Abstract

本发明提供一种防走电电池,包括外壳、正极材料、负极材料、电解质、隔膜、正极柱、负极柱;所述正极柱、负极柱分别连接至过流保护板,所述过流保护板的正负输出端通过一个以上齐纳二极管后连接至电池外壳外端的正、负电极;所述齐纳二极管在电池所在的供电电路中,与所述正电极反接;所述齐纳二极管的总击穿电压为电池工作电压的80%~90%。将该电池长期装配于用电器中的,在用电器非工作状态下,可以防止电池走电。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池领域,特别地,是涉及一种防走电电池。
 
背景技术
电池是生活中的常用设备,在电池的使用过程中,主要存在的问题是,电池在用电器中长时间存储时,会逐渐走电。其走电的原因主要在于两个方面,一方面是,电池内部的正负极化学物质会发生缓慢的自反应现象,使电池产生自耗;而另一方面,则是电池在接入用电器电路中时,即便电路是断开的,也会逐渐走电,原因在于现代电路中的电子元件十分靠近,并且开关处的间隙也很小,因此,在一些外部原因的干扰下,如灰尘浸入,很容易使得电路的开路性质变差,使得用电器的电路等效于一个大电阻,而电池则处于给该大电阻持续放电的状态,这当然使得电池电量逐渐走失。
事实上,对于目前比较普及的锂电池,其内部自耗已经非常小,因此,电量走失的主要原因就在于电池在用电电路中的消耗,也就是说,在用电器的非使用状态,电池一直在给用电器电路提供一个微电流,从而消耗电池能量。而目前的电池技术中,对于电池的过电流保护已然发展较为成熟,对于锂电池,一般都将保护板集成于电池内,但对于前述的微电流问题,却始终没有得到重视和解决。
 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种防走电电池,将该电池长期装配于用电器中的,在用电器非工作状态下,可以防止电池走电。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该防走电电池包括外壳、正极材料、负极材料、电解质、隔膜、正极柱、负极柱;所述正极柱、负极柱分别连接至过流保护板,所述过流保护板的正负输出端通过一个以上齐纳二极管后连接至电池外壳外端的正、负电极;所述齐纳二极管在电池所在的供电电路中,与所述正电极反接;所述齐纳二极管的总击穿电压为电池工作电压的80%~90%。
作为优选,所述齐纳二极管在所述过流保护板的正输出端与正电极,以及过流保护板的负输出端与负电极之间各设一只。
本发明的有益效果在于:该防走电电池在使用时,如用电器电路接通,则用电器电路等效于一个小电阻,则电池的工作电压集中于齐纳二极管的两端,因此,齐纳二极管被击穿,电路通电,电能消耗于用电器;而当用电器电路断开时,用电器电路等效于一个大电阻;使得齐纳二极管上的分压大幅拉低,使齐纳二极管无法击穿,从而使整个电路无法导通,当然,也就不再存在微电流走电现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
在图1所示实施例中,为一个锂电池的结构,该防走电电池包括外壳1、正极材料21、负极材料22、隔膜4、正极柱31、负极柱32;正极材料21、负极材料22均浸渍在电解质中;所述隔膜4具有良好的渗透性,可由PE膜或其它纳米级薄膜构成;
所述正极柱31、负极柱32分别置于正极材料21、负极材料22中,并分别连接至过流保护板5,所述过流保护板5的正负输出端分别通过一个齐纳二极管7后连接至电池外壳外端的正、负电极61、62;所述齐纳二极管7在电池所在的供电电路中,与所述正电极61反接;两只齐纳二极管7在供电回路中的总击穿电压为电池工作电压的80%~90%,如对于输出为3.7V的锂电池,可以使两只齐纳二极管7的总击穿电压为3.7*85%=3.1V,则每只齐纳二极管的击穿电压为1.55V。
上述防走电电池在使用时,如用电器电路接通,则用电器电路等效于一个小电阻,则电池的工作电压集中于齐纳二极管的两端,因此,齐纳二极管被击穿,电路通电,电能消耗于用电器;而当用电器电路断开时,用电器电路等效于一个大电阻;使得齐纳二极管上的分压大幅拉低,使齐纳二极管无法击穿,从而使整个电路无法导通,当然,也就不再存在微电流走电现象。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳方式,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种防走电电池,包括外壳(1)、正极材料(21)、负极材料(22)、电解质、隔膜(4)、正极柱(31)、负极柱(32);所述正极柱、负极柱分别连接至过流保护板(5),所述过流保护板(5)的正负输出端通过一个以上齐纳二极管(7)后连接至电池外壳外端的正、负电极(61、62);所述齐纳二极管(7)在电池所在的供电电路中,与所述正电极(61)反接;所述齐纳二极管的总击穿电压为电池工作电压的80%~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防走电电池,其特征在于:所述齐纳二极管(7)在所述过流保护板(5)的正输出端与正电极(61),以及过流保护板(5)的负输出端与负电极(62)之间各设一只。
