本发明涉及锁,尤其是一种电动自行车自动锁。
背景技术
目前我国电动自行车拥有量很大,技术越来越先进,但电动自行车的车锁都是机械锁,上锁和开锁比人力的自行车还不方便,由于结构上原因需要人弯腰下去上锁和开锁,不仅所化时间长还累人,老年人更是不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种电动自行车自动锁,结构简单、紧凑,使用方便、高效,安全性高。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明一种电动自行车自动锁,包括电动自行车的电池E和启动钥匙开关sb,在电动自行车的前轮左减振器筒上设有支架,所述支架内设有线圈L,该线圈L的内腔滑动设有衔铁,衔铁的右端设有锁条,锁条上自左至右依次套设有弹簧和导向套,弹簧一端与导向套相连,一端顶在锁条的轴肩上,在电动自行车的前轮右减振器筒上设有锁眼,所述启动钥匙开关sb与一控制线圈k1串联后接于所述电池E的正负极,所述控制线圈k1的常开触头k1’与所述线圈L串联后也接于电池E的正负极;当启动钥匙开关sb合上时,接通控制线圈k1,常开触头k1’合上,线圈L得电,使衔铁左移,衔铁克服弹簧的弹力带动锁条向左移动,打开电动自行车电动锁,当启动钥匙开关sb关闭时,控制线圈k1失电,常开触头k1’断开,线圈L失电,衔铁失去电磁力,弹簧带动锁条向右移动,从前轮辐条空隙穿过***锁眼。
所述支架的左端设有档铁一,锁眼右端设有档铁二。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,在电动自行车的前轮左减振器筒上设有支架,所述支架内设有线圈L,该线圈L的内腔滑动设有衔铁,衔铁的右端设有锁条,锁条上自左至右依次套设有弹簧和导向套,弹簧一端与导向套相连,一端顶在锁条的轴肩上,在电动自行车的前轮右减振器筒上设有锁眼,所述启动钥匙开关sb与一控制线圈k1串联后接于所述电池E的正负极,所述控制线圈k1的常开触头k1’与所述线圈L串联后也接于电池E的正负极,这种结构,当启动钥匙开关sb合上时,接通控制线圈k1,常开触头k1’合上,线圈L得电,使衔铁左移,衔铁克服弹簧的弹力带动锁条向左移动,打开电动自行车电动锁,当启动钥匙开关sb关闭时,控制线圈k1失电,常开触头k1断开,线圈L失电,衔铁失去电磁力,弹簧带动锁条向右移动,从前轮辐条空隙穿过***锁眼,本发明以电动自行车电池E为电源,用电动自行车的启动钥匙开关sb为开关,结构简单、紧凑,使用方便、高效,安全性高。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,本发明一种电动自行车自动锁,包括电动自行车的电池E、电线及线路板1和启动钥匙开关sb,在电动自行车的前轮13左减振器筒9上设有支架8,所述支架8内设有线圈L,该线圈L的内腔滑动设有衔铁3,衔铁3的右端设有锁条6,锁条6上自左至右依次套设有弹簧4和导向套7,弹簧4一端与导向套7相连,一端顶在锁条6的轴肩上,在电动自行车的前轮13右减振器筒10上设有锁眼11,所述启动钥匙开关sb与一控制线圈k1串联后接于所述电池E的正负极,所述控制线圈k1的常开触头k1’与所述线圈L串联后也接于电池E的正负极;作为优选,所述支架8的左端设有档铁一5,锁眼11右端设有档铁二12。
当启动钥匙开关sb合上时,接通控制线圈k1,常开触头k1’合上,线圈L得电,使衔铁3左移,衔铁3克服弹簧4的弹力带动锁条6向左移动,打开电动自行车电动锁,当启动钥匙开关sb关闭时,控制线圈k1失电,常开触头k1’断开,线圈L失电,衔铁3失去电磁力,弹簧4带动锁条6向右移动,从前轮13辐条空隙穿过***锁眼11。

1.一种电动自行车自动锁, 包括电动自行车的电池(E)和启动钥匙开关(sb), 其特征在于 :
在电动自行车的前轮 (13)左减振器筒 (9)上设有支架 (8),所述支架(8)内设有线圈(L),该线圈(L)的内腔滑动设有衔铁(3),衔铁(3)的右端设有锁条(6),锁条(6)上自左至右依次套设有弹簧(4)和导向套(7),弹簧(4)一端与导向套(7)相连,一端顶在锁条 (6)的轴肩上,在电动自行车的前轮 (13) 右减振器筒(10)上设有锁眼(11),所述启动钥匙开关(sb)与一控制线圈(k1)串联后接于所述电池(E)的正负极,所述控制线圈(k1)的常开触头(k1’)与所述线圈(L)串联后也接于电池(E)的正负极;
当启动钥匙开关(sb)合上时,接通控制线圈(k1),常开触头(k1’)合上,线圈(L)得电,使衔铁(3)左移,衔铁(3)克服弹簧(4)的弹力带动锁条(6) 向左移动,打开电动自行车电动锁,当启动钥匙开关(sb)关闭时,控制线圈(k1)失电,常开触头(k1’)断开,线圈(L)失电,衔铁(3)失去电磁力,弹簧 (4)带动锁条(6)向右移动,从前轮(13)辐条空隙穿过***锁眼(11)。
