滚丝机自动送给机是由机座、立拖板、数据显示装置及机械手装置组成,立拖板固定设在机座的上端部位,机械手装置与立拖板安装连接,数据显示装置固定安装在立拖板的顶端;机座内设有气动控制箱,机座上端固定安装有接水盘,接水盘内设有固定台及与固定台连接的拖板,拖板通过横向调节手柄可以作横向位移调整;本发明通过机械手装置气动快速取料,放料,准确快速,一人可以照顾的机台数两台以上,加大员工的责任区域,相对减少人员的雇用数量,使加工效率大大提高,减少了由于人工操作所造成的工件不良等效果。

本发明属于机械加工领域中的进料装置,具体涉及的是一种滚丝机自动送给机。 
背景技术
在机械加工小件零部件时,往往采用人工手动送料的方式进行加工,如加工小件螺杆、螺栓等,在加工流程中,通常要把未加工的毛坯料输送到指定位置,由人工模式进行上、下料的程序,人为因素一方面降低了工件放置的精准度,另一方面操作机台需要多个工人共同完成,大大增加了人员成本,影响加工速度。  
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构设计合理,使用方便,自动化程度高,能取代人工上、下料的进程,提升加工效率的滚丝机自动送给机。 
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:滚丝机自动送给机,其特征在于:是由机座、立拖板、数据显示装置及机械手装置组成,所述立拖板固定设在机座的上端部位,机械手装置与立拖板安装连接,数据显示装置固定安装在立拖板的顶端;机座内设有气动控制箱,机座上端固定安装有接水盘,接水盘内设有固定台及与固定台连接的拖板,该拖板通过横向调节手柄可以作横向位移调整。 
所述立拖板内设有直立调节手柄。 
所述机械手装置是由平行夹紧气缸、导轨升降气缸、机械爪、手臂及无杆气缸组成;平行夹紧气缸和导轨升降气缸分别与机械爪气动连接,机械爪通过手臂与无杆气缸连接,该无杆气缸固定安装在立拖板上,并可通过直立调节手柄的调节,使机械手装置作上下纵向的位移动作。 
本发明的有益效果体现在于:与现有技术相比,本发明在手臂的伸缩、导轨升降气缸的升降及平行夹紧气缸的松紧的作用下,能快速取料,放料,且各个装置均采用电磁驱动装置,配有传感器,实现对送给机速度、位置以及各装置的手动、联动、自动的控制;一人多机操作,加大员工的责任区域,相对减少人员的雇用数量,使加工效率大大提高,减少了由于人工操作所造成的工件不良等效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,滚丝机自动送给机,是由机座5、立拖板7、数据显示装置1及机械手装置2组成,所述立拖板7固定设在机座5的上端部位,机械手装置2与立拖板7安装连接,数据显示装置1固定安装在立拖板7的顶端;机座5内设有气动控制箱,机座5上端固定安装有接水盘4,接水盘4内设有固定台及与固定台连接的拖板26,该拖板26通过横向调节手柄6可以作横向位移调整。 
所述立拖板7内设有直立调节手柄3。 
所述机械手装置2是由平行夹紧气缸23、导轨升降气缸22、机械爪25、手臂21、调节螺套27及无杆气缸24组成;平行夹紧气缸23和导轨升降气缸22分别与机械爪25气动连接,机械爪25通过手臂21与无杆气缸24连接,该无杆气缸24固定安装在立拖板7上,并可通过直立调节手柄3的调节,使机械手装置2作上下纵向的位移动作,所述机械爪25还与调节螺套27连接安装。 
本发明装置的工作过程为:本发明送给机与坯料输送架及输出架搭配使用,待加工的坯料均匀码在坯料输送架内,调整拖板26的横向位移,并将输送架固定安装在拖板26上,机械手装置2一方面通过直立调节手柄3可以作上下纵向位移,另一方面通过调节螺套27作左右横向位移;工作时,机械爪25伸出将坯料送进机台内,同时机械爪25退回原位,待工件加工完毕,机台自动将工件从机台内剔除到输出架内,由输出架将加工好的工件输出。

1.滚丝机自动送给机,其特征在于:是由机座、立拖板、数据显示装置及机械手装置组成,所述立拖板固定设在机座的上端部位,机械手装置与立拖板安装连接,数据显示装置固定安装在立拖板的顶端;机座内设有气动控制箱,机座上端固定安装有接水盘,接水盘内设有固定台及与固定台连接的拖板,该拖板通过横向调节手柄可以作横向位移调整;立拖板内设有直立调节手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚丝机自动送给机,其特征在于:机械手装置是由平行夹紧气缸、导轨升降气缸、机械爪、手臂及无杆气缸组成;平行夹紧气缸与导轨升降气缸分别与机械爪气动连接,机械爪通过手臂与无杆气缸连接,无杆气缸固定安装在立拖板上,并可通过直立调节手柄的调节,使机械手装置作上下纵向的位移动作。
