Abstract

本发明公开了3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的合成方法。(1)将0.4-0.5***纯碳酰肼和60-62毫升无水乙醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热至溶解;(2)在搅拌下向步骤(1)的溶液加入38-40毫升溶有1.7-2.0***纯3-乙氧基水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液;(3)向步骤(2)所制得的溶液滴加1.0-1.4毫升分析纯乙酸,并在60-70℃回流搅拌1.5-2.0小时,冷却至室温,过滤,用无水乙醇溶液洗涤,得到白色沉淀;(4)将0.07-0.09克步骤(3)得到的白色沉淀溶于10-12毫升无水乙醇,过滤,将滤液静置72-75小时,得到3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱化合物。本发明具有工艺简单、成本低廉、化学组分易于控制、重复性好并产量高等优点。

3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的合成方法
技术领域
本发明涉及3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的合成方法。 
背景技术
3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱是可以用作燃料、光敏物质、聚合单体、加成反应的前驱体,具有较大的应用价值。本发明涉及3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的合成方法。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为寻找吖嗪衍生物,利用水浴合成技术合成3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的一种合成方法。 
具体步骤为: 
(1)将0.4-0.5***纯碳酰肼和60-62毫升无水乙醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热至溶解。 
(2)在搅拌下向步骤(1)的溶液加入38-40毫升溶有1.7-2.0***纯3-乙氧基水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液。 
(3)向步骤(2)所制得的溶液滴加1.0-1.4毫升分析纯乙酸,并在60-70℃回流搅拌1.5-2.0小时,冷却至室温,过滤,用无水乙醇溶液洗涤,得到白色沉淀。 
(4)将0.07-0.09克步骤(3)得到的白色沉淀溶于10-12毫升无水乙醇,过滤,将滤液静置72-75小时,得到单晶级3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱化合物。 
本发明具有工艺简单、成本低廉、化学组分易于控制、重复性好并产量高等优点。

具体实施方式
实施例1: 
(1)将0.4***纯碳酰肼和60毫升无水乙醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热至溶解。
(2)在搅拌下向步骤(1)的溶液加入溶有1.8***纯3-乙氧基水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液40毫升。 
(3)向步骤(2)所制得的溶液滴加1.0毫升分析纯乙酸,并在70℃回流搅拌2小时。冷却至室温,过滤,用无水乙醇溶液洗涤,得到白色沉淀。 
(4)将0.07克步骤(3)得到的白色沉淀溶于10毫升无水乙醇,过滤,将滤液静置72小时,得到单晶级3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱化合物。 
实施例2: 
(1)将0.5***纯碳酰肼和62毫升无水乙醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热至溶解。 
(2)在搅拌下向步骤(1)的溶液加入41毫升溶有1.9***纯3-乙氧基水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液。 
(3)向步骤(2)所制得的溶液滴加1.2毫升分析纯乙酸,并在65℃回流搅拌1.8小时。冷却至室温,过滤,用无水乙醇溶液洗涤,得到白色沉淀。 
(4)将0.09克步骤(3)得到的白色沉淀溶于12毫升无水乙醇,过滤,将滤液静置75小时,得到单晶级3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱化合物。 

Claims (1)

1.一种3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱的合成方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
(1)将0.4-0.5***纯碳酰肼和60-62毫升无水乙醇加入到三口烧瓶中,加热至溶解; 
(2)在搅拌下向步骤(1)的溶液加入38-40毫升溶有1.7-2.0***纯3-乙氧基水杨醛的无水乙醇溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所制得的溶液滴加1.0-1.4毫升分析纯乙酸,并在60-70℃回流搅拌1.5-2.0小时,冷却至室温,过滤,用无水乙醇溶液洗涤,得到白色沉淀;
(4)将0.07-0.09克步骤(3)得到的白色沉淀溶于10-12毫升无水乙醇,过滤,将滤液静置72-75小时,得到3-乙氧基水杨醛缩碳酰肼双希夫碱化合物。
