺固化剂,搅拌混合均匀即得到内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料。
本实施例提供的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,在24h内对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.85%,对金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到99.93%,防氡率达到91.3%,还能散发香味。

第一步:将丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、立德粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌、聚羧酸钠盐、十二碳醇酯、聚氧乙烯多元醇醚、二甲基硅油和水混合后搅拌分散,在加入砂磨机进行研磨,至细度≤20μm;
第二步:再加入丙二醇、汉麻纤维和芳香胺固化剂,搅拌混合均匀即得到内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料。
本实施例提供的内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料,在24h内对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到99.9%,对金色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到99.98%,防氡率达到93.2%,还能散发香味。

纳米氧化锌                                              2~5.5份
聚羧酸钠盐                                              1.2~2.2份

二甲基硅油                                              0.12~0.22份
丙二醇                                                  1~1.8份

第一步:将丙烯酸酯弹性乳液、聚丙烯酸乳液、钛白粉、立德粉、云母粉、纳米氧化锌、聚羧酸钠盐、十二碳醇酯、聚氧乙烯多元醇醚、二甲基硅油和水混合后搅拌分散,在加入砂磨机进行研磨,至细度≤20μm;
第二步:再加入丙二醇、汉麻纤维和芳香胺固化剂,搅拌混合均匀即得到内墙用抗菌芳香型涂料。
