Abstract

本发明公开了一种连续式自动标签剥离设备,包括机架、驱动装置和剥标装置,机架的上方设有进料口,机架的下方设有出料口,驱动装置设于剥标装置的一侧,剥标装置包括转轴、组合式动刀盘和调整式钉盘,组合式动刀盘安装在转轴上;调整式钉盘围绕在组合式动刀盘的外侧,调整式钉盘和组合式动刀盘之间形成剥标空间,所述组合式动刀盘的横截面为圆形或多边形;所述调整式钉盘上设有剥标螺栓,剥标螺栓前端设有可调式定针,调整式钉盘的上下两端设有凹槽和设有与凹槽相对的凸槽的滑轨结构。本发明具有剥标充分,剥标空间可调的特点。

连续式自动标签剥离设备
技术领域
本发明涉及废塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸的回收装置,尤其是一种连续式自动标签剥离设备。
背景技术
目前,废塑料瓶或废塑料片回收后会经过脱标、分选、洗涤、粉碎、干燥等步骤,最后形成能够重复利用的原材料。但是,现有的剥标机在结构设计上不够理想,剥标装置不能调节剥标容腔的大小,剥标效率低,不适合各种大小,各种类型的塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸,局限性大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种连续式自动标签剥离设备。
本发明解决的是现有的剥标机在结构设计上不够理想,剥标装置不能调节剥标容腔的大小,剥标效率低,不适合各种大小,各种类型的塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸,局限性大的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:本发明包括机架、驱动装置和剥标装置,机架的上方设有进料口,机架的下方设有出料口,驱动装置设于剥标装置的一侧,剥标装置包括转轴、组合式动刀盘和调整式钉盘,组合式动刀盘安装在转轴上;调整式钉盘围绕在组合式动刀盘的外侧,调整式钉盘和组合式动刀盘之间形成剥标空间,所述组合式动刀盘的横截面为圆形或多边形形状;所述调整式钉盘上设有剥标螺栓,剥标螺栓前端设有可调式定针,调整式钉盘的上下两端设有凹槽和设有与凹槽相对的凸槽的滑轨结构。
本发明的优点是:本发明的组合式动刀盘的横截面设计为圆形或多边形形状,如六边形、八边形等,再配上多样化的刀片结构,能够使得塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸在剥标传送过程中有移动位子和变换角度的机会,能够增加剥标率和减少塑料瓶破损。
调整式钉盘的上下端设有凹槽和带有凸槽的滑轨结构,凸槽和凹槽相拼接,使得调整式钉盘安装、拆卸方便,易更换易维修。通过滑轨结构的设计实现上下移动能够快捷、方便地调整调整式钉盘与转轴之间的距离。另外,调整式钉盘上的剥标螺栓上的定针也可以调节其剥标间距。在调整式钉盘和剥标螺栓双重作用下,能够调节到最佳的剥标空间。
在多边形组合式动刀盘、多样化刀片及剥标螺栓前端的定针的相互配合下,废塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸能够在剥标空间内,充分地摩擦及转换瓶子角度,达到多方位剥标的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例中,本发明包括机架1、驱动装置2和剥标装置。机架1的上方设有进料口3,机架1的下方设有出料口4,驱动装置2设于剥标装置的一侧。
如图2所示,剥标装置包括转轴7、组合式动刀盘6和调整式钉盘5,组合式动刀盘6安装在转轴7上;调整式钉盘5围绕在组合式动刀盘6的外侧,调整式钉盘5和组合式动刀盘6之间形成剥标空间8,组合式动刀盘6的横截面为圆形或多边形形状,多边形的边数为三边到二十边之间任一种,边数逐一增加。剥标效果最好是在六边到十边之间。本实施例中,图2所示的是横截面为六边形的组合式动刀盘。
如图3所示,调整式钉盘5上设有剥标螺栓9,剥标螺栓9从调整式钉盘的外表面穿入至内表面穿出,剥标螺栓9前端设有定针11,定针11为可调式,可以调节剥标间距的大小以配合各种类型的塑料瓶。
如图4所示,调整式钉盘5的上下两端设有凹槽13和设有与凹槽13相对的凸槽12的滑轨结构10。调整式钉盘5通过凹槽13和凸槽12相拼接和滑轨结构10固定在一起,通过滑轨结构10实现上下移动,能够快捷、方便地调整钉盘与转轴之间的距离。在定针11和滑轨结构10相互配合的作用下,达到最佳的剥标空间,实现最佳的剥标效果。
如图5所示,组合式动刀盘6上设有单片式组合刀具座14,单片式组合刀具座14配合刀片按多角度及多样式刀片的组合顺序规律排列在组合式动刀盘6上。
如图6所示,刀片为定制钨钢刀15或梯形刀16或齿形刀17。
在多边形组合式动刀盘6、多样化刀片及剥标螺栓前端的定针11的相互配合下,废塑料瓶及瓶子标签纸能够在剥标空间8内,充分地摩擦及转换瓶子角度,达到多方位剥标的目的。

Claims (5)

1.一种连续式自动标签剥离设备,包括机架、驱动装置和剥标装置,机架的上方设有进料口,机架的下方设有出料口,驱动装置设于剥标装置的一侧,剥标装置包括转轴、组合式动刀盘和调整式钉盘,组合式动刀盘安装在转轴上;调整式钉盘围绕在组合式动刀盘的外侧,调整式钉盘和组合式动刀盘之间形成剥标空间,其特征在于所述组合式动刀盘的横截面为圆形或多边形;所述调整式钉盘上设有剥标螺栓,剥标螺栓前端设有可调式定针,调整式钉盘的上下两端设有凹槽和设有与凹槽相对的凸槽的滑轨结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连续式自动标签剥离设备,其特征在于所述的多边形的边数为三边到二十边。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连续式自动标签剥离设备,其特征在于所述的组合式动刀盘上设有单片式组合刀具座,所述的单片式组合刀具座配合刀片按多角度顺序规律排列在组合式动刀盘上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的连续式自动标签剥离设备,其特征在于所述的刀片为定制钨钢刀或梯形刀或齿形刀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的连续式自动标签剥离设备,其特征在于所述的剥标螺栓从调整式钉盘的外表面穿入至内表面穿出。
