Abstract

本发明公开了一种太阳能海水淡化***,包括太阳能加热装置、汽水分离装置、冷凝装置、补水装置和增温储热装置,联箱为立式设置,补水装置的补水出口与联箱进水口连通,联箱上端口与冷凝装置之间接有汽水分离装置,汽水分离装置分汽口与冷凝装置的进汽口连通,补水装置的补水进口接有增温储热装置。本发明用于太阳能海水淡化,具有水循环速度快,传热迅速,持续蒸馏的时间长,受天气影响小,适应性强等特点。且***运行的过程中,整体用电量小,耗能少,运行成本低,使蒸汽冷却潜热得到了有效利用,太阳能利用率高。

太阳能海水淡化***
技术领域
本发明属于太阳能海水淡化技术领域,具体是涉及一种利用太阳光能进行海水淡化的装置。
背景技术
海水储量占到地球总水量的97%以上,从海水中获取淡水已经成为人类解决淡水缺乏的重要途径之一。同时,太阳光能是取之不尽、用之不竭的绿色能源,利用太阳光能蒸馏海水进行淡化的技术受到高度重视和广泛应用。但现有使用的太阳能海水蒸馏装置普遍存在的问题是:一是结构和加热方式方面存在缺陷,不仅升温缓慢,而且太阳能管吸收的能量有相当一部分只转换为集热水箱中海水的显热,太阳能转化为海水蒸馏潜热的比例不高;蒸汽凝结释放的潜热大部分流失,光能综合利用率低;持续蒸馏时间短,效率差,产量低;二是结构复杂,制作成本高,且所用附属设施大多需要电力供应才能运行,耗电量高,存在着以能源换水源的问题,高成本运行的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,制作和运行成本低,适应性强,能源消耗小,光能利用率高,持续蒸馏时间长的太阳能海水淡化***。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明包括太阳能加热装置、冷凝装置和补水装置;所述太阳能加热装置包括架体以及设在架体上的联箱和太阳能加热管;冷凝装置为水冷式热交换器;补水装置的补水出口与联箱进水口连通,其结构特点是所述联箱为立式设置,联箱上连接太阳能加热管的箱体侧面与水平向夹角为90度;联箱箱体两侧面分别设置有多支太阳能加热管,太阳能加热管与联箱的内夹角为45-65度;联箱上端口与冷凝装置之间接有汽水分离装置,所述汽水分离装置的腔体上设有回流管、分汽口和水汽进口,回流管的上、下端口分别与汽水分离装置的腔体内腔及联箱内腔连通,分汽口与冷凝装置的进汽口连通,水汽进口与联箱上端口连通;补水装置的补水进口接有增温储热装置,所述增温储热装置包括储热水箱和太阳能加热管;储热水箱从内向外依次为储水内胆、储热套层和保温层,储热套层中设有储热介质;储水内胆上设有供水出口和储水进口,供水出口与补水装置的补水进口连通,储水进口与冷凝装置的冷却水出口连通;太阳能加热管的管口设在储水内胆中。
优选的是所述储热介质为石蜡乳状液储热介质,其相变温度为80-90度,介质在储热套层中的填充量为套层容积的75-85%。
所述汽水分离装置的腔体内设有与水汽进口连接的缓冲头,所述缓冲头上设有网罩和侧流孔,回流管下端口设有向下导通的瓣膜状单向阀,腔体外设有保温材料。
采用上述结构后,由于本发明的联箱为立式设置,联箱两侧分别设置有多支太阳能加热管,联箱和太阳能采热管中加入海水,并经太阳光照射后,加热管内的海水吸受光能温度上升,由于水具有热分层的特性,热水便不断向上运行进入集热水箱中。同时,热水进入集热水箱后,箱体中的水体开始进行热分层运动,在箱体内腔中形成从下往上的循环运动。这种管腔内、外水体的双循环运行,使热量快速地向顶端传递汇集,顶端局部水温迅速升高,并首先在顶层太阳能采热管内被加热沸腾汽化,水蒸汽排出后经冷却后便可获得冷凝水。这种上冲形布置、接力加热的方式,使***内水循环速度加快,传热迅速,初始蒸发时间大幅提前。由于设有增温储热装置,在蒸馏过程中冷却水吸收蒸汽潜热后部分流入到增温储热装置的内胆中,使部分余热得以回收,这部分水经太阳能加热管加热后温度进一步上升,其中一小部分经补水装置进入联箱,使联箱中二次补进水始终保持较高温度,有利于蒸馏的持续进行。增温储热装置设有储热介质,它能够储存太阳能采热管吸收的热量,使箱体中的水温维持在较高水平但不会蒸发散热。这部分水被用作太阳能加热装置下一次蒸馏周期的初始用水,使蒸馏加热的初始温度提高,有利于初始蒸馏时间的进一步提前。由于进入联箱中的水总为预加热后的高温水,也会延迟蒸馏截止时间,***持续蒸馏的时间长,受天气影响小,适应性强。经试验,加装储热装置的蒸馏***,其淡水产量可提高10-20%。***整体运行的过程中,用电量小,耗能少,运行成本低。

