数控机床轨道防护罩高速运行消音连杆机构的产品在制造过程与组装过程中,传统设计会费时,且松紧尺寸不易控制,连续高速运行过程中,数控机床轨道防护罩上的螺纹连接会松落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、防磨损、耐高温高压、防水防腐蚀,不易损坏,能有效的防止数控机床轨道防护罩上的螺纹松落的数控机床轨道防护罩消音连杆机构卡簧。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种数控机床轨道防护罩消音连杆机构卡簧,包括卡簧主体、卡簧左端弯折杆、卡簧右端弯折杆、卡簧右端横杆、卡簧左端横杆,其特征在于:所述卡簧主体右端连接有卡簧右端弯折杆,所述卡簧主体左端连接有卡簧左端弯折杆,所述卡簧右端弯折杆右端连接有卡簧右端横杆且与其制成一体,所述卡簧左端弯折杆左端连接有卡簧左端横杆且与其制成一体。
进一步的,所述卡簧主体由不锈钢材料制作而成。
本发明优点是:
本发明结构简单、防磨损、耐高温高压、防水防腐蚀,不易损坏,能有效的防止数控机床轨道防护罩上的螺纹松落。

综上所述,本发明结构简单、防磨损、耐高温高压、防水防腐蚀,不易损坏,能有效的防止数控机床轨道防护罩上的螺纹松落。

2.根据权利要求1所述的数控机床轨道防护罩消音连杆机构卡簧,其特征在于:所述卡簧主体(1)由不锈钢材料制作而成。
