Abstract

一种防盗玻璃的制备方法,属于防盗、防窃安全保障之技术领域,其特征在于将重量百分比为5∶1-20∶1的四氯化锡与氟化亚锡水溶液雾化,然后喷射到加热至350-500℃的玻璃表面,在玻璃表面经高温化学反应生成透明导电膜,该方法简化了防盗玻璃的制备技术,而且用该方法制成的玻璃高度透明。

Description

本发明属于防窃、防盗安全保障之技术领域,尤其是一种防盗玻璃的制备方法。
现有技术多为夹层式结构,在层间嵌有极细的导电金属丝,或镀导电膜之玻璃纤维作为传感器。这种结构要求层间玻璃粘接,所用粘接剂的透明度要高,且折射率需与玻璃相近,工艺复杂,实施困难较大。
本发明的目的是要简化防盗玻璃的制备技术,提供一种新的防盗玻璃的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来实现:
本发明采用化学汽相沉积成膜法,首先将重量百分比为5∶1-20∶1的四氯化锡与氟化亚锡混合水溶液雾化,然后喷射到加热至350℃-500℃的玻璃表面,在玻璃表面经高温化学反应后生成透明导电膜,使玻璃的一表面形成导电面。以此作为报警电路中的一个电路分支。
由若干个支路构成一个桥式报警电器装置,当其中任一个敷有透明导电膜的报警支路受外力破损时,桥式电路失去平衡,于是报警装置发出警报,从而达到防窃防盗的目的。
本发明的优点在于:1.导电膜用化学法生成,设备相对简单,投资少。2.导电玻璃的面积大小不受限制,实施简易方便。3.膜直接生成于玻璃表面,高度透明,无需复杂的粘接工艺。4.膜在可见光区高度透明,在紫外和红外区还有一定的滤光作用。
本发明的详细描述如下:
首先将重量百分比为5∶1-20∶1的SnCl·5H2O与SnF2·2H2O结晶体溶于去离子水中,待完全溶解后,倒入一密闭容器中,该容器底部装有超声雾化器。由超声雾化器将溶液雾化。送入预喷室,经离心式或轴流式风机在一定压力下将雾化的溶液经输送管路送入喷头,也可用其它载气如N2,He,Ar等惰性或活性不大的气体送出去,再经喷射孔喷向预热至350℃-500℃的玻璃表面,进行化学反应生成透明导电膜。
玻璃放置于反应室中,在化学喷镀前,玻璃被均衡缓慢升温至350℃-500℃,以防热应力使玻璃破碎。升温由红外辐射加热器或电炉加热实施,升温过程由经过标定的热电偶控制升温速率和最终加热温度。
主要化学反应式如下:
加氟化亚锡的目的是在所生成的SnO2导电膜中掺杂少量F离子,形成SnO2F结构,以增加导电能力。
反应后生成的气体(主要是HCl气),经一滤池后送入大气,以使HCl气溶于水中。不但防止污染空气,而且可以回收稀盐酸再供使用。
实施例1:
取SnCl4·5H2O20g,SnF2·2H2O1g,二者重量比为20∶1,溶于去离子水450ml中,玻璃加热至350℃,按上述方法喷涂之。
实施例2:
取SnCl4·5H2O18g,SnF2·2H2O2g,二者重量比为9∶1,溶于去离子水400ml中,玻璃加热至450℃,按上述方法喷涂之。

Claims (3)

1.一种防盗玻璃的制备方法,其特征在于,将重量百分比为5∶1-20∶1的四氯化锡与氟化亚锡混合水溶液雾化,然后喷射到加热至350℃-500℃的玻璃表面,在玻璃表面经高温化学反应生成透明导电膜。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,首先将四氯化锡与氟化亚锡结晶溶于去离子水中,待完全溶解后,倒入一底部装有超声雾化器的容器中,由超声雾化器将溶液雾化,送入预喷室,用离心式或轴流式风机将雾化的溶液送出,喷射到预热至350℃-500℃的玻璃表面。
3.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,由N2气、Ar气、He气或空气作载气将溶液喷射到预热至350℃-500℃的玻璃表面。