具体实施方式
参照附图,该太阳能海水淡化***包括太阳能加热装置1、汽水分离装置2、冷凝装置3、补水装置4和增温储热装置5。太阳能加热装置1包括架体11以及设在架体11上的联箱12和太阳能加热管13。联箱12为立式设置,也就是联箱12上连接太阳能加热管13的箱体侧面与水平面夹角为90度。联箱12为细长型,其长边的左右两侧分别并排设置有25-30根太阳能加热管13,太阳能加热管13与联箱12长轴向的内夹角为45-65度,太阳能加热管13为玻璃真空太阳能管,其管头斜***联箱内胆中。
联箱上端口接有汽水分离装置2,该汽水分离装置2包括腔体24、回流管21、分汽口22和水汽进口23,水汽进口23与联箱12上端口连通,腔体24内设有与水汽进口23连接的缓冲头25,缓冲头25上设有透气网罩26和侧流孔27,回流管21的上、下端口分别与汽水分离装置的腔体24内腔及联箱12内腔连通,回流管21的下端口设有向下导通的瓣膜状单向阀28,汽水上冲时单向阀28关闭,腔体24内水向下回流时单向阀28打开;腔体24外设有保温材料29。
冷凝装置3为盘管水冷式热交换器,它包括一壳体,其壳体上设有冷却水进口31、冷却水出口32、进汽口33、蒸馏水出口34和溢流口35,冷凝装置3的进汽口33与汽水分离装置的分汽口22连通,冷凝装置3的冷却水出口32后端接有增温储热装置5。
增温储热装置5包括储热水箱51和太阳能加热管13,储热水箱51从内向外依次为储水内胆52、储热套层53和保温层54,太阳能加热管13的管口设在储水内胆52中。储热套层53中设有石蜡乳状液储热介质,其相变温度为80-90度,介质在储热套层53中的填充量为套层容积的75-85%。储水内胆52上设有供水出口55和储水进口56,储水进口56内端设有进水控制阀57,储水进口56外端与冷却水出口32连通,增温储热装置5的后端与补水装置4连接。
补水装置4采用浮球式或者电子液位控制器,当联箱12中水位下降时能自动对联箱补水,使联箱12中水位保持在一定高度。补水装置4的补水进口41和补水出口42分别与储热水箱51的供水出口55及联箱进水口6连通。
太阳能加热装置1可以2台为一组,并共用一个冷凝装置3和补水装置4,一组太阳能加热装置配置一台增温储热装置5。当然根据增温储热装置5的大小和能力也可负载2台以上太阳能加热装置1。
用图1所示实施例与不设增温储热装置5的产品进行对比实验,在同样天气状况下,设有增温储热装置5的太阳能海水淡化***,其淡水产量平均提高10-20%,且每天延长蒸馏时间2-3个小时。

1.一种太阳能海水淡化***,包括太阳能加热装置(1)、冷凝装置(3)和补水装置(4);所述太阳能加热装置(1)包括架体(11)以及设在架体(11)上的联箱(12)和太阳能加热管(13);冷凝装置(3)为水冷式热交换器;补水装置(4)的补水出口(42)与联箱进水口(6)连通,其特征是所述联箱(12)为立式设置,联箱(12)上连接太阳能加热管(13)的箱体侧面与水平面夹角为90度;联箱(12)箱体两侧面分别设置有多支太阳能加热管(13),太阳能加热管(13)与联箱(12)的内夹角为45-65度;联箱(12)上端口与冷凝装置(3)之间接有汽水分离装置(2),所述汽水分离装置(2)的腔体(24)上设有回流管(21)、分汽口(22)和水汽进口(23),回流管(21)的上、下端口分别与汽水分离装置的腔体(24)内腔及联箱(12)内腔连通,分汽口(22)与冷凝装置(3)的进汽口(33)连通,水汽进口(23)与联箱(12)上端口连通;补水装置(4)的补水进口(41)接有增温储热装置(5),所述增温储热装置(5)包括储热水箱(51)和太阳能加热管(13);储热水箱(51)从内向外依次为储水内胆(52)、储热套层(53)和保温层(54),储热套层(53)中设有储热介质;储水内胆(52)上设有供水出口(55)和储水进口(56),供水出口(55)与补水装置(4)的补水进口(41)连通,储水进口(56)与冷凝装置(3)的冷却水出口(32)连通;太阳能加热管(13)的与储水内胆(52)连通。
2.按照权利要求1所述的太阳能海水淡化***,其特征是所述储热介质为石蜡乳状液储热介质,其相变温度为80-90度,介质在储热套层(53)中的填充量为套层容积的75-85%。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的太阳能海水淡化***,其特征是所述汽水分离装置(2)的腔体内设有与水汽进口(23)连接的缓冲头(25),所述缓冲头(25)上设有网罩(26)和侧流孔(27),回流管(21)下端口设有向下导通的瓣膜状单向阀(28),腔体(24)外设有保温材料(29)。
