本发明公开了一种新型保温节能陶瓷装饰瓦,将物料粉粹,接着加水搅拌均匀,然后经真空挤出机挤压成型,再经干燥后采用高温烧结而成,所述物料包括按重量百分比组成的下列成分:陶砂40%-45%,粉煤灰20%-25%,膨胀珍珠岩13%-18%,粘土15%-20%,黑曜石5%-10%,减水剂粉剂1%-3.5%。通过上述方式,本发明的陶瓷装饰瓦提高了防水抗渗功能,还增强了保温隔热、防老化功能,且具有重量轻、强度高、环保节能、寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料领域,特别是涉及一种新型保温节能陶瓷装饰瓦。 
背景技术
在当今节能环保的时代,人们对建筑物屋面瓦的外观、环保、节能等综合要求也越来越高。传统的粘土瓦、琉璃瓦和釉面瓦,其强度不够,易脆裂,且从其外观、环保等因素考虑已无法满足使用要求。 
近年来,发展较快的是彩钢瓦和水泥瓦,其中,彩钢瓦由于其耐磨性和耐腐蚀性较差,时间久了容易造成漏水和锈蚀等问题;而水泥瓦强度高、隔热性能好,但是其重量较大,易吸水后加大自重,造成断裂,且其不可回收再利用,环保性差。 
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术的不足,提供一种新型保温节能陶瓷装饰瓦,能够提高防水抗渗功能,增强保温隔热、防老化功能,且具有重量轻、强度高、环保节能、寿命长等优点。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型保温节能陶瓷装饰瓦,将物料粉粹,接着加水搅拌均匀,然后经真空挤出机挤压成型,再经干燥后采用高温烧结而成,所述物料包括按重量百分比组成的下列成分: 
陶砂           32%-38%,
粉煤灰         20%-25%,
膨胀珍珠岩     13%-18%,
粘土           15%-20%,
黑曜石         5%-10%,
减水剂粉剂     1%-3.5%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述物料包括按重量百分比组成的下列成分: 
陶砂           35%,
粉煤灰         22.6%,
膨胀珍珠岩     15.8%,
粘土           17.1%,
黑曜石         7%,
减水剂粉剂     2.5%
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述物料粉粹后的粒径小于等于200目。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高温烧结时的温度为1500-1700℃。 
本发明的有益效果是:以轻质陶砂为主料,通过合理选料、科学配比,不仅提高了防水抗渗功能,还增强了保温隔热、防老化功能,且具有重量轻、强度高、环保节能、寿命长等优点。

一种新型保温节能陶瓷装饰瓦,将物料粉粹,接着加水搅拌均匀,然后经真空挤出机挤压成型,再经干燥后采用高温烧结而成,所述物料包括按重量百分比组成的下列成分:
陶砂           32%-38%,
粉煤灰         20%-25%,
膨胀珍珠岩     13%-18%,
粘土           15%-20%,
黑曜石         5%-10%,
减水剂粉剂     1%-3.5%。
其中,所述物料粉粹后的粒径小于等于200目。 
所述高温烧结时的温度为1500-1700℃。

陶砂           32%-38%,
粉煤灰         20%-25%,
膨胀珍珠岩     13%-18%,
粘土           15%-20%,
黑曜石         5%-10%,
减水剂粉剂     1%-3.5%。
