本发明提供一种新型纺织机纱线筒，包括底座、线筒轴a和线筒轴b，所述的线筒轴a内部设为中空，且在其内部两侧分别设有滑动槽；线筒轴b对应于线筒轴a内部两侧设置的滑动槽设有滑块；线筒轴a的上方设置有一个活动挡块，线筒轴a的下端设有一个固定挡块；本发明使纺纱操作过程简便、稳定性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织机械领域，尤其涉及一种新型纺织机纱线筒。 
背景技术
在纺织机纺纱过程中，将纱线卷好放置在纱线筒上，纺织线转动的同时带动纱线筒的转动，现有的纺织机纱线筒因为纺织机的快速运转，旋转不稳定，从而导致纱线缠绕复杂，影响了纺织机的正常操作。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新型纺织机纱线筒，使纺纱操作过程简便、稳定性高。 
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为： 
一种新型纺织机纱线筒，包括底座、线筒轴a和线筒轴b，所述的线筒轴a内部设为中空，且在其内部两侧分别设有滑动槽；线筒轴b对应于线筒轴a内部两侧设置的滑动槽设有滑块；线筒轴a的上方设置有一个活动挡块，线筒轴a的下端设有一个固定挡块。
线筒轴b的直径小于线筒轴a的直径，且线筒轴b的长度小于线筒轴a的长度。 
所述的底座内部置有一个重量块。 
所述的固定挡块中间位置穿过线筒轴a，固定在线筒轴a的下端。 
通过以上技术方案，相对于现有技术，本发明具有以下有益效果： 
1、本发明设有两个线筒轴，在其中一个线筒轴内两侧设置滑动槽，另一个线筒轴对应滑动槽设置凸出的滑块，可以方便快捷的调节线筒轴整体的长度，适应纱线在操作过程中的上下旋转；
2、在底座内部设置一个重量块，可以增加纺织机在纺纱过程中的稳定性。

附图非限制性地公开了本发明所涉及优选实施例的结构示意图；以下将结合附图详细地说明本发明的技术方案。 
图1所示为本发明的整体结构，2为线筒轴a，3为线筒轴b，在线筒轴a内部两侧设置有滑动槽，对应于此滑动槽，在线筒轴b两侧设置滑块，将线筒轴b插进线筒轴a内部，此设置可以方便快捷的调节线筒轴的整体长度，适应纱线在操作过程中的上下旋转；在线筒轴a的上方设置一个活动挡块1，方便拆卸线筒轴a和线筒轴b；在线筒轴a的下方设置有固定挡块4，可以使卷好的纱线在纺织机运作过程中平稳的旋转；本发明的底座内置有一个重量块，可以增加纺织机在纺纱过程中的稳定性。 

Claims (4)

1.一种新型纺织机纱线筒，其特征在于：包括底座、线筒轴a和线筒轴b，所述的线筒轴a内部设为中空，且在其内部两侧分别设有滑动槽；线筒轴b对应于线筒轴a内部两侧设置的滑动槽设有凸出的滑块；线筒轴a的上方设置有一个活动挡块，线筒轴a的下端设有一个固定挡块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型纺织机纱线筒，其特征在于：线筒轴b的直径小于线筒轴a的直径，且线筒轴b的长度小于线筒轴a的长度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型纺织机纱线筒，其特征在于：所述的底座内部置有一个重量块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型纺织机纱线筒，其特征在于：所述的固定挡块中间位置穿过线筒轴a，固定在线筒轴a的下端。
